Very clean, big room close to the city centre.

It was not clear how to enter the hotel.

Spacious room with great bathroom. Design of the room is well thought out. Location conveniently close to the old town.

Noise from the tram line just outside the hotel did disturb us. Cannot move the hotel but would be a great idea if there would be an A/C in the room so there is no need to keep the windows open throughout the night.

Very overpriced hotel as for me, for the amount we paid for a suite we didn’t even get the breakfast, had to pay extra. The room faces main street so be prepared for the noise from trams and all kinds of transport throughout all night.

Breakfast is little bit expensive

Walking distance from the main (Old Town) street and attractions. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and the beds are really comfy. Wifi connection of good quality. Staff is quite friendly. Private parking included in the price.

Optional breakfast buffet selection is much limited and not worth its price. You may want to ask for a room not facing the main street not to be exposed to the noise generated by the trams too much. In order to enter and exit the parking lot you have to call the reception each time and I guess access codes would be much friendlier (not to mention the fact that the parking place itself looks a bit like a horror movie setting ;-) as the deserted and dilapidated ex office building stands in the middle of it).

Location was great for the intention of my stay. Next to Bocatiova tram stop. Good vietnamese restaurant and cafe Aida nearby. Hotel is on a relatively busy street, however the windows are soundproof. I was impressed by the wooden floor in my room (a detail, that made a great impression on me).

The mattress was a bit soft for my liking. Otherwise nothing to complain about. I was staying just 1 night for my English exam.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless, top quality for the price. We would like to thank and to apologize to the receptionist who had her first day when we stormed in. She was kind and lovely and helped us with everything. Thank you Michael's Palace and Thank You Košice :).

Hotel reserves and takes the price twice. When making a reservation, they hold the price, yet not clear for how long (not yet released) and at arrival they ask you to pay again. The personnel knows nothing, except - "sorry". We reserved a double bed, got two separated and were asked to put it themselves into double.. :D Just the point of view what one is paying for.

Very comfortable, clean hotel. Staff very friendly, central location near Old Town area. Definitely good value for money. Forgot something in room on leaving, telephoned hotel, staff very helpful in offering to send item to me. Excellent customer support. Room cleaning was super. Liked option to select how often this was wanted/needed.

No dislikes, just a suggestion: there was only one towel hook in our bathroom , Additional hooks would be great-used wall radiator as alternative.

Very nice, large room and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Close to the city center (10 minutes walk)

We wanted to leave early morning next day, but there was an issue with the parking gate and it couldn't be opened until a person came to fix it (this took ~1h)

Great hotel not far from the city center. Very comfortable and equipped. The staff was very helpful. Nothing to say "contra" ...
