Entra in questa bellissima casa e non vorrai mai andartene. Dal momento in cui arriverai, rimarrai affascinato dalle spettacolari viste sull'acqua da entrambi i livelli e da tutti i nuovi arredi. Siediti sul grande ponte e guarda l'alba, l'azione del porto turistico dall'altra parte della strada o i fuochi d'artificio delle vacanze. Goditi il relax del cortile paesaggistico di recente, giocando o guardando il traffico fluviale su questa proprietà sul lungomare con molo privato. A pochi minuti da tutte le attrazioni, ma è il posto perfetto per scappare da tutto.
L'intera casa è stata completamente rinnovata dentro e fuori. Nuovo tutto! Il livello superiore è un concetto aperto con soffitti a volta e con travi a vista. Qui troverai il padrone spazioso con TV, seconda camera da letto e bagno completo con cabina doccia. Divertiti a cucinare nella splendida cucina con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, armadi, ripiani in granito e tutto il necessario per preparare quel pasto perfetto. Ci sono sei posti a sedere al tavolo da pranzo e altri quattro posti al bancone della cucina. L'area soggiorno è ideale per i giochi di famiglia, la lettura di un libro o la visione di film. Queste camere sovrastano una parete piena di porte in vetro che conducono al grande ponte che si affaccia su incredibili viste sull'acqua, sulla città di Saugatuck e sul porto turistico.
Anche la fantastica ristrutturazione di livello inferiore è stata completamente rimodellata. Mobile bar e frigorifero inossidabile di dimensioni standard e bar / sala da pranzo in granito di grandi dimensioni che può ospitare otto persone. Ottimo posto dove mangiare, giocare o socializzare. By far the cleanest and most well equipped vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in! Annette truly cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Great location and views.

The property is clean and well maintained, right across the lake from nightlife, so we were able to hear the bands but enjoy our own quiet time on the deck. It was a lovely, relaxing stay filled with tons to do!

We had the perfect long weekend vacation staying at this beautiful home. The location on the water is a vacation in itself, but you are so close to the beach, the ferry, the famous steps, the root beer shack, and more. It's so easy to get downtown for all Saugatuck has to offer. We so enjoyed the music from downtown lightly wafting over the water to our deck in the early evenings. We even did a quick day trip to Grand Rapids to see Wicked. Annette's recommendations were exactly perfect. She was so helpful and welcoming. The house was spotless and we had everything we needed. Seven adults were more than comfortable in the spacious home. We loved both levels and spent time in both. Upstairs we cooked and dined. Downstairs we snacked and played (perfect game night table!) We made the best memories and when we come back, we would choose to stay here again. It was just perfect!

Fabulous location, spotlessly clean, this house was the perfect way to spend our Mother's Day weekend meeting cousins from Indiana who've never been to Saugatuck. They wanted to see the Holland tulip festival but we knew the blooms were hard to pinpoint an exact date to see, and we thought Saugatuck was a great location that offered a variety of close alternative places to explore. After a short time on Windmill Island, where few tulips were still fresh, we spent the afternoon in Grand Haven before returning to Saugatuck the rest of the weekend. Lots of shopping, eating and great times together in this wonderful house made lasting memories . Highly recommend this wonderful home.

Annette is on top of everything and provides your every need. She provided us this amazing place to stay on the lake and gave us a lot of details and advice about the area. We had a great time drinking coffee starring at God's beauty in the mornings and explored the area in the afternoon. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to stay if you're in the area.

We came to Saugatuck to celebrate my birthday with family. Even in early December it was so enjoyable being able to look at the water and relax. The location was perfect to hike up my baldy and then to oval beach. The owner made several recommendations for dinner which were also excellent and being the off season we were able to get seated. Overall we all agreed this was one of the nicest birthday celebrations we’ve had. We will definitely be back - next time in the summer to enjoy even more that saugatuck has to offer!

My husband and I have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years and this was truly the best experience we have ever had. The house is extremely well appointed with everything you might need, it is gorgeous, so comfortable and the views of the Kalamazoo river can’t be beat. Annette was wonderful in telling us everything we needed to know and being available. Everything was perfect, so we didn’t have any questions or issues, but she was readily available. We will definitely be back!

The views of Kalamazoo Lake over Saugatuck get no better! Beautiful home and furnishings! I was in contact with Annette the host a few times and she responded quickly and efficiently. My family loved and enjoyed both levels of the home and it gave everyone the privacy and space that they needed for eight people to get ready and have fun together over the weekend festivities. The welcoming gift and note was a very nice touch!

We stayed here on our wedding weekend and it was perfect. Even the weather cooperated - upper 70s & sunny in late September. Even though Annette, our host, was not on site, she stayed in close contact during our arrival to ensure that everything went smoothly. Additionally, she was very accommodating to our needs and very quick to respond to questions.
The cottage was exactly as presented in the pictures - open spaces, plenty of light, and amazing views of Kalamazoo Lake and the town of Saugatuck. We spent an over an hour in the morning just sitting on the balcony watching the boats flow by.
I have only a couple of minor nip-picks. There was no shower soap/body wash in the bathrooms. It wasn't a big deal for us because most in our group had brought their own and I simply picked up a bar of soap from the store for myself. We didn't even bother the host about it. There was also a lack of kleenex - we found just one box in the downstairs bedroom.
The other complaint is that I don't like doing laundry or taking out trash when I'm on vacation - part of the checkout process is starting one load of towels and taking the trash out to the bins. I understand that this is common for private rentals like this, but it's just something I'd rather not have to do. However, we really didn't mind in this case because Annette allowed us to check out late even though new guests were coming the same day. In this instance, late checkout was a bigger priority than avoiding a couple of chores.

The house was clean, beautiful and very user-friendly. We loved it. The view was fantastic. Very nice area with lots of walking trails and the beach. Very close. The road is quite narrow and busy. You have to be careful. We did a lot of touring and swimming and enjoyed it a lot. So much to do around there. The music that played at Coral Gables sure made the atmosphere fun.
we did pull out the sleeper sofa but the mattress needs to be replaced. The beds are all very comfortable. The the nighttime is quiet and peaceful. We greatly enjoyed our stay. !

We loved sitting on the deck and watching all the activiy on the lake. Beautiful view of the fireworks on the 4th lf you have toddlers, bring a baby gate or two.

Great location! Love the upper and lower decks to sit and enjoy morning coffee, meals and happy hour while wating the activity on the river and in town. The property is clean, well maintained with comfortable beds, sitting areas and a well stocked kitchen plus a wetbar in lower level. We loved it! We could launch our SUP right from the dock. Walk to the Chain ferry, Mt Baldhead and oval beach.

My group of girlfriends and I enjoyed Annette’s place for a long weekend. The accommodations were so comfortable and clean, and the view from the patio over the water was amazing. The kitchen is so well stocked and we were able to play games all weekend at the kitchen table. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather, so we were able to walk out our door and take long walks and hikes. The ferry was not open yet for the season, so we did have to drive into town, but it was a quick ride. Annette was very communicative and great to work with, and we cannot wait to come back and stay at this gem of a place again, soon! Highly recommend this place for a fun stay in Saugatuck/Douglas!

Great location to relax and look out at the water. Very cold but we bundled up. Hiked up the 300 something stairs and also through the woods to a fabulous view of Lake Michigan. Would love to return in warmer weather. Lots of shops and places to eat!

This is a beautifully decorated and very clean home with all amenities provided. The view across the Kalamazoo River is one of the best. There are many activities in this area that the whole family can enjoy from boating, swimming, hiking, shopping and dining with many restaurants and wineries in the area too.

We cannot say enough about our stay in Saugatuck. Annette was a dream to work with and the location of the home is perfect. Great access to boat rentals, the chain ferry, restaurants, Oval Beach, and the view of the river and marina are breathtaking. The home had everything we needed and we really appreciated that both floors were fully equipped. It worked perfectly for our family; our children and grandchildren stayed on the upper floor and my husband and I used the lower floor. We will definitely return.

Lets get into the fun stuff - the home...I'm a stickler for cleanliness. The homes cleanliness was not only immaculate & tidy but super cozy, & perfect for my family. Did I mention, this property is newly renovated?! The home had plenty of board games / books / card games for both kids & adults. We went during Thanksgiving and the home was stacked with cooking utensils / dish & cookware / baking sheets, glassware (for you wine drinkers, YES you will not be disappointed), coffee maker, blender, etc. You name it, this kitchen had it and perfect for thanksgiving dinner. The bigger appliances were brand new so that was an extra bonus and there were 2 new stainless steal refrigerators (one on each floor). The home linen was nice & plenty and the beds were comfy. The owner was just a dream. She was super attentive/responsive and easy to get a hold of when we had questions and just a delight to work with. She provided great recommendations around town & created a binder with lots of good recommendations left out for guest to check out. The thoughtfulness behind the owners intention to ensure your stay is stellar is nothing short of amazing. You can tell they take great pride in their home but also want to ensure you feel right at home & safe. Sometimes it's nice to get away and not have to worry about a thing, and just unwind and relax. We highly recommended this home. We definitely LOVED this property and will be returning again! it was relaxing cozy and beautiful. If this place had a subscription, sign me up!

Old friends getaway
Annette was a great host. Her tequila sunrise cottage was perfect for our getaway. Loved watching the ducks,, geese and boats from the balcony. Her attention to detail.....the binder she's put together includes everything you need to know about Saugatuck and surrounding areas.
