Apartment in a great location and clean

The check in process was very convoluted and confusing (the host didn't answer my calls at first) - at a certain point I thought the apartment didn't exist and called booking for clarifications.

Very clean, well equipped with all cleaning essentials provided. fantastic location!

A comfortable, well equipped appartment right next to the ski lifts in Flims. Almost everything I need was there, including a Coop open until 6pm each day just next door. But if you like your tea from a mug rather than a cup then take some mugs, there's only cups provided.

The owner supplies lots of information, but misses a few vital details for an easy arrival. I arrived by car, driving up to Flims from the valley and had paid for the covered parking. Just before the lifts in Flims the road turns left. After the bend you'll see the Via Stenna/The Hide Hotel building on your right. Your booking is nothing to do with this (although it does house the Coop) so ignore the first parking entrance and take the second entrance at the end of the building. You'll see the ramp down to the parking on your left, but ignore this, drive straight and park up in front of the large, wood clad building. This is 'Haus Vallida' and your apartment is in this building. Walk round to the entrance on the righthand side, enter and you'll see the letterboxes on your left. Owners instructions are fine from here on.
