You need to stay here! The unit is huge and gorgeous and the location can't be beat. Half a block to the square, quiet building, easy parking. We stay in this building every time we come to SF.

The TV in the master bedroom was erratic. Sometimes I could get live tv; sometimes it would freeze in the middle of a program; sometimes I could not sign in at all. The other tvs were ok.
The couch in the living room was leaking feathers. Maybe time to replace.
Otherwise the unit was lovely and well-appointed. Our third or fourth time stying in that uni.

everyone was very helpful and super friendly. the one tiny thing i would recommend would be for housekeeping to double check the amounts of toilet paper and laundry detergent. we would have done more laundry(kitchen towels and bath towels) but there was only enough for one or two loads. the office was closed when we realized it. everything else was fabulous!

Great Escape
What a great experiance and exactly the place to give us the relaxation needed. This has great acccess to the heart of Santa Fe that allows you to experiance the city. From the easy access to shopping, Art, and dining, to the great views from both balconies of the sunset and moonrise over the mountains, this has it all.
Very clean, great parking and easy, secure access. Host was great with commmuncation and made the entire proccess easy. The unit and furnishing were amazing. We used the kitchen and it was very well stocked for cooking or just having a glass of wine.
A great stay and I hope for many more when we visit Santa Fe in the future.

Could not have been better
We visit Santa Fe every year and usually stay at the Encantado. This year, we decided to try staying closer to the Plaza and found The Lincoln. This beautifully appointed, Covid sanitized compliant, wonderfully managed and perfectly located property blew away our expectations! We are actually wanting to return already and will be visiting Santa Fe more frequently now and staying at the Lincoln. Thank you for the most enjoyable visit!

Beautiful town center escape
We absolutely loved our stay. All stress was relieved the second we walked in the door and Adobe Star is an amazing management company. Apartment is stunning and clean and looked better than the pics! Expansive hallways, rooms are huge and a dream kitchen. Hope you get a chance to stay there. We'll be back.

The location couldn’t have been any better! It was only a short walk to the Plaza. The condo was open ,spacious, clean with great views. I highly recommend this property for two couples because the bedrooms are on opposite sides and give you lots of room for privacy. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and super pleasant. We hope to be back next year!

We were quite happy with this property. Everything from communication, checkin, parking, cleanliness, and the condo itself was spot-on. Parking is right next door and easy access to the condo. Kitchen is fully furnished--you don't need to bring anything. The condo was super-clean (more than most).
The location is fantastic. Very close to the plaza (like a 3 minute walk), yet far enough away to be quiet. Lots of high-quality restaurants very close by (walking distance). Really nice views.
We will be renting again when returning to Santa Fe.

A hidden gem in Santa Fe Square
Wow! What an amazing stay at Lincoln Residence 402! We received such a wonderful welcoming from the staff and orientation. . .and the condo was impeccable. From the two fireplaces, the decked out kitchen with Viking stove and cook top, the spa like bathrooms to the cozy bedrooms everything was on point. We had several balconies with amazing views over old Santa Fe and to the mountains. Everything was in walking distance like shops, amazing food, culture, churches and museums. Parking is right next to the condo. We will be definitely booking another stay at this hidden gem very soon. Luxury with a laid back attitude and privacy. . .again, WOW!!

Amazing property!
The property was fantastic, and in a prime location in downtown Santa Fe. It worked perfectly for our situation (we came to Santa Fe for our wedding, and had my best friend/our officiant with us), with the two suites. We especially loved the fireplaces for the chilly mornings and evenings :) and the kitchen! Thanks for making our wedding week so special!

We were able to walk everywhere including to our dinners. The property management was very responsive to the few issues we had during our stay and resolved the situation quickly. The unit was very clean and very well supplied w towels and items needed in the kitchen. We went with another couple and both bedrooms/baths were equally decorated to give the feel of two masters. We were pleased w our choice of lodging for this trip w dear friends!
