This was our seventh year to stay in this gorgeous home! Not only is the house fully furnished with everything we need to have a relaxing and a wonderful time as a family. Thank you to the incredible hosts to make sure we have what we need each visit.

4 adults stayed in the home and found it to be very clean, well-appointed and had a great location. The upstairs was particularly nice. Our only concern is that we were expecting a 4 bedroom per the listing but found 3 bedrooms and a king-size bed in the common area of the downstairs section (curtains instead of a door for privacy). We would have preferred a proper bedroom for our group. Host was very responsive!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was BEAUTIFUL and cozy and had everything we could possibly need. We were in Fay for our daughter's UArk graduation. We were able to take amazing pictures right there at the house and not find a different spot. Comfortable for Grandma to teen sister. Close to campus, groceries, town center.

As our children make their way through University of Arkansas, we have been pleased to make this home a family tradition! This was our sixth year to make this gorgeous place our hub to enjoy a great weekend with our two UARK grads as well as our undergrad son. The room situation has changed since fall of 2018 with a queen size bed now in the middle of a downstairs room that is a little awkward if sharing with other families. But you can't beat the space of this house and the beautiful surroundings. The location is superb! Close to the University and downtown, yet in the hills of Fayetteville. We always take an early morning walk on Saturday and this year didn't disappoint. We saw deer, a hawk and gorgeous birds. The owners are just the loveliest people.

This is an amazing property that was PERFECT for our family gathering to celebrate the graduate! Lots of space, loaded kitchen for preparing meals, beautiful garden for morning coffee, every amenity you could need! Thank you for being the final detail in a wonderful weekend!

Great for a Graduation Celebration
The home was wonderful for our family graduation party and gathering. Main level was a little warm midday but excellent amenities offered throughout. Master bedroom is great, but others are fair due to the old home. Nice to have a full additional living and kitchen area downstairs as well, and great AC down there.

Unique home and wonderful owners
We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property while visiting the kids for the weekend. Reservation process was smooth, owners were quick to answer questions and were very flexible with our arrival and departure as a result of weather. Spacious house with endless seating provided the perfect place to gather with our family and friends for the weekend. We look forward to our next stay.

Graduation Weekend
Perfect location to celebrate my son’s graduation! This house would be perfect for any occasion. It’s well stocked with everything you need to host a large party, and there is room for everyone. Sara was thoughtful and wonderful to deal with. Thank you! We couldn’t have had a better weekend. We will be back! My daughter will be a freshman in the Fall.

Wonderful gathering place
We loved this property!! We were so lucky that we came during the holiday season so we go to have the charm of Christmas lights and decorations! There was a beautiful quaintness about the way the property was styled. Beautiful bedroom but lots of wonderful spaces to gather with friends and family!! The property managers were so quick to respond to our questions and needs. We would love to be repeat renters!!!

Restful Weekend
This home is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in the doors, we felt at home. Sara was wonderful to communicate with me prior to our visit providing all the information we would need. She followed up to make sure we had settled in with no problems. And we definitely settled in! Beautiful and charming just do not do this home justice. It was inviting, roomy and yet cozy. We loved sitting in front of the gas log in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we could need to prepare and cook anything we could dream up! We enjoyed snacking at the ginormous island! Downstairs was so roomy, with a second kitchen (which we didn't need or use) but just to walk through this place was a treat! We would have paid to take a tour and hear the history! Additionally, downstairs had cozy seating spaces and game tables. There was a beautiful view from the large windows. We took about a three minute drive to Mt Sequoyah lookout to see the Cross. Beautiful sunset as we watched rain showers to the west. The weekend we stayed we found the most gracious hosts, and a welcome respite from a long year. It was one of the best girls retreats we've taken. I cannot recommend this property highly enough for a getaway or special occasion venue. It simply has everything. Big thanks to Sara for making this getaway everything we hoped and more!

Perfect location in Fayetteville for Large Group
We had a fabulous time at this house. It's a perfect location in Fayetteville - easy to get to everything that Northwest Arkansas offers. We loved the space as we had friends and teens with us. Plenty of room for everyone, and we enjoyed meals together in the massive kitchen/living area. Sara was a great host and answered all of our questions and promptly texted us back when we needed anything. Thank you! We hope to visit again!

PERFECT
We rented Jim and Sara’s home for a small family wedding. The home is absolutely gorgeous and very unique. We were all very comfortable as the property is very spacious and we hosted the wedding in the garden on the property. We could not have asked for anything more perfect. Sara and Jim were very accommodating and communication was great. A bonus was the pie shop next door!

Amazing Place!
My husband and I came with another couple to visit our children who attend UofA. We stayed in the house the entire weekend and let the kids come to us! It was an amazing property, very comfortable and the owners were great and very helpful if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again.

Spectacular!!!!
If you are looking for a truly spectacular home for a fun group or family event-weekend-reunion, look no further! Great spaces and the house is stocked with everything you will need. Everything feels new and fresh!! Walk down the back steps to a great bakery and a short uber to the Arkansas campus...We will be back as we enjoyed our stay and Jim and Sara could not have been more helpful
