Adorable, clean, safe, comfortable and the perfect place to stay for 6 days! This home is an ideal little 'cottage' tucked away on a quiet street in one of the best neighborhood's in Cincinnati. The kitchen was perfect, the beds comfortable! My favorite place was the living room - so cozy! Thank you Pippin and family!

We loved this house! Excellent location, safe walking distance to Hyde Park square, or Mount Lookout. Extremely clean house with all the “extras” you need. Beds and pillows were very very comfortable which is always my number one issue- I have no complaints. Well furnished and decorated - a lovely home all around. The hosts were very accommodating, looking forward to staying again with my family.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was an excellent location and the house felt clean and kept up well.

This home is tucked away in a lovely Cincinnati neighborhood. Property was exactly as advertised in the listing. Everything was clean and ready for us at check in time. The home itself had everything we could need for a comfortable weekend stay. We had a question when we got there, and the owners were only a phone call away. Close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

This lovely house is completely remodeled, and everything is new and beautiful while remaining located in the charming and safe Hyde Park area. The neighborhood is residential, but little shops, cafes, and restaurants are an easy walking distance away. The house is full of amenities: large selection of toiletries, cleaning and laundry products, towels, even some snacks, a few fruits, and a bottle of wine kindly left for us by the host. Pippin, the host, was always available by cell phone (although we didn't need anything), and communication was very fast. Thank you, Pippin, for your hospitality and for a wonderful stay!

As veterans of vacation rentals, we especially appreciated the nice touches such as some refreshments in the fridge, shampoos & conditioners, hair dryer, coffee / coffee maker. , etc. it’s amazing how many rentals don’t offer conveniences such as these.

We enjoyed our stay at this well renovated, cozy house. The neighborhood was delightful and we enjoyed being able to walk to Mount Lookout and Shop/Dine in Hyde Park.

Really cute three bedroom house in a great location close to everything. Had all the amenities we needed. Great back porch with a hammock and table and chairs. Very responsive owner prior to our stay when I had questions. Was in town for Xavier graduation. Would stay here again - very comfortable beds!

Enjoyed the neighborhood. An older section of town but we'll kept. House was clean and functioned well. Pippin was pleasant to work with. My 11 year old grandson liked staying in an older house but updated well.

The house is beautifully updated but it retains all of its original charm! The spaces were comfortable for our family, incl teenage children. The location was on a quiet street and close walking distance to Mt Lookout square, plus a short drive to anywhere else you might want to go in Cincinnati.

This cute, clean home is tucked away in the heart of Hyde Park, a charming, walkable neighborhood. The home was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Situated between Hyde Park, East Hyde Park and Mt. Lookout, you have easy access to a wide range of restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely book again.

Great house in a cute neighborhood close to great shops and restaurants. Stayed for 2 nights with family including 2 teens for college visits in the area. House was very clean and well equipped. Would recommend for a trip to the Cincinnati area. Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was so tastefully decorated and felt light and airy. Everything we might need during our stay seemed to have been considered. The neighborhood is charming and perfectly positioned to enjoy a short walk or drive to Hyde park and Mount Lookout Squares.

The house was super clean and tidy. All communication with the owners/managers was timely and easy. We were at the house for 10 nights so it was wonderful that the beds were so very comfortable. I consider myself a “princess and the pea” kind of guest so this was a really nice aspect of our stay. We have family in Cincinnati and would certainly stay here again. Thank you!

Like many other couples during Covid my fiance and I had to cancel our dream wedding. Needless to say, we were scrambling to get all the details for our new wedding together at the last minute. However, booking and staying this house was the easiest part of the weekend! I am from a big family and unfortunately most of them are from out of town. Therefore, finding a place to stay where everyone felt safe and comfortable was such a blessing! The hosts were extremely accommodating with our last minute booking and made it extremely easy for us to access the home after a long day. The house sits in a great location between Mt. Lookout and Hyde Park. This made it extremely convenient and close to everything. The house itself is beautiful inside and out, with plenty of space so we didn't feel on top of each other. Great house, property manager very communicative and helpful. Enjoyed the location. Parking was tricky but she was very open about this when booking, we only had one car do not an issue. Nicely decorated, would stay here again on future trip!

Meticulous and spacious! Couldn't get the TV to work though. Would have been nice to have basic cable/TV to watch the Thanksgiving Day parade.
