Questa moderna casa con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni si trova nella splendida e ambita Eastside Costa Mesa, la zona migliore in assoluto di Costa Mesa. La casa si trova a pochi passi dalla parte superiore di Newport Backbay con piste ciclabili, escursionistiche e jogging in una riserva naturale. Questa casa è completamente attrezzata con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, aria condizionata e servizi per rendere questa casa confortevole lontano da casa. Circa 8 minuti in auto dalle più grandi spiagge della California meridionale (Newport / Laguna Beach) e circa 5 minuti in auto dai migliori centri commerciali. Questa casa è a soli 20 minuti di auto dal luogo più felice della terra: i parchi a tema Disneyland / California Adventure.

Property mgr let us check in early so that was super cool. I did message a couple requests during our stay but never heard back from them.
Overall the place was quite good and comfortable.

House was perfect for us (especially loved the high quality paper towels 😂 it’s the little things for me)
Everything was great! House had everything we needed. Nice neighborhood. We spent time in Newport, Huntington Beach & downtown Disney in between baseball games.
House is well stocked & had everything we needed to cook meals
Airport is close but they don’t fly from midnight to 7am so it was a perfect alarm clock
We would stay again

The home is very comfortable and clean with nice updated appliances for myself I am highly allergic to scents which there were too many plug in’s

We loved the proximity to all the beaches. The neighborhood was great with lots of great places to eat near by.

It was clean but not worth the price. Rented property too late. Took what was available. Nice manager, cute place.

The house was very comfortable just like the pictures. Very comfortable for my family of 4 lots of great restaurants nearby also a 10 minute ride to the beach. Patricia is a great host very accommodating I highly recommend.

Quick Getaway
We enjoyed the house very much. It is beautifully decorated and spacious. Loved the back patio. Everything you would need is there, even the little things (soap, shampoo and conditioner, cotton balls). Patricia also has a basket of snacks on the counter for a quick pick-me-up. We would stay again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home! The house was neat and clean and we had everything we needed: pots, pans, paper goods, blankets, etc. Very cozy and felt like home! Host was very responsive to emails and calls. We look forward to staying here again!

The property was immaculate. We were there over a holiday and there were festive seasonal decorations. There were plenty of paper goods and the kitchen was well supplied with spices and basics, along with plenty of cooking pans and dining plates. The beds linens were warm (it was cold and raining during our stay) and the home decor was very pleasant. The property was well located for visiting family in the area.
