Beautiful Tropical Custom Hawaiian Style Home with Soaring ceilings/3 bedrooms!
Benvenuti a Hale Leilani (celeste Home). La nostra casa è uno splendido 3 camere da letto casa in stile hawaiano con alti soffitti delle piantagioni su un unico livello che lo rende ideale per coppie o famiglie che visitano l'isola.
La nostra casa si sente totalmente hawaiana - dai giardini, alle alti soffitti, ai colori e il tema delle Hawaii e Kauai tutto. Saprete siete sull'isola di Kauai, mentre si visita la nostra casa.
La nostra casa ha un grande e aperto zona giorno con salotto confortevole (con schermo piatto), sala da pranzo per 6, bar per la colazione per 5, molto grande e ben attrezzata cucina ha un sacco di spazio per muoversi (più di un cuoco può ottenere qui). Abbiamo trovato questa zona assolutamente ideale per intrattenere o semplicemente stare insieme!
Appena fuori dalla zona giorno c'è una proiettato in Lanai che è bello avere la prima colazione o la cena mentre ci si rilassa privo di bug! E 'anche un ottimo posto per appendere fuori e leggere (o NAP).
La camera da letto (con il re) è un piccolo edificio separato collegato al resto della casa attraverso un piccolo breezeway. La camera matrimoniale è veramente un rifugio come ha anche una splendida vasca idromassaggio abbastanza grande per due. Dopo aver messo a letto i bambini si può essere svolgimento nella propria ala e gustare un bicchiere di vino mentre nella vasca idromassaggio. Quando si cammina attraverso la breezeway ti dà splendida vista tutti i giardini. Il master ha anche un ingresso separato per i giardini. Così come una TV a schermo piatto.
Le altre due camere da letto in stile dell'isola si trovano dall'altra parte del salotto, cucina e sala da pranzo. Ogni ha un letto matrimoniale motivo hawaiano e uno ha la sua propria TV a schermo piatto. Un bagno separato 4 pezzo è anche in quella ala della casa.

La nostra casa ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice in una lavanderia separata. Viene inoltre dotato di sedie Tommy Bahama sdraio, ombrellone e boogie boards per le vostre giornate di divertimento presso il vicino Bay Beach Hanalei (o una delle tante altre spiagge nelle vicinanze).
Hanalei (da Puff the Magic Dragon) è proprio lungo la strada che porta a circa 7 minuti di auto troppo ha molti interessanti e simpatici negozi, attività e ristoranti. Alcuni dei miei preferiti sono cartoline, Bar Un Cuda, Hanalei Gourmet e molti altri!
La nostra casa si trova a Princeville con facile accesso al Centro Princeville che ha un certo numero di negozi che includono Foodland (aperto 06:00-11:00), ristoranti, gelato (impressionante ma mortale), abbigliamento e arte negozi di Lappert, una caffetteria e numerosi negozi di souvenir. Uno dei miei preferiti per un vestito nuovo stile hawaiano o gioielli originale, si Azure Isola abbigliamento.

Our family loved this house. Clean, comfortable, close to everything and ton of amenities including all the beach equipment! House stayed cool during hot days thanks to multiple ceiling fans. Lanai is to die for. You won't regret this stay.

This home was wonderful, clean, spacious, and comfortable. We could not have asked for a better home to spend our time! The screened lanai was a perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee. The beds were so comfortable and the home had all of the amenities to make our trip comfortable and easy. It’s also just a couple minute walk away from the weekend farmers market which was so convenient and fun. One thing to be mindful of was the home did not have air conditioning. It would have been nice to have, but we were out most of the day and the fans in the bedroom did a great job of keeping us cool at night. I would absolutely love to stay there again. Great choice for your north shore Kauai vacation!

Bev and Joe's place was perfect for our family of 5. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed and pretty much had everything we needed - loved the great beach towels! Quiet neighborhood. Location is ideal with 5-15min drive to multiple awesome beaches. Easy walk to the park or to the Princeville shopping center if we needed something. It took a day or two to get used to no air-conditioning, but once we did it was really quite lovely. The home can get a bit hot and stuffy in the late afternoon but the fans do help.

We loved our stay here on the island of Kauai. This house was perfect for our family of five. It was great to come home to after a day at the beach. There were lots of beach supplies in the garage. The kitchen was roomy enough for us all to work in there at the same time. The whole house was thoughtfully decorated in a Hawaiian theme. The beds were comfortable. One thing to note: there is no air conditioning. We were a little hot when we first arrived, but got used to it and used the ceiling fans and open windows to create airflow. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We immensely enjoyed our visit. The house was amazing, clean, beautifully landscaped and equipped with all the amenities you would need including snorkeling gear, towels, and boogie boards. It’s close to Hanalei which is our favorite little spot.

My friend and I have been best friends for 75 years. We started coming to Hawaii seven years ago to celebrate our 70th birthdays. We were in Maui the last six, but were so close to the devastating fires we couldn’t bear to return. We are so happy we chose Kauai and this beautiful home to stay in. We truly felt the Hawaiian experience while living there. Sitting on the lanai in the mornings with our coffee and evenings with our wine was magical. The backyard was full of lush greenery, flowers, date palms, tropical plants…and we must not forget the chickens and roosters that Kauai is “famous” for. The house itself had all the amenities one could need. The furniture and wall hangings looked like vintage Hawaiian. We had a couple of little glitches, but Bev immediately took care of them. Dean, the handyman, was just great! It was located in a very convenient spot close to the Kuhio Highway which we used to get everywhere we needed to go. We are planning on returning next year. We are so happy we chose this little piece of paradise.

We stayed 6 nights and we loved the house. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the screened in patio and had breakfast every morning on the patio. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and that was great because we cooked a lot. Location of the home was good and was close to the town of Princeville. We enjoyed the Farmer’s market on Saturday. It was only about a block to walk to it. We definitely will return to this island and stay in this beautiful home.

This property is 100% Hawaii. Loved all the windows and the screened lanai. Had a great connection with Bev the owner. She even sent me a text to make sure we arrived ok.
Home was very clean and was a welcome site with lights turned on when we arrived in the dark. Can’t wait to return.

Our family of 4 adults had a wonderful stay here. Everything was so well considered, exceptionally clean. The flow of the house and it’s decor has a lovely relaxed feel, light & breezy. We very much enjoyed the garden & family bocce challenge in the afternoons. Lovely lanai outlook over beautiful tropical garden. Close to the village shops - 5 minute walk & short drive to Hanalei Bay. Check in and out easy and host Bev & Joe easy to communicate with. A wonderful location to enjoy. Thank you Bev & Joe.

We loved the house and found it fit our family needs very well. Being close to a grocery store was very convenient. We loved the lanai and all the vegetation around the house, felt very private. We even enjoyed the roosters. Communication with Beverley was prompt and she made sure a minor issue was immediately taken care of.

Exactly as described. Very comfortable and very clean. Three bed, two bath, great living room and kitchen with an excellent backyard. Could not have found a better place for a young family. If you stay here, you will very likely be pleased.

The Princeville house is as advertised - spacious, tastefully decorated, and in one of the best and most convenient parts of Kauai. Though not a recent construction and showing some signs of age, this was a perfect base for our group of four (parents + teen + grandmother) that provide just the right mix of relaxation and accommodation. The Princeville location can't be beat for its access to the North Shore and convenience (walking distance to supermarket, plenty of routes for morning or evening exercise in the neighborhood). This would definitely be my top choice for any future Kauai visits.

Family of 5 enjoying Kauai for the first time. Lucked into picking this perfect location for all our activities as we ended up on north shore most of the time. Our favorite beach (Hanalei) was a short 7 minute drive away and Foodland is walkable distance. My wife enjoyed the craft fair that was there on Sunday. Bev was super responsive and helpful with the small issue we had to get it resolved quickly. Recommended!

This was a true Kauai home. It felt like my Auntie's house in Lihue from years ago. Not like a rental at all- just filled with love and coziness all around. The backyard and grounds are beautiful. Just a slice of heaven. We loved our stay so much. I usually try new places when I visit, but I would definitely come back here to this home! Comfy beds, comfy couch, a true Kauai lanai and for some reason....the roosters didn't wake us up like they normally do in Princeville here! Hooray!! It was a miracle!

Just finished our week at this property and we were very pleased with everything! The location on the north shore gives you quick access to Hanalei, Tunnels, Anini beaches. Very close to main road for easy in and out. there is also a shopping plaza and small take out restaurants in walking distance. Bev was responsive and offered good basic beach equipment like towels and chairs. Very clean and beautiful tropical plants on the property. Thanks for the stay, will be back!

All the little conveniences (soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, cooking ingredient basics) were much appreciated! The kitchen is the best stocked we’ve ever experienced! We enjoyed the screened lanai multiple times a day, so very relaxing. House was comfortable with the open windows and fans. The hiking sticks, beach chairs & umbrellas, etc were such a nice addition and nice to have. The communication was terrific and quick. We felt very welcome!

My family truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful rental house. The house was impeccably clean and detailed, to a level that could be described as a brand new model home. The house design, with the screened vent windows along all of the walls, gave great breezes through the house during the days and evenings. There are fans throughout the house, and there are lots of accent lighting options. All of the facilities and fixtures worked perfectly. The only downside to the stay was a problem with the TV/cable, where the remote control was confusing and the cable box required a power cycle to start working normally again. Until we fixed the cable box, we were still able to enjoy streamed media via a tablet and an HDMI input connection to the TV. Regardless, you don't rent a house in Kauai to watch TV. The home owners, Bev and Joe, were great to work with and they made the experience the best it could be. I absolutely recommend this house for your Kauai vacation rental.

Home is a great place good location. Only thing we did not like is the house is located on a main road and busy from 7AM to 10PM, one block over is a park and you will hear kids being loud.

We had the best experience at this home. It was perfect for our family and exceeded our expectations. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, it was close to a grocery store (Foodland), a short drive to different beaches and there was plenty of things to cook with. We loved the screened lanai and spent a lot of time out there. Definitely recommend.

Perfect floor plan for two couples with bedrooms at opposite ends of the house. The landscaping makes the home seem very private even though it is in a very nice neighborhood. Everything is close by, police/fire station, urgent care, grocery store, restaurants, golf courses, beaches and scenic beauty everywhere! Bev is a great host and responds quickly to any questions. No negatives. Would definitely stay here again.

We fully enjoyed our stay in this Hawaii custom home. The property is just as described. Pictures can’t quite capture the beauty inside the house and outside around the yard. All the foliage is stunning. House was completely clean and furnished with all we needed. Beds were very comfortable. The separation of space was wonderful. All you needed to go to the beach for the day was there. Hanalei Bay was minutes away and so easy to get to. The snorkeling was incredible. We even saw a Moray Eel!!! Starting and ending our days, this house offered us the such refuge! A beautiful peaceful home where we can come together as family and enjoy! Was absolutely stunning!

This was a dream family vacation in a dream house. I can't say enough about how good the energy is in this home. It's also in a perfect area, walking distance to a basketball court, Foodland, Tiki Iniki and more!
I spent 3 weeks here, one week on my own, then family arrived, my son, grandson and daughter in-law, to celebrate Christmas together. I loved the layout of the home, primay bedroom on one side and the other two bedroom on the opposite end of the home. We often found ourselves sitting on the barstools at the kitchen counter conversing and preparing meals together.
Bev was a most excellent host, very personable and easy to talk to. Right after I arrived she made sure to check in with me to see if everything was okay.
My daughter in-laws father and his wife flew in from France and were staying within walking distance. The home was a wonderful warm gathering place for all of us.
We made Christmas eve dinner and watched the purple red sunset through the diningroom window as we ate and sipped our champagne.
The backyard was perfect day and night. Star gazing from there was phenomenal.
Now, we all have these special memories we made here together for our lifetime, what a gift.....
