This is a great hotel in the middle of the town, brilliant value with a stunning roof terrace, fee coffee tea wine and water, a little cold breakfast is also included nothing substantial but get you going fist thing, the best value hotel I have ever used

Petite hôtel familiale proche des commerces et de la plage. Rue plutôt calme. La terrasse commune à l'étage est cozy et est agréable. Des boissons sont à disposition gratuitement ainsi que quelques gâteaux. Chambre petite mais très propre. Lit confortable et terrasse disposant d'une table et de deux chaises. Possibilité de déposer ses bagages.
Le seul bémol est le stationnement si vous devez parquer votre véhicule. Les parkings publics sont plutôt chers de 18 à 21 euros par jour. Bcq de places de stationnement en zone bleue et le prix est par heure.

Ubicación excelente, cerca de la playa y del casco. Tienen desayuno gratuito en la azotea, todo un detalle y una nevera común que se agradece mucho para dejar tus cosas.
La cama. Imposible dormir en ese colchón, se hundía, le dimos la vuelta y más de lo mismo. Para poder sercar la ropa y toallas etc el mini tendedero de la ducha se queda pequeño.

Great value. Nice modern clean room, a good size and well furnished. The location in perfect right in the centre of Calpe and a short walk from the bus station. Everything efficient and organised. The roof terrace was superb, a great space and with free coffee and snacks available, as well as the ability to prepare food and use of fridge. If only this was more common. Highly recommended.

Hotel muy limpio, personal atento y servicial, cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos andando del paseo maritimo.
Que no me dijeron que habia una terraza donde habia café y demás para desayunar y que entraba con el precio de la habitación. Me he enterado después de irme por las reseñas. Un detalle que me ha sentado muy mal, la verdad.

Photos all show lovely flowering troughs from all balconies. The plants were all dead and shrivelled due to lack of watering.

we hired bikes and there was nowhere to secure them safely was told we could leave them on the terrace but this was not an option for expensive bikes

Location was perfect,close to town so plenty of restaurants and bars but at the same time a stone's throw from the beach.
Rooms were fairly small but had everything you needed and we're spotlessly clean. Staff were very accomodating and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient location. The room is clean, there is everything you need. There is a terrace on the roof, excellent "compliments" of the hotel
Very bad sound insulation, you can hear people in the neighboring rooms taking a shower, running water, etc. The mattress is not very comfortable.
