It’s in the historic center of the Pienza, near everything. Andrea is a wonderful host, very helpful and always eager to give plenty of info, not only for Pienza, but for the whole Tuscany. The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos! It’s fully equipped, pretty spacious and very clean.

Andrea is a fantastic host who looked after us so well. We felt so welcome at La Rosa from the moment of our arrival. Tha apartment is a gem in a wonderful location and is really well equipped, comfortable and spacious. We will definitely return. Grazie mille, Andrea.

Andrea, our host, was fantastic. Het met us at the apartment upon arrival, and he spent 30 minutes with us, providing information regarding places to go, eat, see, etc. The location was fantastic; one block off of the Main Street (Viale Enzo Mongiovacci) in the heart of Pienza, with a short walk to a paid parking lot. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good. Fresh pastries were delivered each morning, and the refrigerator was well stocked with yogurt, juice, etc.

Perfectly situated just off the principal street near the centre of the incredible medieval walled town of Pienza, this 15th century building could not be more charming. Inside, our suite was tastefully decorated and appointed with modern kitchen appliances, bathrooms fixtures, and furniture. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our wonderful host Andrea provided a warm welcome and all the information we could need about the town and surrounding area. In addition to daily cleaning and fresh pastries delivered to our room each morning, he even brought the occasional chocolate surprise treat.

Andrea , the host, goes above and beyond. He greets you outside the apartment, has lots of maps and suggestions for touring the region. The apartment it super clean and cozy with extra attention to detail. Best of all,he leaves the fridge with breakfast essentials and warm croissant waiting for you in the morning at your door. Thank you Andrea for a piece of home during our stay in italy!

Residenza d'Epoca La Rosa was an amazing find! From the moment we met our host to the moment we left it was one of the best booking.com/Airbnb place I have ever stayed. The attention to detail was second to none. Your choice in staying here and enjoying the charming town of Pienza will be the highlight of your vacation.
There is nothing that I can think of to improve this property. They covered everything in making this a very comfortable place to stay. I hope to go back again soon!

Perfect apartment right in the center of Pienza. Andrea was possibly the best host I’ve ever had. He sent us a map link for free parking and also multiple links for must see locations and scenic driving routes in Tuscany including filming locations used in movies like Gladiator and Romeo & Juliet. He was a wealth of information in every way. Things to do, restaurants....you name it! Don’t hesitate to book this apartment-🙂

Those breakfast croissants were soooo delicious! We would have gladly had twice or three times the amount! Super friendly hosts, with absolutely amazing communication! Cannot find anything to complain about it there. The apartment is in the city centre, great location, quiet and beautiful, not to mention very very clean. Lots of beauty products in the bathroom (even Q-tips and hair conditioner!). Each window has modern window blinds, so you can completely darken each room, including the living room. The place is modern, cozy and with lots of attention to details. I can only say the beds and pillows are some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in!
The noise from the kitchen/bathroom water taps is quite loud. You could even hear when someone in the other flat was opening a tap and easily through the bathroom wall in the same flat. For anyone sleeping in the living room, it can sometimes be annoying especially during the night. The couch in the living room wasn't as comfortable as the beds, so that is one point to improve on. Also, it would have been nice to have more fresh products for breakfast (fruit/pastry/juice).

Lovely place.... the location was perfect right in the historic center of Pienza!
The apartment was very well decorated and very spacious especially the bathroom was full of comfort..
the owner was helpful.
Ohps! The mattress and pillows in memory were comfortable
