Beautiful Ocean View Condo w/ Full Balcony (2nd floor)
Il condominio 206 South a Shore Villas è situato su una spiaggia "no drive". Una bella due camere da letto / due bagni, condominio diretto sull'oceano sull'Atlantico!
Si può godere di guardare l'alba dal balcone completo del condominio con sia soggiorno e camera da letto scorrevole scala che apre su di esso.
Il condominio è completamente attrezzato e aggiornato con gamma, forno a microonde, frigorifero e lavastoviglie. Sono inclusi utensili da cucina, piatti e lenzuola.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto king per svegliarsi all'alba, o per rilassarsi solo fino a mezzogiorno. Avrete un bagno privato nella camera matrimoniale con doccia. La camera dispone di 2 letti Queen; E c'è una combinazione di doccia e vasca in questo bagno.
Il condominio si trova al secondo piano dell'edificio sud con ascensore o scala appena fuori dalla porta, se preferisci.
Dal momento che siamo un piccolo complesso, solo 33 unità totali, il parcheggio è facile. Inoltre, un parcheggio extra è disponibile per barche e rimorchi attraverso la strada nel nostro lotto privato.
Godetevi la nostra grande piscina, poi scendiamo verso l'oceano! La nostra spiaggia è una splendida spiaggia a piedi, in bicicletta, o semplicemente per prendere il sole, giocare, ecc.
Siamo a 12 miglia dalla spiaggia di Daytona e circa 60 miglia da Orlando, FL. Molti ottimi ristoranti sono disponibili nella spiaggia di New Smyrna, così come parchi e parchi giochi. Inoltre, divertiti allo shopping presso negozi specializzati in Flagler Avenue!

We enjoyed staying in the condo for the weekend! It was a perfect set up for our family of 4 & we loved being right on the beach & having access to the pool! We also appreciated use of the beach chairs, disposable plates/silverware & complimentary laundry pods. Little details made a difference!
The kids bedroom is rather warm though, despite keeping curtain closed. But there were 2 fans provided which helped a little.
We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Great location right on the beach. Nicely updated condo was very comfortable for our family of four. Very nice to have a big pool to hang out in as well. The property manager was friendly and helpful, would stay here again.

Took my granddaughters and a couple of my girlfriends over for a weekend visit before the granddaughters went back to school. We had a great time. The condo is clean and location was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back.

Condo is nicely updated, very clean and has amazing full ocean views from main living space and primary bedroom. Love this smaller sized condo complex with easy access to pool and beach. An added bonus is the always smiling and helpful property manager Sam. Fav place to stay in NSB.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and when you open that door WHOA what a view. You cannot get any closer to the ocean. We had so many delightful moments watching the sunrise, spotting dolphins, and enjoying the surroundings. It was easy to jump between the pool, ocean and condo. Beach chairs and towels were provided along with everything else we needed. A relaxing, beautiful spot!

The property was immaculate. The beach was right outside the balcony and we were able to enjoy all the restaurants and shops that were minutes away.

What an absolutely gorgeous rental! Just perfect! I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit to New Smyrna Beach. The view is magnificent and everybody’s so warm and welcoming. What a fabulous find!

Beautifully updated condo, has everything you would need for your stay. Great location, couldn’t ask for a condo closer to the ocean. Nyrla was great to work with. Sam the property manger was also great. Hope to be back again soon!

The condo was updated and decorated well!! The ocean view was beautiful from the balcony! The guest room was a little too warm at night even with 2 fans going. We kept the shade down as instructed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!!

We all came from a small street in Savannah. All the families get together on this trip each year (40+ years). It has expanded into children, grand children, great grandchildren, in-laws and folks from the old neighborhood. This condo is perfect for my husband and two daughters. Always clean and well appointed.

We chose this condo for the proximity to the beach and were not disappointed. So convenient, the location just cannot be beat. The king bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable - complete with ocean view out of your personal access to the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had one small issue with the a/c, but the owners' were quick to respond and so gracious. I do not hesitate to recommend this property!

This is a perfect property for a stay in New Smyrna. The condo is spotlessly clean and new with easy access to the beach which is centrally located. Right on the ocean the back porch was great for the full moon and tidal surge right before a storm. We definitely will be returning

I visited New Smyrna Beach with my son and daughter-in-law over Labor Day weekend. We have stayed in this beautiful beach town numerous times over the past twenty years, and we always return to Shore Villas. This condo in particular was beautifully updated with a gorgeous ocean front view, and the owner was wonderful at communicating all of the information needed for us to enjoy our stay. I will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our stay, especially the view of the beach right from the balcony. The second bedroom is more suited to younger people/kids rather than adults, given the layout of the beds, and it was a bit warm in that second bedroom, but there are fans in the room to help with that. The rest of the condo was superb with all the necessities needed for a relaxing, comfortable, extended stay. We'll certainly be back. Thanks Nyrla!

Amazing Condo and View!
The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! The view was great and access to the beach was very convenient! With 3 boys, 17, 19, and 20 the surfboards were an added bonus. Pool and grounds were clean. The large lanai was great so all 5 of us could enjoy it at once. Restaurants, shopping, kayaking, etc all very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

A place on the Ocean
Really enjoyed our stay, room was exactly as stated and we really enjoyed it. Couldnt get closer to ocean unless you slept on the sand.. Owner was a delight to deal with, would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Property and Location
This was our second stay in Nyrla’s beautiful property. We loved having coffee on the patio with the view of the ocean, and the peaceful location. The Property was clean and had everything we needed. Nyrla and Sam, the property manager, were great to work with and both were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!
We had a great time over Easter 2022! Loved the balcony! Great view of the ocean. Our only issue was with parking. It was difficult to get in and out of the parking spaces. Otherwise, everything was great!
