Geographic situation. The place faces all the beauty of Allos valley.

1. Poor instructions for arrival, nothing was written about how to get to the apartment. The address on a google map doesn't help much once you're in the valley. When I arrived in Seignus, It took me a lot of time with the host on the phone and with the help of a random local person from a ski store (who was so kind to help us) to find the apartment and get there. It would have helped a lot to get written instructions about how the building looks, which entrance is needed (there were a few of them), the floor, and the apartment number before the arrival. 2. The apartment was not clean upon my arrival: pets' hair on the beds, dust in the electric heater, stained kitchen equipment, and white sticky dirt on the bathroom curtain. Still, the host required that I clean everything before I leave. If I knew that I had to do all the cleaning before it was too late to cancel the reservation, I would have never booked the apartment. Also, the host wrote to me that the charge for not cleaning the apartment was up to 300 euros. 3. An electric heater is placed too near to the coach, almost touching it. The heater is not fixed properly on the wall, so it fell at night on the floor making the situation even more dangerous, since we were asleep. 4. The property description is not correct. Nothing is said that clients should bring their own bed linens and towels. It is only a few days before my flight that I was informed by the host that I must bring my own bed linens and towels. Taking into account that I am a foreigner, and have a few international flights to get to France, adding bed linens to my luggage was most inconvenient. If I knew this before it was too late to cancel without charge, I would have never booked the property.
