Holiday Inn is very conveniently located near the center of Telavi and there are plenty of restaurants and services within walking distance. Also, there are a lot of vineyards within 30min drive from the hotel. Hotel facilities are good, with a nice indoor pool, sauna and a small gym. There's also a small playroom with ping pong table. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property. Room has a good size for a couple, bed was comfortable and shower was excellent. There are sockets next to the bed which is convenient to charge portable devices. Also, it was quiet and the balcony had and amazing view to the mountains.

Breakfast could offer a bit more variety, but it's not bad and has the essential to start the day. Juices could be made of fresh fruit instead of cheap bottled ones.

Tolles Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück. Nachdem ich das letzte Mal mit dem Restaurant in der 5. Etage nicht zufrieden war, war das Abendessen dieses Mal sehr gut und die Bedienung sehr freundlich.

Big thanks to the Front Office team at the hotel! They went above and beyond by upgrading us to an executive suite and providing local sweet treats with wine. Despite full occupancy, they even managed to accommodate our room change request. Outstanding hospitality and a warm welcome from Front Office manager Giorgi and his team, especially Sopo and the others. I'm absolutely delighted with my first stay at a Holiday Inn - such a memorable experience!

The pool was too small

The location of the hotel was realy Good, in the City Center. Very courteous hotel staff.

Poor breakfast, low-quality food, and no variety. The pool was closed during the day hours.

The room was very clean and the staff was amazing. The location is in the city center with lots of shops nearby. A comfortable bed and a huge plus for me is lots of electrical outlets near the bed. I definitely didn't expect a walk in closet.

The pool was super small with little amount of sunbeds. No toothbrush and robes provided in the room.

No private parking, guests need to find own parking space in the street and carry luggage to the hotel on their own. We specified we needed air-conditioning when reserving the room and called the hotel in the morning to make sure cold air worked and to say we needed private parking. On arrival we discovered there was no cold air available with 25° outside and huge windows in the rooms so easily 27° inside the room. Manager of the hotel not able to handle the situation correctly, telling us the air-conditioning worked well whereas their technical services all ready had confirmed us it did not work on cold air due to the "winter time system".
