This was a perfect stay for reuniting 7 old friends. The house was comfortable and beautiful. So much privacy to be a block off Main St. Plenty of room to sit down and eat or play games at the table. The pool was nice. Enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, bedroom and pool needs. Cleanliness was a 10! This original 1871 home was of extreme interest! Jill responded immediately to our needs.

We had such a great stay and Jill was an amazing host. Her communication and accessibility was top notch and the home was absolutely stunning - perfect for a Bach weekend for thirty something’s! The home is quintessential Fredericksburg and very comfortable- you’ll have everything you need. Jill has amazing vendors and recommendations as well. We would love to come back!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful house in Fredericksburg, Texas! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and cozy the house was. Despite the hot summer weather, the house remained wonderfully cool, providing a perfect retreat from the heat.
The outdoor space was just as delightful, featuring a stunning pool and well-maintained landscaping. It was the ideal spot to relax and unwind.
The location was fantastic! Just a short 4-minute walk to the main part of town, we were able to enjoy all the local shopping and dining with ease. Plus, it was only a 2-minute drive to even more great spots, and the famous wineries of Fredericksburg were still conveniently close.
Our host truly made the experience exceptional. They were attentive, responsive, and genuinely one of the best hosts we've ever dealt with. Their hospitality added so much to our stay, making it even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway in Fredericksburg!

Beautiful house and property located a block from Main Street. Arrived to a a fruit tray and fresh gorgeous flowers spaced around the home. Kids enjoyed the pool table, pool and hot tub. Kitchen had an abundance of cookware and serving dishes. This home had everything you would want in a home away from home. Communication was A+ with easy check-in and departure instructions. We will be back!

We had a great time! The house was better than the description! Our twin 16 year old granddaughters loved the upstairs bedroom. The pool was great for the family and very clean. Great location, one block off main! The kitchen had all you need for any meal! We would highly recommend! Very Professional and property manager made sure everything was perfect!

We really only have two recommendations. Cut out or severely trim the plants on the grill area of the patio. Just way to much there. Secondly, install an intuitive thermostat located in the hallway to the downstair bedrooms. Impossible to use properly. For the 8 people we had there it was a very nice facility and great location. Pool and hot tub were super. All as advertised. Thanks

It was a great trip and the communication was great as well! The beds were comfortable and the whole property is beautiful. The only thing is there was 9 of us so the hot water ran out when we needed to shower. Also, they are very specific about “quiet time” at night so the pool lights and hot tub were turned off at 9:45-10. Those things were very minor and the over all trip was wonderful.

We loved the amenities of the house! So comfortable and most welcoming. Beds very comfortable & bathrooms large with fluffy towels and everything you’d need. House set up perfectly for families of all ages. We loved the pool and patio! So close to town. Host very responsive and welcoming! We are already planning to return!

We had a great experience. The house is awesome with lots to do and comfortable beds. It is close to the main drag but on a quiet street.
The only issue we had was no lock on the master bedroom door.

My hubby and I were celebrating ur fiftieth wedding anniversary with our grown children and grandchildren. The house was wonderful! There was something for everyone to do, pool table, swimming pool, games and fire pit for roasting marshmallows. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pans, and serving dishes for when we wanted to dine in. The staff wass very responsive and kind. All in all, we had a wonderful Easter weekend.

The property was absolutely beautiful, and so unique! Perfect space for everyone to spread out and spend time together. We used the kitchen and hot tub and it worked well for nights in and perfectly suited what we wanted- which was time together.
Jill was a lovely host, prompt, responsive, and so helpful. The property had materials for us to look at for food and great recommendations for local businesses, and she also messaged them so I could have them quickly on my phone.
We talked about coming back over spring/summer for another family trip, as it provided a great setting for all of us.

Excellence everywhere! Old house with multiple renovations. Some minor flaws, but nothing to detract from the experience. Very comfortable and modern conveniences made it function like a new home. Very private back yard and pool. Clean. Flowers, cheese tray, gift showed thoughtfulness of owners. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

This was our 3rd visit and we all still love it and wish it were ours!
We are 3 generations with 7 adults and 4 children and all are extremely comfortable in this beautiful, historic home. The pool is just the cherry on the top!
Everywhere are special touches that makes the stay more beautiful and enjoyable.
For those interested in bird watching, there is an abundant variety on the property.

My friends and I had a ladies birthday getaway and we all loved staying at this property. It was very roomy and well kept. We loved the pool and being able to sit outside on the porches. Jill was so attentive and helpful and we were very impressed with our stay here. This is definitely a property we would like to come back to.

We stayed in this charming home for my son to play in a golf tournament. The owner was super helpful and gave me recommendations for a baker so we could have a birthday cake for my son’s birthday while we were there. The locations is ideal, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of main but close enough to be there in 2 minutes. The drive to the golf course was short as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need to whip up a meal or snack. Perfect location and ideal home for a family.

Home was very pretty. Beautiful yard, pool and spa was great! Spoke with the owner and she was very helpful and we had a great conversation. It was so hot when we were there but the house was very cool. Loved that there were personal touches throughout the house. We saw some insects but they died, so I knew the property had been sprayed. I know down in the Hill Country you will see a few, almost no way around it. It was a great experience, and we will definitely visit again. The history behind this property is very interesting also.

We stayed here during our girls trip and loved the house! We spent all of our free time in the pool and wished we would have had more time. The house is the perfect layout for a big group and has the cutest touches. Pictures don’t do it justice. High recommend!

We were in the area for our daughter’s wedding and this home was the perfect place for our immediate family. The pool provided a much need opportunity for our 3 grand-children while many of the adults were busy with wedding activities.

My boys had my 60th at this property. It was fantastic. From arriving to balloons, a meat/cheese tray and gifts, all provided by the homeowner, to checking out, we had an outstanding time. I had several friends over for an afternoon celebration and the house was amazing for entertaining. I will be coming back to this house again and again!

We had so much fun in this house. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets. All the necessities available. We lost hot water due to the artic blast that blew through, but Jill made sure to drop off heaters and give us access to hot showers in the backhouse! She is a wonderful renter and so kind. We would love to stay again!

Communication with the owner prior to arriving was excellent. The house was everything and more than I was expecting. We had family flying in from various parts of the country and when we all arrived, we realized that this property was perfect for Thanksgiving. The house was extremely well, equipped and maintained.

The house is bigger and more beautiful than the photos. Fantastic pool!! The decor is absolutely adorable and the bathrooms have huge awesome showers! Its not quite as close to everything as I had thought, very very short car instead of walking, but it was still incredibly convenient and a super nice neighborhood. I would come back in a heartbeat, we had the greatest time!
