Questa meravigliosa villa fronte mare a 4 camere da letto, 1. 75 Bath House si trova su una spiaggia privata nel quartiere Sand Hills di Scituate MA. Completamente aggiornato nel 2015, questa casa offre splendide viste ininterrotte sull'Oceano Atlantico e sul Faro di Minot. E 'spaziosa e offre 2 letti queen size nelle camere da letto con vista sull'oceano, 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 doppia più letto a castello. C'è spazio aggiuntivo per dormire sul futon e divano letto. We loved everything about our stay. The house was large enough to accommodate all 5 of us. We enjoyed the screen porch the most. The location for day trips was easy. The local restaurants were impressive. Matt was very quick with his replies. We all hope to be back again some day!

Had an excellent week at the house. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. We really enjoyed the shops and restaurants in town and it was a great launching point for day trips both up and down the coast. Communication from Matt was great leading up to and during the stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.

The property was clean and very comfortable. The host was quick to respond and very accommodating. It was like dealing with an old friend. The home was well stocked with everything we needed for a great vacation. We would definitely stay there again!

Just fine. Wonderful to be right on the ocean.
A few minor points:
There were no facial tissues anywhere.
Buy better toilet paper.
The kitchen and bathrooms could use more towel rods.

Our son’s family from Ohio visited with 6 grandkids. They loved the open concept of the house with the kids and the beautiful views. The large dining room table was perfect.

The property owner was very helpful and accommodating! We were renting the home for our daughter’s family from Virginia, who were visiting us for Christmas vacation. The house was the perfect size for 2 adults and 4 teenage grandkids. The views were spectacular.

My family and I had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. The host was available and worked with our young family's needs (pack and play, kids' games, infant chair, baby gate...) We couldn't have asked for more....and the sound of the ocean waves at night was awesome.

The moment our grandchildren, aged 19,15,& 9, walked into the house, they were hooked! The views and the rocky beach are beautiful and the layout of the house works well for a raucous card game or quiet time with a book - at the same time! The long dining table on the porch overlooking the beach was our fave place hang out for meals.
Just a very comfy, cozy house. My only gentle suggestion would be maybe a bit more attention to housekeeping. We definitely hope to get back to 64 Oceanside Drive next year.

The expansive view of the ocean is the first thing that will capture your attention at this house in Scituate. You can see and hear the ocean from almost every room in the house. We were able to watch the sunrise from our bedroom window and sunset from the front porch.
The house is comfortably furnished and clean. We could walk to a small, uncrowded sandy public beach (about 1/2 mile away). Several restaurants and ice cream shops were nearby. Neighbors were quiet. The showers had good pressure and lots of hot water. There are stairs from the patio down to the water. I recommend bringing beach shoes as the waterfront is rocky rather than sandy- though this may vary with seasons and tides.
Our family enjoyed the house and the opportunity to spend time together as we sat by the ocean every day.

Relaxing ocean view and lots of room
We rented the house when traveling to the area for a wedding. We knew there wasn't really a beach but the large screened porch gave us wonderful views of the water. Some of our extended family joined us for lunch one day and the spacious main floor and porch gave us lots of room to spread out and enjoy catching up after not being together during COVID. Helpful info about local restaurants and other tourist questions from the host. I'm not used to VRBOs where there are open food leftovers carrying over from prior guests and a less than spotless refrigerator, so that was a little off putting at first but it didn't diminish our pleasure in the stay.

Refreshing Seaside Cottage
This cozy place was laid out efficiently for a family gathering, with its two long dining tables (one inside and one on a screened porch) and three living areas (two inside and one on the screened porch). We were close enough to enjoy each other but with plenty of space to have time alone. There are options for outdoor relaxing areas on the wraparound deck and down on the seawall. Sounds of the ocean drive away other demands for a truly enjoyable respite. Plenty of restaurants and a quaint downtown offer everything a family needs within 2 miles.

Stayed for a wedding
The house was exactly as it says. We needed a house for my extended family to stay for my sons wedding. The bedrooms had plenty of space and having the pullout couch, futon and bathroom on the first floor was perfect for our needs. The owner, Matt, was fantastic and treats you like family. A 10 out of 10 stay.

The house was on the ocean, we saw beautiful sunrises each morning. House was clean, the owner was very easy to talk to and reachable. It was a great experience and we hope to go back.

Destination Wedding Trip
The sound of the ocean was so relaxing and tranquil, not to mention the ocean view from 2 of the bedrooms. The house was spacious, supplied with everything we needed and the location was perfect. The folder with instructions and local suggestions was very helpful. My only recommendation would be to do just a bit more of a thorough cleaning; I cleaned your refrigerator and also the kitchen trash barrel. :) But overall - we had a fantastic time and your property and great. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great experience
This was my first time using vrbo and I will use it again. From the reservation to check in to check out everything went smooth. The host was very accommodating and answered any questions I had. The property was exactly how it was described. I would recommend this property.

Family Getaway
Being right on the beach, and having the sites and sounds that we had, was worth every penny! Our trip was delayed a year (dang covid), but Matt was very understanding and easy to work with to make this change. The house had more than enough room for the 10 of us (plus an infant). The kids loved playing in the water and it made for a nice relaxing place to come back to after venturing out for the day. Thanks again for the hospitality!

Perfect get away
This beach house was incredible. The pictures did not do it justice! The panoramic views of the ocean were priceless- we enjoyed the beach even when it was raining. The house was planted in a beautiful neighborhood very close to Scituate’s best restaurants. The kayaks and paddle board were a great addition to the trip. The host was super helpful and very quick to answer questions.

Amazing family vacation!!!
House, location and owner were wonderful! The view from nearly every room in the house was beautiful. Air conditioning worked well as we had some hot days, and on the cooler days we had the windows open. Just so relaxing hearing the waves crashing while playing board games with my teenage boys that the owner provided. We absolutely loved our stay and are hoping to come back next year! I would definitely recommend this home! Thank you Matt for helping us enjoy our family vacation!

AMAZING PROPERTY!!!!
It's hard to know where to start when reviewing this property. The views are unbelievable (pics don't do it justice) and the sound of the ocean is so peaceful and calming. You are RIGHT THERE on the water. We left our windows open most nights just so we could go to sleep to it. The neighborhood and town is so nice, quiet and VERY safe for families. We never had any issues at all.
The house itself was perfect for what my family needed. Little things like the beds being comfortable and great water pressure in the showers made it even better. We were able to find everything we needed in the kitchen and then some as well. Air conditioners are in every bedroom, so everyone was able to make the temperature exactly what they wanted. I think our favorite part of the house was the screened in porch. We sat out there every morning and every night. Our oldest teenager even slept out there one night (warning....the sun rises at 5AM). If we ever went back to this part of the country again, we would stay at this house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Oceanside Summer Retreat
We loved our four weeks of family time at this beautiful home . This is the second year we have enjoyed our family time Oceanside . We will be back next year . The gorgeous view of the ocean from the screened porch is a delightful way to start the day and dinner over looking the sunset is wonderful . Our family is looking forward to our vacation Oceanside next year .

We had a great stay at Matt's beach house. Great location and has all the amenities for families. Views from the house were lovely and being right on the ocean was awesome! Matt was very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!

💥Amazing-Wonderful Place💥
Our stay was interrupted by the “cyclobomb.” We got in Thursday to Boston and our place had no power. Matt was terrific, we knew before we landed and he kept us updated. We were able to move in on Friday-power restored. Matt was terrific and so helpful.
The house was as depicted only larger in real life. The beds were comfortable. The place was immaculate. The hospitality was top drawer. I personally loved the gas fireplace🔥�.
I’d recommend this to anyone.

Family friendly accommodations
This is a beautiful home right on the water. Plenty of room for our family of 6. A fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, and beautiful views of the ocean were some of the things we enjoyed about the house. A 40 minute drive to Plymouth and a 30 minute drive to catch the subway to Boston made this an ideal location for tourist activities.

Memorable Vacation
This beautiful house on the beach was in a great location! The amenities such as a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, kayaks, and more were very appreciative. Looking at and listening to the peaceful sounds of the ocean were the most memorable. Although the beds were not comfortable at all, we definitely hope to rent this property again because the rest of the house and the beach were a truly amazing experience to have!

Wonderful Vacation
This was a great location! Halfway between the cape and Boston which was perfect for what we wanted to do and see. The town is lovely and the house was so nice with the view of the ocean and the screened in porch. The owners were so nice and helpful with all our questions and needs. Definitely plan to go again and stay here again if possible!

Matt took care of everything. The house was great, views amazing. House was clean, close to town and everything we could ask for. If we go back to Scituate we will definitely stay their again.

Beautiful and relaxing!
Such a wonderful stay! The pictures don’t do the views of the ocean justice! Our kids had a wonderful time and the house was great for young kids. They even have a baby gate to block stairs which was perfect. Owners are wonderful and SO quick to respond. Will definitely use them for our next staycation! Thank you!!

Wonderful beach property in Scituate
This is a beautiful house in a great location and works very well for a large group. We were there in the winter and the house is fully winterised, cosy and warm, well furnished and supplied - can only imagine how great it must be in the summer! Hoping to return to enjoy it in warmer weather.

Great home feel. Wonderful views. Great town. Can walk everywhere. Huge screen porch. Lots of space.
We stayed at this home for our son's wedding. The large kitchen was great for planning grab-and-go meals that our son, his fiance, her family and their friends could come and go, eat and visit on the huge screen porch with the wonderful views. We cooked on the grill. The sound of the ocean was the best. Great mattresses. The best sleep we've ever had in a vacation home. Nice open floor plan. Plenty of space. Would definitely stay there again.
