Pure perfection - everything!

Wonderful location between olive trees, Sunset with view to the pool - is like to be in africa. Great servicteam from the poolbar to room service. Excellent dinner and best informed waiter. A great place to relax, to find yourself and to enjoy life.

Very well maintained property with cute rooms and many butterflies. A oasis away from stressful cities.

Most employees were very friendly but it was not possible to provide a bigger table for the room service (even though they had multiple). I would expect more customer centricity at this price point.

Very expensive

- nice architecture of the property, garden in a full bloom - good quality of the breakfast ingredients, champagne at breakfast

- when you travel a lot and choose hotels from Small Luxury Hotels network, you have high expectations towards the hotel and this property unfortunately did not meet them; - the service was very chaotic and mostly unorganized (eg. when we arrived, we were sited in the lobby for welcome drinks that never arrived); - the swimming pool area wasn’t cleaned during the day and until early morning (you couldn’t spend the sunset by the pool because everything was so messy, used towels and dishes were not collected, sun beds were in a complete disorder); - the restaurant is designed to be “fine dining” but instead of fine dining experience, you receive overpriced dishes and caricatured service (eg. waiter wears white gloves, but can not manage to put a bottle of wine in a bucket with ice, you wait ages for the appetizers or simple beverages); - the property is not as big as it looks on the drone pictures (especially swimming pool area) and it gets unpleasantly crowded and noisy during peak hours; - the bathroom was really small and the sink was located in the room itself; - the stuff was trying really hard but anything hardly worked :(

we booked an apartment for a relaxing extended weekend - little did we know the apartment that we booked was not located in the hotel complex but in another 10 km far away city. in the apartment description on booking there is no indication whatsoever that informs you that you are actually not booking a room at the hotel complex but a completely separate entity, which we were informed about at our arrival to the hotel. when we arrived the apartment in Groznjan has not been ventilated for quite some time as the air was stale and hot. the air conditioning was not operating in the whole apartment resulting in a very restless and hot night filled with mosquitos. - the concierge that showed us the way to the apartment did not offer us to help us with our luggage resulting in us having to carry all of our luggage to the 4th floor where the bedrooms are located. - we ordered breakfast to be delivered to the apartment at 7 o’clock as we were planing on spending the day on the bicycle - the breakfast arrived at 7:50 … - the restaurant is tended by great staff but the quality of the food and drinks is definitely not up to the par with the prices that they are demanding. overall the prices demanded and number of hotel stars absolutely does not reflect the service and quality of service that is being provided.

Wellness is too small. Only one sauna, no indoor pool for swiming.

This place is serene and peaceful. We were surrounded by beautiful landscapes. Breakfast was amazing.
