Dear Chantal and Rob, Thank you very much for your splendid service preparing your house Zee Vakantievilla Begijnhof 5 De Haan Everything was perfect and we felt like being at home. We had bought a three-day-ticket for the Kusttram and enjoyed it riding along the coast. One of the days we spent Sightseeing in Brugge. We left the key in the locker and we hope you found it. We left the bedding as we found it. We hope it was o.k. We did not quite understand what to do with the trash. So we left it in the garbage bin. Kitchen is great, the water faucet with the instant soda water was amazing! The location was perfect, really enjoyed our stay.

Heating was a little tough to figure out, directions on the thermostat would be helpful
