New - Spectacular San Tan Retreat - Perfect for your winter get away!!!
La nostra casa si trova nella comunità di Johnson Ranch vicino alle montagne di San Tan. Questa casa 1789 piedi quadrati ha 4 camere da letto (una delle camere da letto è trasformata in una seduta / sala TV), due bagni, lavanderia, e viene anche con il proprio putting green privato. Si trova proprio nel tee box del Golf Club al Johnson Ranch, quindi non c'è pericolo che palle di golf errante possano penetrare nella vostra proprietà. Vieni a passare un po 'di tempo nel nostro confortevole rifugio.

First Time Renters
This was our first time doing a long term rental and this house suited our needs very well. With the master on one end of house and the other rooms at the other end it worked out great. The family room and open kitchen dining made gathering in one room easy too. We very much enjoyed our stay and the owners responded right away if we had questions or any issues!

First time Arizona
Steve was great at meeting our needs. Broke my hip before our trip and requested a hand held shower. Steve went out and bought a real nice had held shower it was great. Steve also went out and bought a nice power recliner for us to use. Great host. Enjoyed the place. Real nice. Thank you Steve. Ben

Shad was super easy to work with and very responsive to questions. The home was very clean, nicely decorated and well kept, with all the items required for your stay. The home was relaxing and quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Of a fun note, every Monday evening an ice cream truck comes around the neighborhood selling all sorts of goodies which made for a fun, take-you-back kind of experience. If we are ever going to be in this area again, this is the place I would choose to be.

Nice House!
We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice location on the golf course, and everything you need was in the house, even a gas grill outside. Beds were very comfortable. The negatives: dish washer is really noisy, living room furniture could use an upgrade.
Overall, though, a very nice place to stay. We would come back again.

Enjoyed our stay!

A Home Away
We enjoyed our stay at San Tan. Renting a home was much more relaxing than staying at a motel. The cost was also lower than a good motel. The home was clean, comfortable, utilitarian and as stated earlier relaxing. We enjoyed being able to sit outdoors in the sun and often watching the golfers on the course. The home had everything we needed and more. We were able to dine out or cook our meal in house. We could comfortably entertain friends. It was a home away from home.
