Our family of four had a wonderful time at the beach last week. Perfect weather, lovely clean duplex, comfortable beds, and a short walk to the beach. The elevator was a helpful feature and the large deck was enjoyed in the early evening hours. Carole was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Thank you for sharing your well kept duplex with us. We had the best time and hope to return next June!

We have zero complaints after our stay. The house was clean and everything as advertised. In a great location. Not too far from anything but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle

Have stayed at this property a couple of times now and have really enjoyed it each time! Carole is fantastic to work with and very responsive and accommodating. My favorite part of the property is the private board walk to the ocean for the residents along the street. Will stay again for sure.

Beautiful Home and Location
Loved this home, perfect for large groups! We had our wedding weekend here and it was absolute perfection. So welcoming and relaxing. Lots of outdoor seating and a few steps away from beach. Will definitely be coming back!

This property was perfect for graduation weekend! My family of 6 fit comfortably in the home and loved spending time on the spacious deck! The home was absolutely beautiful and had the perfect beach feel! Would recommend!

Nice Place
Family wedding in January 2022. The place was roomy, bright and clean. One of the bedroom windows was drafty, the shade was visibly moving so that room was chilly. Wouldn't be an issue during warmer months. If it weren't for the rain, it would have been nice to sit on the front deck.

Great wedding venue!
This property ended up being even more than we could imagine! It made all of our wedding dreams come true and we couldn’t have done any of it without Carole being so communicative and helpful! I have nothing but good things to say about the property and property manager!

Perfect spot for our big family celebration!
Our family rented the entire house (both sides) for our daughter’s wedding week. It was PERFECT! The house was comfortable, decorated nicely, and the kitchens were nicely stocked. The family room in the middle made for a lot of fun nights together while the kids played ping pong and we sat on the porch. The driveway was great for plenty of parking and room for us to be able to invite other friends & family over to park at the house and join us at the beach.
The house is conveniently located close to a beach access and we enjoyed spending almost every day out there! It is a little bit of a walk to all of the restaurants and shops, so with such a large group we drove and that was fine.
Carole was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. We would absolutely and very happily stay again.

Not wheelchair accessible
This would have been a great experience except it is not wheelchair accessible. My husband is a paraplegic in a wheelchair at all times and he didn’t fit through doors easily and couldn’t shower when he couldn’t fit through hallway bathroom door at all. Other than having an elevator, this is not a wheelchair accessible home if someone cannot stand and walk a short distance .

The Perfect Beach Getaway for Large Family
Carole was absolutely wonderful, the perfect hostess. Accommodated all our needs. The property is perfectly located, just a short stroll down the street to the beach. Plenty of parking. Excellent property for extended families. The breezeway is the perfect gathering spot! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hopefully, will be back! Thanks!!

Great owner and great stay!
Carole was very nice and made the process as easy as possible. We rented both sides of the duplex, and thoroughly enjoyed the common areas and the living spaces. Would recommend!

Great property and location . Short walk to the beach but very limited views of the sound or ocean
Owner excellent to work with . We enjoy views of the beach in the mornings with our coffee and and at night with our after dinner wine, nice big porch but no views . Elevator available and nice if someone unable to do stairs well. Nice property for 2 families to rent if both sides are rented out

Great location and outstanding communication with the property owner. The game room between the two condos was the perfect. Great access to the beach and to the resturants/shops at Wrightsville.

Amazing even through hurricane Isias
We arrived a few days before the hurricane blew through and Carole went out of her way to make us comfortable. She was constantly in touch to make sure we had what we needed, and the house was well stocked. The storm had the potential to derail our vacation but it ended up being a great week.

Great memories since I was a kid!
I stayed in this duplex when I was a child for several summers in a row and I wanted my own kids to have the same experience. So many great memories, it was a highlight of my childhood and it didn't disappoint this time around. My kids loved it and wanted to stay forever. It was a home away from home. They have asked to go again since we got home. Carol was fabulous then 30 years ago as she was on this trip. I can't think of anything negative, it was wonderful. I would give it more then 5 stars if I could. Loved every minute.

Perfect house, perfect vacation!
This house was a wonderful vacation spot for us! The owner was so wonderful to work with, linen rental was easy and effortless and they were also very nice!!!! This house was very comfortable for our large group - and was well stocked with all the necessary kitchen items, plus fun items (ping pong table set up was perfect!) The Neighbors were very friendly and also helpful with information about the area and things to do:) Would highly recommend this house! We hope to stay here again with another group of friends and family! Thank you for a great get away!

Prefect home for family beach getaway!!
This house is amazing in so many ways. Perfect location away from the crowded part of the beach, trail to beach directly behind the house.
The house has 2 units with a common area in the middle with a ping pong table and places to sit and chill.
The lower level provided great shade for the kids to play and draw with chalk. They even have an elevator. Carole the owner was super sweet in making sure that we had everything we needed for our stay.
One of the best beach houses we have stayed at. We can't wait to come back again!

Perfect for our family!
We rented both sides and it was the perfect house for our family - all 16 of us! Carole was very sweet and helpful with everything! Loved that the living area was all on one floor and that there was an elevator. Look forward to renting again!

Perfect home away from home
We rented one side of the duplex and it was wonderful. Carol was the sweetest and most kind person I have ever worked when renting a vacation home. There were A couple things that was not exactly right but she immediately called someone to correct the problem. Which was corrected immediately.
We have rented several homes on Wrightsville Beach and this was by far the best. We will definitely be back. Due to an unexpected death in our family, Carol allowed us to stay longer then planned. This helped make A bad situation easier to handle. Thanks C arol

Rucker Graduation
This is a fabulous place to stay. Just a short walk to the beach. Extremely clean and comfortable for our large group. The owner was great to work with. We had the perfect vacation staying here. Would rent over and over again!

Very pleased
We have renew this house twice now and hope to enjoy it many times to come. It is perfect layout for family with kids. Everything we could need was in the unit and the short distance to the beach is great.
