Rilassatevi nel nostro condominio tranquillo con letto matrimoniale un cuscino top, divano in pelle (converte in un letto matrimoniale), televisori a schermo piatto, e balcone privato. Sciatori e snowboarder hanno ascensore 1 isolato di distanza. Alla fine della giornata, sciare direttamente al condominio. Gli escursionisti e ciclisti hanno anche accesso ai sentieri destra dalla proprietà. Alla fine della vostra giornata di vacanza occupato, rilassarsi presso la piscina solo per tutto l'anno e vasca idromassaggio a Telluride a pochi passi dal fiume San Miguel.

This sunny, lovely condo is a quick walk from the Gondola, from downtown, from the local grocery store, and the walking/bike path. Unit was sparkling clean with up-to-date appliances, lovely furniture, and great space/room for my husband and me. Bunk beds allowed our daughter and her friend to stay in town with us two of the nights. Plenty of nearby parking, plenty of towels and sheets. Host was easy to access. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Unit was clean and cute. Parking was a bit of an issue due to the snow so folks had parked all crazy. Unit is centrally located and very close to chair 7 and just a couple blocks from the gondola. Unit had everything we needed. The unit could use a new mattress but that’s the only complaint. Everything else was great!

My wife and I stayed here for several days during our annual ski trip. This was our first visit to Telluride so we were not very familar with this location but we definitley got it right! This conod is a very short walk to lift 7 or the gondola. We had no problem walking to both with our ski boots. Located right downtown, we walked to several great dining locations and shops. The condo is so cozy, clean, and accommodating. Hot tub is great and the people here are amazing. We stayed in a couple nights and cooked as well. Everything you need is at the location and the property manager was quick to respond to our needs. This is a 5 star location!!

Ideal location. Less than 10 minute walk from Gondola/chairlift/town. Hot tub is great with Mountain Views. Place was clean and as advertised. Mattresses could us an update but just ski harder and you’ll be fine. Would definitely rent this unit again as owners were attentive and available. Great trip

Great property. Comfortable beds, close to town. We walked to everything. Downtown restaurants and shopping/main street about a 5 min walk. Wine/liquor store in the front of the parking lot! Great stay!

My husband and I have visited Telluride many times over the years and have stayed in several places, but this is now our favorite. It sits in the heart of town with perfect access to grocery stores, restaurants, and hiking trails. We loved coming back after challenging hikes to sit on the balcony overlooking the river with a glass of wine. This condo is comfy and cozy and made our stay very enjoyable. Kristin made the booking and check in processes easy, and was the perfect host. We loved this trip and hope to book here again in the future.

Our stay was wonderful, the place was exactly as advertised. Fantastic location, 450 sq ft, but we easily made it work for our family of four. The kids loved the tvs in the bunk beds. Host was very responsive and flexible on date changes, late check-out. The one advice I have is to really evaluate price for this property. I booked in June 2022 for our March 2023 stay, thinking I would get a deal, which I def did not. We pay $600+ nightly, and there are ample properties nearby going for $400 or less booked with much less lead time. I wish I would have done my homework more because while the place is great, it's not worth as much as we paid.

Great location to ski lifts, gondola, and town of Telluride. Beautiful view to start and end the day! Condo was in great shape and met all of our expectations, will definitely be back.

The location was fantastic. Short walk to the gondola and an even shorter walk to the nearest lift. Kristin was an wonderful host. There is a lot to do as far as dining and cocktails within short walking distance. Accommodations were very clean and fit our needs perfectly. We will definitely stay with Kristin again on our next trip to Telluride!

Having never explored beautiful Telluride, this was the perfect home base to get acquainted! Amazing location (on the river walk). Enjoyed the gorgeous views with coffee and pastries from the balcony every morning and each evening after dinner (unobstructed views of the night sky from balcony!). Everything was so clean and well appointed. Made for a perfect fall getaway in Telluride.

We had a wonderful stay at Viking Lodge during the Telluride Jazz Festival. Everything was as described -- clean, convenient and super cute. The parking spots were full when we arrived, so we texted Kristin who registered our car for street parking in 10 mins. It was so easy -- she was SO responsive. We didn't touch the car for the rest of the weekend because everything is in walking distance from the condo! We enjoyed using the hot tub, too. Highly recommend this spot if you're visiting Telluride.

Great condo that has everything you need to have a great stay in Telluride. Condo is located within walking distance of all of Telluride. Bring your bike and enjoy riding all over the bicycle friendly city of telluride. Another plus is the condo is really close to the free gondolas. We definitely plan to stay again.

Nice size place for a ski trip for a family of 4 with 2 young children, 8 and 6. The kids loved the bunk beds and we liked the separation from the living room and kitchen with a door so we didn't disturb them when they were in bed. The place was nice and clean with all the necessary items for a week stay. The place had excellent views from the balcony which you can see Telluride mountain and the gondola. The place was very nicely located and was walking distance to everything in town and the gondola. The owners were very nice and accommodating and helpful with our late departure. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub where not available during our stay because of a broken pump but things happen and we were able to enjoy more of what Telluride had to offer. Highly recommend for a family 4 with young kids.

Feb Break 2022 Getaway to Telluride
Nice size place for a ski trip for a family of 4 with 2 young children, 8 and 6. The kids loved the bunk beds and we liked the separation from the living room and kitchen with a door so we didn't disturb them when they were in bed. The place was nice and clean with all the necessary items for a week stay. The place had excellent views from the balcony which you can see Telluride mountain and the gondola. The place was very nicely located and was walking distance to everything in town and the gondola. The owners were very nice and accommodating and helpful with our late departure. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub where not available during our stay because of a broken pump but things happen and we were able to enjoy more of what Telluride had to offer. Highly recommend for a family 4 with young kids.

My husband and I stayed here during the Telluride Blues and Brews Festival and the location was great. About a 10-15 minute walk to the Town Park. A 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants.
The condo had everything we needed and the view from the balcony is beautiful! The river runs right behind the condo with a great walking trail. Waking up to the Aspen trees changing colors on the mountain was serene!
The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had.

My family of four (two kids ages 3 and 7) stayed here in June for five nights, and it was perfect for us! It is obvious this condo is well cared for, and it was extremely clean and in great shape overall. Even though it's small, it has everything you need and has been thoughfully arranged--from plenty of wall hooks to hang bags and jackets, to a shoe bench to corral shoes and boots, to individual tv screens for the bunk beds.
We cooked most of our meals during our stay, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was also plenty of soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. We brought these items, just in case, but ended up not needing them.
It was so nice to be able to open the patio door and see and hear the river, and the mountain view was lovely. The building is well situated on the river path, and the gondola is a short walk away. We didn't try out the pool or hot tub but did see some other families enjoying them, so they must have been plenty warm. I was pleasantly surprised to find pool towels available in the dresser.
Kristin was very responsive and helpful, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway for a family!
My family of four (two kids ages 3 and 7) stayed here in June for five nights, and it was perfect for us!
