Casa aggiornata con 4 camere da letto, soffitto a volta in legno con illuminazione d'accento, 1 bagno completo con vasca idromassaggio e splendida cucina con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, lavastoviglie, fornelli a gas e banconi in granito. Siediti e rilassati guardando lo schermo piatto da 55 "sul muro o fai 4 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia sabbiosa. Ci sono 4 camere da letto, due con letti Queen Size, una con due letti singoli e l'altra a grandezza naturale. C'è anche un divano letto nella camera familiare. Le porte-finestre conducono a un bel ponte sul retro. Siamo in grado di ospitare 2 veicoli di medie dimensioni con parcheggio pubblico su strada aggiuntivo. Goditi il cortile comune per quei grandi barbecue. Inoltre incluso WIFI e TV via cavo incluso HBO. Vogliamo che le tue vacanze siano comode come a casa!

The apartment was clean Central located close to the beach ,close to the stores and shopping. It was very nice to have four bedrooms with seven women. The apartment was beautifully decorated. Had everything that we need as far as appliances. It had AC, which is great for the beach area and we’ve already booked another week for the same apartment next year. We absolutely loved it there.

Fantastic communication with Brian. Beautiful place to stay, we had everything we needed. Very cute place, we all loved it. Close to boardwalk, beaches and attractions. Super clean and well maintained place. Just, Brian was always quick to respond and courteous. Would recommend 1000%

Very clean and cozy. Plenty of room. Easy walk to anywhere you want to go. Host is great and always gets a response to you promptly. No complaints at all....This is my 2nd year at this property and I will continue to go yearly. Would idefinitely recommend this vacation spot!!! Thank you Brian. Can't wait til next year!!!

We spent the night before and and after our wedding here with friends. It was awesome! Very cozy and clean.

The place is great for a group of six like we had. It was six guys returning for UNH homecoming. The large TV was perfect for us to watch Sunday NFL. A few friends stopped by Sunday and we had adequate seating for the group. Nice updated kitchen and appliances. Great for cooking We had internet issues but Brian was all over it. He got us both a short term and long term solution.. He responds immediately. Note. One of the bedrooms is large enough to put down a queen size air mattress

Very clean well kept place, everything we wanted to do was within walking distance(beach, bars, boardwalk), we had a great stay, highly recommended

The house is located far enough away from the busy restaurants and bars but is still close enough that it's only a short walk to everything.

Great house. Clean, updated, 4bd close to the beach. House has a nice back deck also. Host got right back to me when I sent an email for check in info. I would recommend!!

We had a great time. Home is newly renovated and comfy as stated. 2 bedrooms were huge! High ceilings made it seem so big. Brian the manager was accessible and so nice! Had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. Neighbors were very nice and made us feel at home. We joined our family from Michigan and NH and had a great time. Would rent from Brian again in a heartbeat 💓

The home was completely redone. Minutes from the beach. Home owner responded within in minutes to help with WiFi. Really nice porch for outdoor dining. Shelves in the kitchen were perfect food storage.

Delighted that we could get to the beach so easily. Interior looks to be newly done, very comfortable. The unit is on the second level, so some stairs involved in entering/exiting. I also took advantage of jet tub after a day of cycling.
