We stayed one night here for a concert at Red Rock. The house was perfect for our needs. I contacted owner about an earlier check in due to concert and it was not a problem.

This home is a little older, but with charm. It was incredibly clean, had access to amenities not found in other homes (cooler/outdoor chairs). Communication with the homeowner was easy. Easy access to highways. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay around the Denver area.

We were in Denver for a concert at mile high stadium. Linda’s place was so clean and updated and she was so nice to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area again

The house is definitely not in the middle of all the excitement, but it’s about 10 minutes from downtown. It was very clean and beds were much more comfortable than hotel beds. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. If we come back to Denver, we will gladly stay here again! Thanks!

We stayed at Linda’s property during our trip to the Colorado area. We were so impressed with how spacious and clean the property was. The location was perfect. Less than 10 minutes into downtown Golden and we took day trips to Colorado Springs, Estes Park, Winter Park and Leadville. It was a perfect home-base for all our adventures. We loved seeing the rabbits every morning and evening in the front and backyard. We would definitely rent again if we are ever out this way.

This was a perfect spot to rest between adventures in Morrison and Golden! Very comfy—complete with coolers and kitchen needs. Really soft beds.

We stayed here while visiting Golden/Red Rocks. It is off a busy street, but in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Yard is fenced in, a great front porch that I was able to enjoy reading a book and soaking up the sun. It is covered so afternoon sun is blocked as any rain. A pasta strainer would have helped when making speg, and garbage bags, spoke to owner, cleaners forgot them. Perfect house for our family of 4! Would return.

The property was immaculately clean and the furnishings are all modern and very comfortable, including the beds. It’s very convenient to the highway, shopping and dining and all of the attractions we wanted to visit - Golden, Morrison, Boulder, Rocky Mnt Nat Park, etc. We were all frazzled after driving 900 miles and the property owner, Linda, was very patient and responsive to my questions about things that would have been answered had I noticed the instructions that were already clearly posted and visible in the kitchen! We would definitely stay again!!

Linda's house was just when we needed. After a week-long tour of some of the National Parks, our final stop was a welcomed one. A comfy bed, warm shower, and convenient location fit the bill.

This two bedroom house was very clean and had a great front porch for us to hang out on in the beautiful Colorado weather. We loved that both bedrooms had comfortable king size beds. The host was very easy to work with as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute house very easy to get to restaurants and shopping for groceries. We loved the living room and large picture window. Bed was super comfy. Wonderful shower/bathroom. Highly recommend!

The accommodations were very neat and clean. This was a perfect place to stay for our Red Rock concert. It was easy access to the highway so we could transport to & from Denver, and a short drive from the Red Rock venue. The only thing missing were a few amenities. We hadn’t brought bath soap & shampoos as our previous VRBO hosts had provided that. A few extra blankets to cuddle up in would have been nice. For the price, cleanliness, and location, this place is lovely.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here, it's super close the the train museum and in perfect proximity if you are ever going to the red rocks for a concert! Would definitely stay there again. Property was clean and stylish.

Me and a few friends came in for 1 night to see some music at Red Rocks. We were not disappointed by this rental. The owner was easy to talk to and answered all the question i had right away. Comfortable, clean and easy to get to!

Cute bedroom, 1 bath, really enjoyed stay. Visiting my son who lives in Denver, this location was close enough for my short stay, but located in Golden for a mountain vacation feel.

This house was perfect for our stay. I was in town assisting for a training and my husband and son for more of a vacation. It was a great central location with everything you need within a 15 min drive or less. The house was very clean, the communication was very timely and kind. The beds were comfortable which is is huge thing for me. Just about everything was updated and in good condition. The energy/vibe was pleasant & warm. The kitchen well equipped. And all for a very reasonable price. Check-in was seamless. Couldn't really ask for more.

My husband, daughter and I stayed for a couple nights, and the home was the perfect size for us. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean. If it had not been so cold, it would have been nice to sit on the large front porch. We very much enjoyed our stay and will keep this place in mind if we ever decide to visit Colorado again.

We loved the house. It was so clean and nice. The only complaint we had was there was a lot of snow and no snow shovel. We will definitely look into staying again when we come back into town.
