House is wonderful just need some maintenance work. Screens had holes in them and holes in the walls. Good use a better cleaning service sand in the beds. Outside Patio was not clean.

We love the house!

We had a great stay at this property! We had six kids ranging in age from 8mos to 8 years old, and there was plenty of room for the entire family to have their own space. The kids were thrilled with how much space they had to play in the house and with their own room (the bunk room). The huge kitchen is amazing when you've got a lot of "cooks in the kitchen" and the little backyard was a pleasant surprise! The garage really does fit five cars which is amazing this close to the beach and boardwalk. Super happy with our experience at the house. The only issue really was a couple of broken things in the house - the shades on one window, a dresser drawer, the light in the extra bedroom and a ton of fruit flies/ants which was a little annoying bc we had to store all our food in the fridge to keep the pests at bay.

The house was huge and great location.

We had a wonderful time at Ralph's house in Wildwood. We've been coming to Wildwood for over 15 years and this was by far the best property we have stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice! It is a very large property and very comfortable for a group. Well stocked with paper items and kitchen items. There is an extra fridge in the garage which is perfect for extra drinks. Ralph was super helpful and responsive when we had questions. The number of parking spots was amazing! Will definitely rent again!

If you need a lot of individual beds and a large space for a big group, you can't beat this property. First of all, Ralph is a great manager and very communicative. Any questions were immediately answered and the check in process is flawless. The location of the property is perfect and within EASY walking distance, not only of the beach, but also restaurants, clubs and other needs. The house has ample parking in the garage and you can truly fit 5 cars if needed. We fit 2 Suburbans with plenty of room to spare. The 2 upper floors have 1 bedroom next to the kitchen and living room with 4 bunk beds. This space is wide open and has been updated a bit. The upstairs has the rest of the bedrooms with more bunk beds and 3 queen/king beds. I will be honest the place could use a bit of an update. But for a big place with plenty of room for 14+ and the fact you are at the beach tracking sand all over, it was more than adequate and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Ralph did an excellent job of letting us know what we needed to bring, what was available for us to use and that the place was clean. ***One final note: if you are travelling from out of the area, you will need to bring your own towels (beach and bath) and bed sheets. Ralph let us know where we could rent those items in town. Also, they do have boogie boards and chairs for all to use in the basement which was a pleasant surprise.***

we had great weekend at this house, as advertised large, spacious property, would recommend to anyone and would love to use again in future. only few minor setbacks was, shower tub not draining in one of the bathrooms. couldn't lower AC to our liking Temp and even couldn't increase the fan speed. refrigerator was not working for water use. everything else was perfect .we all had great time.

Very clean and roomy great location

We just returned from a week at this property. The house was just as advertised. It was very spacious and with plenty of room for out large family. It is within walking distance to most everything. We really enjoyed it and will rent it again in the future.

The place is huge and easily accommodated our entire family! It was an easy walk to the beach and the boardwalk and the 5 car garage was a HUGE bonus. Communication with Ralph prior to our stay was excellent and we found that we were able to easily access a lot of things! The unit was well stocked and we found everything we needed. We loved everything about our stay except for the rental unit next door. They were very loud and partying every night. With that said, Ralph was so helpful and responsive in trying to remedy the issue. He went above and beyond in a situation that certainly did not really involve him and we truly appreciated it! Despite this issue, we would stay again!

Our family had a comfortable stay as my son got married in Stone Harbor. Our 1st time in Wildwood! Kitchen - stocked nicely, beds - comfortable, showers - clean & hot, 2 balconies were great to enjoy outside, beach chairs for use in garage that fit 5 cars nicely. No complaints!

AMAZING!!!!!!

The place is beautiful and spacious. The place is well kept. The location is really good. Unfortunately the multi-unit rental building immediately to the West is very noisy. This, in my mind, is the only negative about this property.

Everything was great except for the floors in the kitchen/dining/living room being dirty. Great communication with the owner, very happy with the location and the property as well.

Would definitely recommend this place for any large or small family groups in the future. There was just some uncomfortable few hours (2-3 hours in the early am) with heating at night. It was very cold and windy when we visiting. We believe the heating was set on a schedule that we couldn't adjust. It was a minor inconvenience but still such a lovely place and experience. We had a great time at the house. We had a few issues. First of all the house did not have adequate hot water. Most times the water was very cold. Secondly, there was a woman’s pad wrapper underneath one of the comforters. Thirdly the pots and pans provided were of very cheap quality. Other than that, the house was massive and comfortable. The rooms were clean. Proximity to the beach, boardwalk and nearby park was really awesome. We had a nice trip except for a few hiccups. Great experience.

The whole experience was amazing. All the information was given when it was said to be given, the owner was super responsive to my many questions; he even reimbursed me when the gas for the grill ran out. The house is really beautiful and spacious. Now, the kitchen!!!! It was awesome, a lot of space for a few hands to work on food, everything was clean, and in working conditions. I love cooking and having the space was truly an experience. I will definitely come back here again in the future.

Neighborhood was nice close to the beach

This experience was wonderful for me and the family, sleeps 18 we had 10 and had so much room, patio was the favorite hang out spot! Overall this house and landlord gets 100% rating Ralph always was available to answer any questions and very nice to speak with.

We had an awesome stay. The house was plenty big for 10 of us to move about The rooms were spacious and we had more than enough beds. Plenty of seating in the kitchen which was fully stocked with kitchenware. Ralph is wonderful to work with from start to finish and I would be happy to rent from him again! He is super responsive and checked in frequently to make sure we were having a great time with no issues. All in all, it was a wonderful trip!

House had plenty of room for our party of 6 adults and 7 kids. Owner was great and very responsive. Huge plus was the garage that could fit our vehicles and all our beach gear. Should our travels have us needing lodging in Wildwood again we could only hope this property is available.
