Excellent communication with owner, awesome outdoor patio for spacious dining, plenty of room for families, great convenient location

The property was just as advertised, in a great location with great yard space. The beds are comfortable and the AC works great. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Great location, close to the beach and the boardwalk. The kids decided to camp out in the living room which was roomy and comfortable and the main bedroom was bright and spacious. When we go back to Seaside Park we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This home is perfectly situated to enjoy all that Seaside Park/Heights has to offer. If you have little ones it’s a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk for lots of fun. Boardwalk businesses were following Covid rules well and we felt safe. Owners of this property were a pleasure to deal with.

Location is perfect- house was a perfect size for 4 adults and 2 small kids- house was clean and yard was awesome- Mike was very responsive and warming- would definitely come back!

It was just right for our group of 5 family members across 3 generations that included two children. Good amount of space, Two full bathrooms and an additional outdoor shower were great. Access to the beach was great - just over a block away with 2 streets to cross. Also, the owner, Mike, was very responsive to our questions. Garbage pick up was not convenient (none on check-out day) but that is just an issue with the town.

The place was clean, in order, and very easy to get around town from the beach to the boardwalk to the nightlife. Would definitely stay here again.

Mike’s house is just perfect. Large back deck, comfy beds and large open kitchen, eating and living area good for family dinners and visits. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the downstairs area from the photos I thought it was tighter but it’s a nice size space. Walking, biking, swimming, repeat. Just a wonderful relaxing time. Thank you Mike we hope to rent again.

This adorable beach house is close to the beach. It has all the amenities you need. The deck is great to gather with friends and family. Spacious and relaxing. Mike and Corrin were a pleasure. They are quick with their response time and good people. I would recommend this house.

We planned a last minute vacation for our extended family- adults and children ages 5-14 years old. Everyone had a wonderful time! The home was surprisingly spacious and very clean. The washer/dryer definitely came in very handy. We absolutely loved the proximity to the beach and boardwalk. We especially loved the back deck area- for coffee in the morning and relaxing with drinks after a day at the beach. The pizza place (Bippys) right across the street had great food. We took an afternoon to ride north to Point Pleasant for the rides on their boardwalk and the aquarium- great for younger kids! Mike and Corrin were always available by phone or email- right up until the morning we left for vacation. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect for a three generation reunion. Attractive, clean, well maintained, and conveniently located near the beach and boardwalk, yet quiet and restful at night . Of particular note was the large, well furnished rear patio. The owners were wonderful. I will be returning next year.

My experience renting this house was my first time using vrbo.com and I can say I lucked out--probably because of how nice both the property, and property owners, were. The house was perfect for our needs. It is in a very quiet area and the backyard is completely fenced in (which was excellent for our 2-year-old). My 8-year-old loved the proximity to beach/boardwalk, while I loved the pleasant two-block buffer (which contributed to the quietness of the house). The house was super clean and included everything we needed (badges, wifi, etc). I recommend this property completely! We will stay here again!

I would have left a review sooner but just noticed I could. I rented this property for a week the summer of 2013 without seeing it beforehand & I must say I was pleasantly surprised. It had a Hugh backyard with plenty of room to relax & layout if we didn't want to go to the beach or have a family BBQ if we wished. The house itself was clean & orderly. The location was perfect, there were plenty of resturants & stores a block away & not to mention 1 block from boards. Owners sent a personal thx you & cared enought ta ask if there's anything more the could of did to make our stay better & honestly I couldn't think of a thing! My family & I decided to take it again this summer 2014.

Just as stated in the listing, the house is 1 block away from the beach and boardwalk. The house was clean and comfortable, close to the beach and conveniently located on the Boulevard. We had a party of 4 and never felt crowded or cramped, as the house is surprisingly spacious. We even rented bicycles from Summer Bikes Rental, located exactly 6 houses south from the house (on the corner of Porter and Boulevard). Mike and Corrin were always available to answer questions leading up to our rental week. I would definitely recommend this rental for families or a girls vacation!

This was the perfect beach house, the home was spotless, the yard was the perfect wind down spot after a long day on the beach. The location could not have been any better, 1 block to both the beach and boardwalk, yet away from all the noise and traffic. Mike and Corrin were always available to answer all questions that we had, and always accommodating. Like Mike and Corrin said, it is a place to make your memories, we sure did!
