2018 rinnovato noleggio sul mercato! Ampio piano terra, casa ranch di 1.599 piedi quadrati composta da tre camere da letto, due bagni, cucina abitabile, ampia camera familiare aperta e zona pranzo. Rilassati nell'ampio portico completamente chiuso pieno di sole, che si apre su un grande ponte completo di nuova griglia a gas. Goditi alcune attività all'aperto con la tua famiglia nel cortile ampio e pianeggiante. Casa dotata di aria condizionata centralizzata, wifi, cavo, lettore dvd, stereo, lavatrice e asciugatrice, mobili da giardino, sedie a sdraio e giochi da giardino. Lasciate le auto parcheggiate nella casa e camminate perché la proprietà è molto vicino al centro città (4/10 di miglio) e alla spiaggia principale di Ogunquit (6/10 di miglio). Breve passeggiata a Ogunquit Playhouse, Perkins Cove, Marginal Way e gli ottimi ristoranti e negozi nel bellissimo posto sul mare, come Ogunquit è affettuosamente noto. La proprietà ha subito un rinnovamento completo. Novità in tutto, elettrodomestici Jenn-Air, ripiani in granito, pavimenti in piastrelle e bagni aggiornati. The house was perfectly located, immaculately clean, and spacious for our family of 6. The owner was helpful and communicative. The house had everything we needed- including a beach cart to haul our umbrellas and chairs to beach! We definitely hope to be back- highly recommended!

We enjoyed our week stay! Check in process was super easy, house was very clean and very spacious. Everything was in walking distance but do expect to get your steps in! Lots of beach chairs in the garage for use. Kitchen well stocked except for dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper, which there was only one roll in each bathroom. We woods definitely stay here again!

This is our second year in a row staying here during the long holiday weekend. House is in a great location walking distance to Marginal Way entrance and into the heart of downtown Ogunquit. The house itself has plenty of space for all family members and was very clean. Owners were very receptive to any requests we had and even resolved a "remote control mishap" that we had within 1-2 hours of us communicating the issue to them. Would definitely recommend to others.

Columbus Day Weekend
Owner Michael was very responsive to any questions/inquiries asked of him about the property. Very accommodating to requests we might have had. Property itself was very well maintained. Spacious, clean. Surprisingly well situated as you would think a house on the other side of Main Street would be "far" from downtown but it was very quick to get anywhere, by foot or by car. I would recommend this house for future rentals. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location
Perfect location to walk to beach, bars, and restaurants in town. The pictures and description of the home are very accurate (what you see is exactly what you get). While incredibly clean and tidy, the furnishings/decor could use some updating. Otherwise, this is a really great place for a small family or group of friends.

Another great vacation
This is our second year at this property and have nothing but good things to say about it. Location is perfect and house it spacious and clean. The sunroom is a big bonus as it provides a nice separation from the rest of the house and gives the adults some privacy. Been renting in Ogunquit for over 10 yrs and this has been our favorite house.

Excellent 1 week stay
Our family of 4 adults and 1 toddler had a great one week stay at Michael’s. The home is located within a 5 minute drive from the town center or Ogunquit beach and it was more than spacious for our family. We also enjoyed the backyard and the BBQ. Michael was a very responsive host and he even provided us with a couple of beach towels when we advised we didn’t have any. We can’t wait to be back!

Incredible Location & Amazing stay - feels like home!
We had an incredible stay at Michael's property and he was incredibly receptive to any and all requests. The house is very clean, a lot of space for entertaining inside and outside, and a 10 minute walk from downtown. We will certainly be coming back in Summers to come!

Great house, nice location
It was a pleasure to stay at this property! My family and I enjoyed the updated bathrooms and kitchen and especially loved the enclosed porch on the back of the house. The nice backyard and grill made barbecues easy and fun. The location was an easy walk to town and the beach. Mike was a very responsive owner. I would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation house, great location!
We are Ogunquit fans and this was our first time renting a house versus staying at hotels. I don't think we'll go to hotels after our wonderful experience at this house. Great location, we walked everywhere, plenty of room, very clean and updated bathrooms and kitchen. It was a pleasure to stay there!
Few items to note: they do not provide sheets for the beds so bring your own or bring sleeping bags to put on top of the beds. They have pillows and blankets, bring your own pillow cases. They did have towels, toilet paper, hand soap in the bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies you may need. They also had beach chairs in the garage, in case you need an extra or two.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay, highly recommend!

Best location!
This was our second time staying at the home and it was just as great as we remembered! The home is spacious, clean, comfortable and most importantly, walking distance to downtown, the beach, and Perkin's Cove. The house is the perfect size for our family (4 adults and 1 toddler). If we weren't out and about, we enjoyed spending time in the sunroom and back deck, and our toddler loved running around the back yard. We hope we get the chance to visit again!

Perfect getaway
We were looking for a quick getaway before school for our 4 kiddos under 9. We come to ogunquit every year and loved this house for a few reasons: location,(safe wide side walked walk to town and beach.) , yard to play a game of catch, Clean, open floor plan, spacious and updated. Immediately felt comfortable! We have enough with just getting kids to beach, so didn’t use the beach accessories but everything provided if you need! Thanks again!

Best Rental Yet
We've been renting in Ogunquit for the past 8 yrs and this house was the best so far. Location is ideal in that everything is in walking distance. Lots of space for my family (husband and 2 boys) and for friends when they came up (couple and 2 kids). The screened porch closes off from the rest of the house which allowed for adult space while kids hung out in the large living room. We would absolutely rent this home again!

Great house
Great house and location. Close to town and comfortable furnishings. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The house is a nice ranch area with plenty of areas to sit and relax.
The owner also provides beach chairs to use at the beach though I would like to suggest an umbrella or two for guests to use. Also not sure if this is common in Maine or Ogunquit this is the first vacation home I’ve rented where bed sheets were not provided. It was a little bit of a surprise but we bought some sheets. There is also a brochure in the house for a place where you can rent sheets and towels.
Overall a great stay in a clean and comfortable house. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great home and location!
We recently stayed in this home for a week in July 2019 and we had the best time! It was our first vacation with our infant son and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The home was beautiful - renovated but still had that home-y/beachy feel. Anytime we were in the home, we mostly spent it on the back patio or the 4-season porch. We never had to drive anywhere and if you split your time in Ogunquit between the center/beach and Perkin's Cove, this is the location for you. Both were easily walkable with our baby and all our beach gear. The home is very close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. The owner was very nice, responds quickly, and very thoughtful. The house has anything you could possibly need for a week at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient, short walk to town, quiet street. Comfortable beds and roomy accomodations. Kitchen and bathrooms remodeled and very nice. Also enjoyed cozy sunroom/screened porch. Very clean house.

A perfect week in Ogunquit!
This was the perfect house for our multigeneration family vacation to Ogunquit Beach! This is the best property I’ve stayed in with over 30 years of summers in Ogunquit. The layout of the house is extremely comfortable and spacious for a family with a toddler and grandparents along for part of the week. Easy walking distance to everything in town and the beach. Great renovations throughout the home, super comfortable beds and pillows. Mike was very quick to respond to questions before our stay. We hope to be back again next summer!

Charming and spacious!!!
Our family enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated house with a fantastic three season sun room and back patio. Very comfortable, spacious, new appliances and bathrooms - great rental experience. Mike was responsive and easy to deal with during the process.
