Goditi le vacanze nel nostro cottage sul lago a Sunny Point con darsena privata e viste meravigliose sul Lago Wallenpaupack. La nostra casa dispone di 4 camere da letto private (2 su ogni livello). 1 matrimoniale, 1 completo e 4 doppie con due bagni. Grande cucina si apre alla sala da pranzo con piena vista sul lago e sul lato camera si può usare come sala xtra o salotto per gustare un caffè o cocktail pomeridiano. Abbiamo anche grande spazio all'aperto. Lieve pendenza verso il lago rende arrivarci e tornare un piacere. Al largo della sala da pranzo è un ponte molto grande con molti posti a sedere, barbecue grill e tavolo abbastanza grande per tutta la famiglia. Giù al lago è una bella zona salotto per sedersi e godersi l'alba o rilassarsi guardando i bambini godono il lago. Comunque la si guardi ..... vita del lago è rilassante !!

Stayed at this property several times due to its location and being on the lakefront. Traditional cottage with knotty pine interior walls and cedar railings. Not fancy or luxurious just a nice cabin feeling. Nice outside deck that faces the water provides for relaxation evening conversations. The boat dock is perfect for swimming, fishing, or tying up a boat. Its not a bad walk down to the dock but could be a challenge for anyone with walking issues. My only complaint is the lack of quality pillows for the bedrooms. It was basically a collection of mismatched pillows of varying firmness. Its not an issue if you bring your own but we flew so it restricted what we could pack. Overall it way a great time there.

We’ve been coming to the lake our entire lives, and this was one of the best properties we’ve stayed at! The house was spacious, the deck was amazing and the walk to the dock was easy. The kids had a great time playing by the lake. The few stairs to get to the water were super sturdy. I’d give this place an 11/10!

The home is a quaint and clean older home with beautiful views of the lake from the family room bay window as well as the enclosed wrap around porch. Easy walk down flagstone pathway to the lake.

This was our 2nd year renting this property. Everything from booking, to arriving, to check out was perfect. The place is extremely clean, great location, beautiful home and scenery. Thank you for having us- we surely made memories that are going to last a lift. Will definitely be back next year !!

The house is fantastic, very clean!!!! The slope to the lane is level and easy. Great location, close to town and great neighborhood!!! Would definitely go back, this is my favorite house to stay at.

This is our second stay in this house. The location is perfect and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We spent most of the time on the lake and the dock was very helpful and large enough. In the evening we enjoyed barbeque and outside firepit. Thank you very much for excellent vacation!

We had a wonderful week, the best part of this property was how flat the walk was to the water. We have stayed at places with up to 84 steps, this was sooo easy. It was also nice having the dock empty to fit our boats and jet skiis! The location was also great, only 7 mins to the grocery store and liquor store. 10 mins to dunkin and ice cream!! Great pizza place down the street and dollar general was only 5 mins for items we forgot! Plenty of parking! The house had a lake feel to it. Highly recommend this place, we would definitely stay again:)

Everything about this trip was awesome. The lakehouse is well equipped. The location is so close to so many attractions and the lake is huge and beautiful. There was plenty of room so even on rainy days the kids had plenty to do with games and Disney channel was a great addition.
We didn't use the canoe because we brought our own kayaks but that also would have been so much fun to take out. Mabey next time.

Our family had a wonderful time at this lakefront cabin. Enjoyed lots of water activities, s’more’s by the camp fire and fun family time was spent playing games and making meals together.

We really enjoyed the sleeping capacity of this property and the property has has a nice slope to the lake (compared to other lake properties with large slopes and many steps). The home is a bit retro but it met all our needs. The kitchen table comfortably fit 8 adults and there is plenty of room in the family room to sit 8 adults. We enjoyed our stay and the service provided to us through the experience.

This was perfect! We enjoyed the lake with our pontoon and the view from the home was incredible! All at our fingertips! Campfire at night by the lake couldn’t get any better! Cabin was clean with all the amenities and very comfortable! We will stay here again!

This cozy cabin was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Beautifully decorated and spacious. A large deck overlooking the lake and a fire pit down by the water. Would definitely recommend. We will be back!

The house was clean with beautiful wood throughout. We were able to launch our boat and keep it on the shore for the entire stay which was great. We had a wonderful time and it was a great choice to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday!

We stayed in this house November 12-14, 2021 for a family member’s birthday. The house is beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked.

Nothing to love about this place. Things I was pleasantly surprised by:
- how nice it is inside / how much light it gets
- how private feeling it was
- how close it was town (5 minutes)
- how big the dock was (docked a 10 person pontoon there no problem
- how much we used the picnic table down by the water

What an incredible property, the lake was beautiful and refreshing, the dock was our home for most of the trip. The cabin was very cozy and immaculately clean - not a single thin we would have changed. Will be back!

The property was fine, the only issue was I was given the wrong information regarding the wifi login and password. We had to scan the QR code on the glass door of the entertainment stand where the TV was located. We had to figure this out ourselves .

We had a great trip. House was cozy and clean. The views from the enclosed porch was perfect. We were able to see the bald eagles and deer laying about on the snow out the window. Having the house below the road level gave that privacy feeling. Very close to Wallenpaupack Brewery they had great food and beer. Highly recommend the fire pit if you go. It was very cold so we packed games and in the evening we played games and cards. Fun family time. Thank you Cindy

This adorable lakefront cottage is clean, quiet and met expectations. This pretty property is also well maintained with a firepit and a lovely picnic table next to the lake. It is in a great location for hiking, wineries and restaurants.
This was a perfect girl's weekend getaway. I would love to bring the family next time. The only words of advice I would have is definitely bring extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. We ran out of both after a 2 night stay.

We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the views in the cozy cottage by the lake. House was very clean and we enjoyed all the outdoor space as well. Close to our rail excursion and a nice ride to Bushkill falls for some hiking. Would recommend to friends/family looking for a pocono retreat.

We had a good time despite 1 day if heavy rain.
The only issue we had was the full size bed in one of the downstairs BR was a mattress on the floor so not suitable for adults over 65!!
Suggest the owner purchase a bed frame...
Also the back door is warped and very difficult to open and lock closed.
The screen is also damaged and there are alot if mosquitos so we hesitated to keep the door open.

My spouse & 6 friends stayed at this Lake house & found fun & exercise on the lake. We brought out boat for Fishing but caught none. Too much Jet & Water skis. Fish are hard to find. The HOUSE needs ALOT of Updates! Not enough kitchen large bowls, Fans are all broken, Gas grill doesnt work- Thank God they had Charcoal Spare. I wanted to offer less $$ & tell them we will FIX OLD/BROKEN items. Otherwise NICE STAY! Spend Money on HOUSE & we will stay AGAIN!!!

We had a great week at the house. House was as described. It’s a bit dated but clean and comfortable! The only issue we had was no lighting in the dining area but Cindy was very responsive and provided a replacement floor lamp immediately. In general the common areas around the dining table and card table area could use better lighting. The location is close to shopping and lots of restaurants. It’s pet friendly - there’s a great dog park in the area that was a plus for us!

The house is located in a community with an awesome location! It has ample parking available which was the best! The house is an older style which feels like a rustic home within the woods. It was so nice. They had everything available in the kitchen that you could need. The only improvement I would love to see would be to see an upgrade to the AC system or smaller units put into the bedrooms (especially in the upstairs). We definitely would consider renting again in the future!

My family and I had a great week at this cabin. The cabin is very nice. Housekeeping had it spotless, great amenities, even a bottle of wine was left for us! Fans or window air conditioners would be nice for the bedrooms. But it wasn’t too bad. We had rain most evenings, so we didn’t get to use the fire pit as much as we wanted, but it’s very nice. The walk to the dock was very easy, even for me, with a bad hip! We hope to return next year!

The house was so charming! Lake view beautiful. Unfortunately we had rain the whole weekend but we made the most of it by visiting local breweries ,wineries. Also had a lot of family time which we’ve missed out on during 2020. Overall it was a great time.
