Convenient location for ferry port journey

Very clean! Easy to check in and check out, the hosts were super clear on how to access everything. It was also only a 10 minute walk from the port. It was a cute little apartment and perfect for our stay!

Very helpful and friendly owner Yannis,. We were in a desperate situation on Aug 28th when so many flights were cancelled leaving people stranded us included, and so relieved to be able to manage to get a very late booking at the exceptional Artree Suites in Heraklion Thank you

Very easy check in procedure. Lovely hosts who came to welcome us and provided complimentary items / personalised service. This room was perfect for us as we checked in whilst waiting for a late flight so needed a base. Very clean, excellent air con, walking distance to the town, hosts reachable on WhatsApp and reccomend taxis for us.

Very well organized property with almost instant communication via chat. You will know everything you need to know in advance. Location is very close to the History museum (allow at least 2 hours as it is better than Knossos itself) and the port. The rooms are spotless, very well organized, with some compliments and impressive gifts! Efharisto DO NOT WORRY if you are with a car and the hotel parking is full (5-6 places). There are a lot of free street parking possibilities if you pass by Geronimaki street (going down) and then turn on Marathonomachon.

The noise of the airplanes - which is inevitable in all locations in Heraklion. The balcony was tiny facing east. Because of the AC and our smoking habits, we have to stay outside on shifts in order to keep the balcony door shut:)

Great value and close to the port.

The suites were very comfortable and the furnishings including the bed were high quality.

After initially getting a little lost finding Artree Suites, we learned to appreciate the location.

Excellent location to the ferry port and airport. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Room was exceptionally clean, well furnished and spacious. Close to the centre of town, The Archaeological Museum and Knossos Palace. It was a great help that there was a car space available.

Perfect place to stay in Heraklion! Very cosy and clean apartments with your own mini-kitchen. I love design of this room. We were without a car, but have seen that apartments has it own little parking lot. To the center it was about 15 minutes by foot. Very friendly hosts! Eleni give me all the instructions about check-in in WhatsApp, and we meet Yiannis, who welcomed us when we arrived! Also they have very good recommendations about the city places to visit and cafes and restaurants (we were in 2 restaurants and food was sooo good, I totally recommend to follow hosts recommendation!). Bed also was very comfortable! Mosquito net on balcony door, I’m dreaming about this thing at home :D Close to the airport!

I have read some reviews about airplanes sounds, but I personally can’t say that it was disturbing for me, because we were at apartments only at evenings and I slept very well at nights. And I think that airplanes sounds you can hear in every Heraklion place, because of the airport near position.

The room was absolutely beautiful. Very nicely decorated and unique design. The bathroom felt like a spa bathroom, very very nice. The bed was very comfortable as was the shower. The tv with available apps was also great. The owners were very helpful

The location. Easy location to get to from the airport and the bus station but quite a trek into the old town. Felt very residential and as Greece can be a little run down in areas I didn’t feel super comfortable going outside as a solo female at night alone, although, I didn’t try it so that could very well not be the case. I think the price could be better as a result of the location because I had previously stayed in Heraklion old town for half the price. The noise. I could hear everything from the room next door, including the hairdryer, the tv, and conversations. I was able to drown it out with my tv but definitely something to note.

The room is clean and modern. There is no front desk service, but the host provided checked in information which was easy to get into the property. There is parking space next to the building. The property is near the port and not far from the airport.
