Easy to find and very friendly owner. The accommodation was great for our 1 night stay. AC for comfortable sleep. Bed was large and comfortable. Very clean and great location. Quiet but close to local amenities eg marina to enjoy the a lovely evening before an early trip to faro airport.

No kettle in room but it did have a coffee machine

Umberto did a super job of orienting us to the area. His recommendations for activities and restaurants were the best. The little apartment was the perfect size for us (2 adults) but would also be great for a family of four. We walked everywhere. The beaches are reached by ferry from the waterfront, 15 minutes by foot. There is a small refrigerator and microwave, and a take out for dinner store 200 feet away, although the restaurants are so good you probably won’t use it. Umberto made this place special and we extended our stay. We could have stayed a week easily. We had algarve expectations of a fully developed tourist town, but found Olhão charming and retaining much of historical interest. An espresso outside the fish and vegetable markets by the docks is a must.

There was no kitchen, (no spoon, knife, fork, plate) and no comfortable possibility to have a brekfast on site.
