Place was fantastic for our group. Clean and comfortable with an amazing pool and lounge area. Perfect location. Would highly recommend this spot.

Great House, Great Location. Dog Friendly with a Doggie Door!! House is comfortable, and back yard is beautiful. The home needs all new area rugs but besides for that a 5⭐️in our books!!

Just stayed a week at this beautiful home! The check in and process was simple and easy! We came to visit our Son who is currently attending school in the area. We packed up the whole family including our 2 dogs and drove 9hrs. When we all arrived we were pleasantly surprised with this beautiful home. We all picked our rooms and settled in for a week sitting by the pool resort style. Especially since there is not much you can do in the current temperature. Lol I had read a review prior to our arrival and had a couple of questions. Reached out and got my answers. The retractable awning that is In the advisement picture is no longer there. So take a shade tent is very much advisable. We have one so packed that with us. The waterfall was not working/on at the time but I was informed via vrbo message that a repair and pool cleaning service was coming. They fixed the pool vacuum and turned on the waterfall. That made the pool even more enjoyable. There is nice mature foliage around the pool so while the back patio got sunshine in the afternoon there was nice shade to enjoy in the pool! The beds were comfortable too! The middle room off the kitchen is pretty soft though compared to the other rooms. The bathroom in the hallway could use a new shower head. Seems to be stuck on a pulse type setting. But that was not a big deal. The little black towels can be found with other towels in the closets of every room. Our 2 dogs enjoyed the large back yard. We all enjoyed and will book again

This was such a spacious and beautiful family friendly home! We visited from So California and found this home so accommodating for our family. The pool was wonderful and all supplies needed were on hand. Home management responds quickly and were available to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this rental!

We stayed Fathers Day weekend. We went to Chase field which was only 20-25 minutes away. Home was extremely clean. Check in was super easy. I did have to ask the host a question 3 times before they answered back. The description of the house stated a sun shade outside. It was not available. That was one reason I choose the house so when I BBQ there would be shade. And the waterfall in the pool wasn't hooked up. I think the pool needs a new suction cuz the pool was dirty even tho we swept the top of the pool constantly. But all that is ok. Because we had a great time in a beautiful home. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We would definitely rent this home again

Beautiful and well appointed home with gorgeous backyard. We had everything we needed to enjoy time with friends and lounge by the pool.

The house and the location were great, but the pictures from the online listing did not match the property, and there was some leftover trash from prior occupants. I understand that this residence is not a hotel and there are some amenities that are out of scope, but when there is a cleaning fee that each occupant pays I would assume that the home that is being rented is clean and free of animal feces in the yard, food in and on the furniture, and furniture is cleaned. Some of the things that stood out when my family and I first walked the property were: * Dried food on the carpet * Broken ground lights in the backyard * Dog poop in the yard * The house smelled like slight marijuana * Crack inside the refrigerator on the bottom * Master bedroom deadbolt lock did not work. The lock knob just spun without engaging the lock * Pool cushions needed a deep cleaning or replacing. You could see oil marks from tanning oil on them * Furniture needs some touch up paint * Camera on the patio that was not disclosed * The listing pictures show a retractable awning that covers a portion of the pool and patio, but no awning was present.

It's was perfect. Just what I needed. The check in process was simple and the check out process was easy. I will book again.

Everything about this property was excellent but the shining star was the backyard with heated pool and the landscaping was perfect !

Check in/check out was seamless. We loved the pool, it was nicely heated and very clean. There were many touches that really made a difference: shampoo & conditioner, good spice selection. The yard was gorgeous, we enjoyed some fresh lemons and oranges off the trees in the backyard. We won’t hesitate to stay here the next time we’re in Phoenix!

I have in mind to renting next time, for family visiting

The was a central meeting point for our family. The home was clean, beds were comfy and pool was warm..perfect. Everything was better than expected. Location was close to stores and food. Look foward to renting again in the future.

Over all this home worked well for us!!! Doggie friendly and a doggie door was a must have for us and the pool was a great feature for warm afternoons!! This home had lots of space and a great Family Room area. The three private bedrooms are nice while the two other bedrooms are nice but not much privacy. The drive to Chase Field to see the Dodgers play was about 25 minutes so we loved the location! We did have a few early morning visitors knocking at the door which was a bit of an annoyance especially since our Guest Book had a different schedule. This was a bit of an inconvenience with our dogs and us especially before 9:00 am (Pest Control Tuesday and Pool Cleaning Wednesday) Over All we enjoyed the Cold Springs Home Amenities, Location and Welcomeness!! We will be planning another visit soon!!! Thank You to the Host and Owner for all the communication!!

Great space for our family. The pool was a big hit! The kids and adults appreciated that it was heated. The house is cleaned and quiet neighborhood. Would love to stay here again in the future.

This was a beautiful home we enjoyed the landscape and all the amenities. Plenty of Laundry soap, hand soap and dish liquid was all provided. Great property!

We throughly enjoyed our week at Coldwater Springs. The bedrooms were perfect and we really appreciated the ample number of towels. The pool was perfect and the fact it was heated was an appreciated and unexpected surprise. The only drawbacks were slightly dated (stained) cushions for the patio furniture and the worn out pots and pans. We loved that there were a LOT of pots and pans but some were past their use. Also, please provide counter wipes or a bottle of Method to make kitchen clean up easy! Thank you for making my daughter’s graduation a lovely and celebratory experience for the whole family.

We had such a wonderful time as my 2 brothers and I were meeting up for Spring Training Baseball. The house was very roomy with plenty of bedrooms for the 3 of us as the Pool was amazing as well as all of the spacious rooms, wonderful pool and large yard.

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a beautiful home that has a great location. It is easy to get to and near so many things. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool was awesome.

The house is so big and it has a nice backyard and pool. They are pet friendly which I loved, will be coming back for sure!

The pool is amazing, yard was HUGE. And a big plus was the house already had so much things we never expected to have aka dish soap, trash bags, pots, pans, shampoo soap conditioner. Spices, scotch tape, scissors, you name it. everything! They had sooo much! The master bedroom bed was super comfy. The lights in the house and master bedroom could use an upgrade. It was a bit dark in the master room but overall, it was an amazing experience. If i could, we’d stay there over and over and over again!

The house was clean, beautiful and has lots of space. We loved the pool and the backyard. We will definitely be renting this house again.

It was a very beautiful home and yard. The kids really enjoyed the pool because it was heated. Everyone seemed comfortable. It was nice that they supplied some coffee, tea and water. Having a washer and dryer came in handy too. We ranged in age from 10-75 .

Needs some repairs kitchen dishwasher not screwed to counter,doors loose,toilet wobbly .fridge dirty on top.

We enjoyed our stay. Pool could have been a little bit warmer. We did find one dirty bowl in the cupboard and a cracked champagne glass. All but two beds were uncomfortable. The sofa was also uncomfortable. Should warn your guests about bugs. We all were bitten by bugs. Guessing that they were fleas while outside on the patio. First day we were sitting outside and started feeling burning itch around the feet. Property is very beautiful. Couldn’t give a score on the property manager as we never spoke with them

Great place to stay for Spring training. Close to Goodyear to see the Indians. Clean and well kept with extra linens, plenty of condiments and a few snacks left to start with. Unfortunately we didn’t have the best weather. Pool was nice, the cover really helped heat it to a comfortable temperature.
