Hotel Staff friendly. Life guards were rude and miserable, as if they didn't like kids.

Rooms need renovating. Need more sunbeds and umbrellas. Rude lifeguards.

Everything was how it was described. Staff were extremely friendly and it is great value for money. Close to everything so taxis were not expensive.

The reception surprised us, I have not seen such unfocused and relaxed reception, they did not explained us anything about the hotel, what is included, what are the times, even did not give us the stripes on hand, as we noticed later that they have to. When I asked to explain about hotel shortly, receptionist said read on internet and app, this is not very big hotel you will find everything. All he pools loungers are already covered with all with the towels till 8.30 am and then there were only half of them with the people, so you will not have the loungers for a more than half a day if you want to sleep more in the morning:) The quality of the water in the wave pool in the water park.

If you have kids ( the reason why we chose this hotel), they will be thrilled. The water park is heaven on earth for children. Not huge, but was better for me that I could always keep an eye on the kid, but large enough for them to have fun. Playground & fun activities (bouncy castles, air hockey etc) in the evenings on the premises. Room basic, but clean and cool. Long story short, for what we paid it was more than ok! Be realistic.

The food and drinks are below average.

The location is convenient . Kalamaki village has everyhting from restaurants and pubs to groceries . It is also close to Laganas but you have to get a xai or bus to get there A beatiful beach is close by , theoretically reachable on foot , but with 36+ C it's not easy to walk

This hotel is absolutely incredible. The food was great, staff were super lovely and friendly, the waterpark is brilliant and lots of different pools to choose from as well. A huge shout-out needs to be given to the entertainment who were absolutely brilliant as well.

Whilst the staff were simply amazing and hardworking to say the least, the treatment of staff from their managers wasn't very nice to see. This was especially the case at the main restaurant. They need to be kinder to their staff and treat them with more respect.

I loved the water park and the staff were very friendly. i liked our room we had very spacious and ideal for me and the kids. we also loved the hot dogs near the water park that was the only food my kids eat the whole holiday.

I didn’t like getting woken up at 7am every day by gardeners cutting trees or bushes? not sure what it was but it was noisy every morning. I also didn’t like how there wasn’t much variety in food it was the same food every day. the food next to the water park was good the first 2 days but then the chips were not cooked properly and the pizza was also stuck to the packet it was in. maybe change it up a little and maybe make some burgers and chicken burgers, bacon rolls. in the restaurant some cheese pizza would have been good for the kids and more choice of sausages not just hot dogs. maybe even burgers for the rolls for the kids.

If you have more childrens and you want to relax in Zakhyntos, then this is one of the perect place to stay. Close to airport (less than 5 min), all inclusive service, local waterpark, free shuttle to Kalamaki beach... You get anything you need to relax and no need to take care anything... Hotel is big and beautiful, but not overcrowed ( i was in june, so maybe at high season worse). Waterpark is fun, local pools are clean. The snack bars were very good. The restaurant was also good (wide range of food, maybe lack of locals), also team took extra effort to support my nut allergic daughter. Really 5 stars for them for all! All staff were extra supportive and nice they really on to feel that you are important. Maybe i have luck, but i really get appropriate service. Many programs thanks to the animators. You can find local travel agency (Zante Sun) nearby (approx 37.74184667299377, 20.894736090076105) they take you to Shipwreck/blue cave or Maratonisi/Keri/Turtle visit for fair price.

The waterpark close at 17:00 and the local pool at 19:00 which is very early (compare to hot day). The wave pool available only 3 times/day for 10 min. , not all slides available same time... So the waterpark is not the strenght point... The drink bars were in general acceptable (some of the staffs were fast, fun and professional, but especially at pool area the bartenders were slow and sometimes rude, i understand they have lot of work, but we as customer expect 100% during our holiday), but small comment, admissible. Free wifi available only in reception, 15EUR for wifi is quite expensive compare to 4G..

All staff were friendly as you expect in Greece. The waterpark was good and its in a very good location. Air conditioning in the room work, thank God.

The room was alittle dated and tired. The food at the restaurant was ok, but a let down was the salads and fruit. You could tell they were cut days before, but the restaurant had a good selection of food.

I had a lovely refurbished room which was amazing. You can’t really fault the hotel although some of our rooms were very dated. There are several pools however the water was extremely cold. The water park was great. Most of the staff were lovely too.

The food was awful. I can’t say anymore than that. Just awful. For all inclusive, food and local drinks are a big part of the holiday but this is where the hotel fails miserably. Such a shame. They should stick to bed and breakfast and just have cafes and snack bars on-site

We liked the food, waterpark, the pools, snacks and of course the desert. Also the staff were very nice and friendly. Our children stayed busy playing during our stay and they loved everything about it.

Only one option for black tea and not many choices of seafood on the menu.

Great choice if you have kids! You can also take part to the activities that OPA!Grecos club is doing for Polish tourists (especially the mini disco for children is great). The members of the group are really great! The hotel has many pools that you can visit and there is a pool for everyone, from 0 to 99+ years. They are well preserved and clean. The waterpark is very nice also, you will spend many hours there if you have kids. There are a few rooms that have a private pool which i believe they distribute randomly. We didn't have such an option during the reservation but we were lucky to get one of these rooms. Also, there was great variety on the all inclusive restaurant. There was no way you didn't find something to eat. I really enjoyed breakfast and the coctails there. There are only 3-4 coctails in the all inclusive bar but you can ask the guys there and make you something different. In conclusion we had a great time with the family during our stay.

I didn't like that you had to pay for wifi in the hotel facilities except for the reception that was free. Unfortunately during our stay there weren't many greek families and the hotel seems to be working completely with groups from Poland and other foreign visitors, so our daughter didn't find any company although she took part on the activities. But maybe this was an exception and it is not the hotel's fault.

The size of the room. The staff was friendly

No soap or conditioner in the shower. The door was transparent and were making heavy clicking noise as if it were about to explode. No cloths dryer or place to put the cloths to dry. Need to pay extra to replace a swimming pool towel. THE BIGGEST WATERE SLIDE WAS CLOSED during our stay. Once again: In the water park hotel the water slide was closed. All other slides were closing early and worked in turns. The food was not tasty. The fruits were dirty (oranges). Limited snacks. Very limited snacks and drinks.
