The position of the property was great, just a short walk to the beach and local amenities.a fabulous new restaurant in the square was a welcome addition.

The place is in a very quiet neighborhood with a very nice taverna right in front and a few others within 5 minutes walking distance. Some main attractions very close by: Zervati cave is only a few meters from the property, this cave is quite wild and a perfect spot for nature lovers. Famous Melissani cave lake at 12 minutes walking distance. Other main attractions like Drogarati Cave, Odysseus theme park and Antisamos beach are at 10m minutes driving distance. The sea is 3 minutes walking distance. Very easy to reach the main attractions/beaches of the island by car. Roads are well maintained but be aware of steep and narrow mountain roads that however should not pose a great challenge for a medium-experienced driver.
Come prepared for mosquitos and everything should be perfect.

On kefalonia I advise a hire car so you can see as much as possible! It's a beautiful island!

It’s in a very convenient location, close to the north of the island which is the best part.
Argyris is a great host, he helped us with any questions we had and shared some great tips!
We weren’t sure how to get hot water in the shower. Some instructions in advance would have helped :)

- the house looks exactly like in the photos, it really has everything you need for a nice vacation: the kitchen is fully equipped, 2 out of the 3 bedrooms have AC (the other has a ventilator);
- the balconies are very nice, from one of them you can see the sea;
- even if the beaches in Sami and Karavomylos are not the nicest, the house is close to Antisamos beach by car and to other points of interest from the island (for example, 30 min drive to Myrtos Beach);
- the host is very nice, helpful and responsive;
- the check in/ check out process is very easy;
- there are enough parking spaces on the street where the house is (not the main road);
- even if you don’t come to Kefalonia to watch TV, I think a TV in the living room area would be nice for ambiental sound when you are at home;

The location was in a very quiet area. The host offered us free cold water, beer per dose, detergent and conditioner. The kitchen is equipped with almost everything you need. I would definitely recommend this location. Thank you!
The only downside was the lack of a TV. Since I rented in the final of the World football Cup, a TV in the living room was welcome.

The location and the balcony. Also the rooms were all a good size and the aircon was quiet and very effective. We had some minor issues which were immediately dealt with by the owner.
A proper fixed sunshade for the balcony would have been good , although a portable umbrella was provided
