My family enjoyed this property very much. It's in a quiet neighborhood but close to all amenities and recreational sights. The house is incredibly clean provided a much needed rest for me and my family. Would stay here time and again!!

Great location, very peaceful neighborhood

Beautiful, clean home with plenty of room for
six adults. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and grill after a day at the beach and exploring the area. Felt very safe out on morning runs/walks. Enjoyed the paved path along highway/golf course. Short walk to access some trails and beaches. Short drive to other area beaches, stores and
restaurants.
We would return again!

The house is beautiful, however we were disappointed in many things that could be easy and inexpensive fixes. The house is advertised as jacuzzi zen paradise, however the heat would not work until the last day, pool maintenance happened to come by and fix the problem. House is definitely showing age and some wear. There is tape covering parts of bathtub in master I’m assuming need repair, bedding in master has tears, stains, smells old musty, feel greasy like they are very old and have been slept on by too many people. The second bedroom door sticks and will not open except going through bathroom. Beach chairs are rusted through, some broken not safe. Several loose rocks on stairs on front porch, very dangerous. Third bed sinks in the middle and bugs in bedding in closet. No coffee cups only little tea cups. There are only two towels per bathroom. I alerted property management to some of these things and the response was we will look into it. Disappointed since the previous home was such a good experience. The house and neighborhood are lovely and the house was otherwise clean. The bedding upstairs and smell of pillows is unacceptable even for a budget hotel. Such and inexpensive basic improvement could be made, but there seemed to truly be a lack of interest.

We've rented dozens of vacation rentals on all the Hawaiian Islands and this was the best experience yet. Great communication with Lotus Property Mgmt, great location if your preference is North Shore area, fantastic house, and the most amazing waterfall jacuzzi - the only problem with this house is you really won't want to leave it to see the island.

We had an amazing time. Great location. Ocean and good view. We thought all three bedrooms had AC, but one did not and being there in July the one bedroom was extremely warm.

This house will exceed your expectations. The house has everything you need and is very clean within a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Views spectacular and had a very hard time dragging myself out hot tub. Recommend house to others and hope to stay again sometime soon.

This property was outstanding. It is probably the best furnished house that we have ever stayed. The outside waterfall / whirlpool was perfect. While it is not in the tourist portion of Kauai, there are close by stores and excellent fish market, Hanalei Dolphin. The host request no shoes. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay! It was 5 Star all the way around. The views of mountains, ocean and wildlife were amazing. Upstairs room basically has a 360 view via all the windows/patio and back patio has great view of course and mountains. Windows and natural lighting throughout and the private hot tub to the home was an awesome experience and evening relax time after daily visits to all the beaches nearby. Easy hike and walk to some beaches. Stores close and Hanalei right down the road. Will def be booking here again for my next trip. The whole fam had all the space we needed and rooms are huge and spacey for all your travel needs. Book without hesitation! Mahalo!

WONDERFUL
My husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law, and two young adult sons stayed at this house. There is plenty of room for all of us to have meals together, sit and talk or watch movies, and plenty of room when everyone needed their own space. The location on the golf course, walking in the evenings and watching the sunset or early morning sunrise was amazing. Waking up in our bedroom, sitting up in bed and being able to see the ocean was beautiful!! We would definitely recommend this home and would rent again.

Great house!
Minor inconvenience when we arrived, the upstairs bathroom toilet was leaking. There are two other bathrooms so not that big of a deal. I contacted the host as soon as possible. It was fixed by the second day. The host was very prompt and answered all of our questions. We would love to return!

Great North Shore Location
Lovely property, the photos don’t do it justice! Beds were comfortable. There were snorkeling, boogie boards, beach towels, and beach seats available to use. Some basic spices but otherwise make sure to hit the grocery store for whatever else you need. Plenty of plates and silverware. Would definitely stay here again, it was beautiful! The hot tub with the waterfall was amazing. Thanks for such an amazing time.

Short Stay in Paradise!
The house is located in the nicest, safest neighborhood on the island. We were so pleased with the location. The home is very accommodating with king sized beds and a bathroom off of each bedroom. The hot tub water fall combo was wonderful in a very private setting. I would highly recommend this home!

Fantastic family getaway
My partner and I took our parents to Hawaii to celebrate some big milestones; a 50th wedding anniversary (my parents), and his mom’s 80th birthday. This place was the PERFECT home-base for our trip to the north shore. The house was even better than the pictures, the neighborhood was far enough off the beaten path to be quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to many local hot-spots to make it super convenient. The checkin process was extremely smooth and communication with the host was always quick and succinct. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks Jeff and Shana!

Kauai getaway
This property was right for our family of 3 adult couples. Each had their own room with a full size bathroom and king bed.
The hot tub was great and large enough to have all of us in at one time.
The location is close to a shopping center and restaurants.

Great House!!
Had a great 10 day stay with a total of 6 people. House was clean, roomy and in a perfect location for staying in the Princeville area. We had a blast and I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful house and great location
We really enjoyed the home. The kitchen and large dining room table were very nice for preparing and enjoying meals together. The layout of the home was very expansive and comfortable for the three couples. The house did get warm during the day, but we were gone out sightseeing most of the day anyway. It cooled down quickly in the evening as there was always a nice cross breeze and overhead and standing fans to speed up the process. Would stay here again!

Beautiful but hot
The house is lovely and the location is great. Our only problem was no air conditioner. The week we were there was right after the hurricane so it was very humid all week. No trade winds. The ceiling fans were good but we had the standing fans in each bedroom to help us sleep. The spa and waterfall was a lifesaver.

Paradise in paradise
This was by far the best rental I have ever had through VRBO. The house was immaculate with a well stocked kitchen and top notch gas grill. The house is situated on a golf course with a view of the ocean from the deck off the master Bedroom. Sunsets were spectacular from the deck. Despite the fact that there were many homes in this community, it felt like we had a completely private home. The house was beautifully decorated with three ample sized rooms with king sized beds to accommodate our family of six. We enjoyed using the hot tub which was completely private when we had time to relax after our busy days exploring Kaua’i. The house also came with chairs, umbrellas and plenty of high quality snorkeling gear. Only suggestions that I can think of would be to have an outdoor table and chairs set up near the grill and a second bedside lamp in the master bedroom. Would also recommend providing better bar soap. Thank you so much for providing this first class accommodation for our family!

Amazing Zen Retreat
We stayed in the home for our very first stay in Hawaii. It could not have been more perfect. The home was spacious and clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was within a 2 minute drive. Plenty of space for three couples without feeling in each other’s way at anytime. We cannot wait for our next trip to the island. And I know we will be back at this home again for it!

As comfortable as it gets
Here are our thoughts and feedback:
- The house is more beautiful and spacious than pictures show.
- Incredibly clean, comfortable and well maintained.
- Kitchen has everything and more you can possibly need. Amazing appliances. Most of them brand new or seemed like.
- Great extras - tons of coolers, boogie boards, towels, gadgets, amazing book selection...
- We never used outdoor jacuzzi - just not into chlorine water...
- There is really not that much outdoor space. Landscaping is lovely. But since we where out and about it didn't matter. If you plan to spend all day in the yard this might not be the best option.
- Peaceful and quiet. We all slept like babies there. Even rosters sounded gentle :)
- Location - you will be driving to everything. The house is in the middle of the Truman Show like community - well maintained sameness. If not for some Distinctly Hawaiian plants this could be anywhere.. The closest beach is about 20 min walk. In Princeville there is no public parking - to access other “local” beaches you would have to walk for a very long time. Only Queen's Bath has few parking spots. And it’s a must see spot.
- Don’t buy food at Costco. It’s a tourist trap. Princeville and Hanalei has great stores with everything. Farmers markets and stands are all over the island. Support local!
- Overall this is a great house for a group of people to relax after time well spent on North side beaches and hikes.

Really enjoyed the privacy and location
Our family truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Also found the beach trail that we enjoyed. This was beyond our expectations. Not to mention the beautiful jacuzzi with waterfall.

Beautiful home in a lovely setting!
This home was set up perfectly for three couples with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the coolers, chairs and boogie boards in the garage. There was also ample parking for our three rental cars. The grounds and hot tub were beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely recommend this home.

Home was beautifully decorated, clean and inviting.
This home has everything you need to enjoy your time on the island. A great home base especially for exploring the northern end of the island. Hot tub was great, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook great meals. Perfect for couples, plenty of room to spread out. We would definitely recommend this home.

Beautiful property! Great Kitchen
This was a wonderful place to stay. We loved it. The kitchen is very well stocked with gadgets and pots and pans and everything you need to make great meals. The only thing I can say negative is that the pillows weren't the best, but we are used to high end pillows so we may be pillow snobs on some level. The check in and out processes were simple and painless. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Princeville!

Amazing place to stay for 3 Couples!
Beautiful open home with good airflow. AC not needed. Great kitchen with all the necessary tools for cooking at home. Giant hot tub was the icing on the cake here. So much better than staying in a hotel.
