This is our second time staying at beach place (13th time at a SunHost resort) and it was great as always. We stayed in 203 Beach Place. The place was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Couch was great. And view off the balcony is fun for the kids. (Although loud at times) As always Sunhost staff is super friendly and the grounds are well kept. The parking situation at beach place is always a nightmare and not well done like the other resorts.

The condo was nice and was close to everything we needed. Felt secure with access code required to access all areas. Our condo had a view of the bridge and the kids enjoyed watching the bridge open and seeing the boats go through. Only issue was limited parking...a unit that sleeps 8 should have more than 1 parking space.

Great place to stay but a few suggestions. We wish there was a garbage disposal in the sink and tv remote control in bedrooms so we could set the timer when we retire for the evening. A couple of extra blankets would be nice as my wife gets very cold at night. Condo was very clean and nice looking forward to next year.

This condo is very outdated. The beds are extremely cheap and broken down. For the money we paid to rent this condo I would expect it to be somewhat nice, however this condo was not. The location is very desirable but not this co do.

Our stay was great overall. Our only complaints were that the pool closed at 10pm, and our air-conditioning wasn't working for about a day and a half. Loved the location right on the beach!

I loved the location. Our condo is a little dated but was Nice. We were on a family staycation.
I would stay in this building again. Our unit was a little dated and in need of a new dishwasher. The inside door is very dirty giving it a horrible smell and does not clean the dishes. Overall though the location was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was very neat and clean and spacious for 6 people. We love that it’s on the beach and right across from John’s Pass. Just one thing to keep in mind is that being on the bridge side and on the 2nd floor it can be a bit noisy at night with vehicles and foot traffic but it wouldn’t stop us from booking this room again.

We came from Long Island, New York and had a unit 203 for a week. The unit was good, plenty of room, clean and tidy. The property itself was clean and in overall good condition. We had a partial sea view and a view of John's Pass Bridge from our balcony. The check in was extremely quick and easy. The staff was great and very helpful. The location was perfect and we could walk to shops and restaurants. The weather could be better but the rest was wonderful, overall, we enjoyed our time there and would recommend staying in Beach Place Condos.

We have stayed at Beach Place 4 times. This was our favorite condo so far. The only thing I would note is kitchen would help to have more baking sheets and large pans for the oven and a large stock pot. We just went to dollar tree and got disposable. Best beds we've slept in at Beach Place! The building itself gets too hot for our comfort since you cant turn the air below the 70's but we just bring a fan now. And of course....the elevator ughh....If you have stayed here you know...its hot and slow. We really loved the condo though! We will try to get it again next year. Thank you to the owners of 203 for sharing your home with us!

While this rental was in an excellent location, it needs updating. Carpets, beds, appliances all need to be updated. The fan in the second bathroom didn't work and the shower head in the ensuite bathroom was wonky.

Clean, convenient, perfect beach rental. A little dated but all of the beaxh condos are. If you're there for a clean stay and good experience it's perfect. Parking is difficult though only one car allowed even for a two bed. So you have to get a permit or find a public lot. Which is right next door but have to pay meter every 8 hrs.

Clean and convenient
The condo unit was the cleanest rental I have ever been in. It was a very nice unit and everything was just as advertised. The location is great and convenient to the beach and local eating places. The check in process on a Sunday was not easy. I was told I could not check in until 4 pm, but the property office closes at 3 on Sundays. The after hours telephone service could not give me the code to reach the office mailbox onsite to get my keys. Other than this one issue, the week was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this unit. After getting checked in, the onsite property manager was very helpful. Parking is only provided for one vehicle and since this unit holds 8 people, that can be an issue with additional cars.

It was what we expected! Great size!
Nice place, nice pool, quiet, clean unit, however some things that are expected to be available were missing or scarce. There was only 1 wash cloth and bath towel for each of us, so laundry needed to be done every day. Supplying a hair dryer, and a little more paper towels and TP would have been nice.
