La nostra casa al 157 West Flamingo Circle è a soli due isolati a piedi dal percorso di accesso alla bellissima spiaggia di Marco Island e al resort JW Marriott. Totalmente rinnovato nel 2016, qui troverai tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per trascorrere un soggiorno rilassante e confortevole in paradiso! La nostra casa dispone di una spaziosa cucina con ripiani in granito e una grande isola centrale, perfetta per la preparazione e la raccolta del cibo. Tutti gli apparecchi sono in acciaio inossidabile, compresi cappa aspirante e cassetto microonde. Abbiamo una pianta aperta con soffitti a volta che comprende la cucina, la zona pranzo, il soggiorno e l'area conversazione / lettura. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, bagno annesso e accesso diretto al lanai. Il bagno principale è enorme con doppio lavabo, ripiano in marmo, doccia separata in piastrelle di marmo, vasca da bagno indipendente e armadio. Le camere degli ospiti si trovano sul lato opposto della casa e condividono un bagno con doppio lavandino e una combinazione vasca / doccia. Ci sono due ampie camere da letto, una con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti full size, che rendono più confortevole questa tipica camera "doppia". Per quelli con bambini piccoli, abbiamo una rete di sicurezza che può essere utilizzata per separare la piscina dal lanai in modo da poter godere dello spazio aperto con maggiore sicurezza. Il ponte esterno offre più sedie a sdraio e un Weber Grill. Questa area ha anche aggiunto l'illuminazione per rendere la grigliatura notturna sicura e facile!
Abbiamo la connessione internet wireless gratuita ad alta velocità e tutti i televisori sono nuovi HDTV a schermo piatto. Con pavimenti in piastrelle in tutto e una politica di divieto di fumo e di animali domestici, ci impegniamo a mantenere la nostra casa a basso allergene.

Our family had a wonderfully relaxing week in this beautifully decorated and maintained home. My standard for cleanliness is admittedly high, and it took no time to realize we could fully relax! Every amenity you could think of was available! The beach carts and accessories were exceptionally helpful. The community was so quiet, some of us even napped on the patio. The lap pool was a nice retreat from the beach while the beach cruisers were so fun to ride to the store and to local ice cream shops/restaurants. Kathy was exceptionally responsive also. We've stayed in our share of rentals and this by far exceeds all past experiences! We'll be back!

We have rented the house over couple of years for a month in winter. House has all the equipment, basic supplies and all. Very well furnished, great pool and easy access to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants. Once had a problem with the dryer, within 2 days everything was fixed. The owners do respond quickly if needed.

We had a great stay at Thanksgiving. The kitchen was great for cooking and had everything we needed. The floor plan was a great setup. We enjoyed eating dinner by the pool. It was a perfect getaway.

This property met our expectations. The location in proximity to the beach shops and restaurants was perfect. The swimming pool was just the place to relax by at the end of a beach day . The kitchen was very well equipped. The outdoor shower was very well thought out . Lots of games, great TV in living room . Plenty of beach equipment in the garage. Kathy was very responsive.Will definitely book again in future.

We came back again and it never gets old! If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with the ocean nearby (literally a 5 minute walk), then this is the place to stay. The home is immaculate and everything you need is at your "fingertips". We truly spend most of our time outside in the lanai. We love grilling outside and swimming in the pool after returning from the beach. You can also walk or bike ride to restaurants. If you need anything, Kathy communicates with you right away. You will not regret staying here!

Overall excellent experience. Property managers very responsive and helpful. Unit was clean and well stocked. The only big issue we had was the washer machine had horrible mold in the front load gasket. It smelled terrible if the door was open and we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Unfortunately they wouldn’t have been able to fix it until 5 days into our trip but they were able to let us access the unit next door to use that washer. Overall great experience

This house is in a great location and has all the items you want for a great family stay. The walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes, which is about as short as you get. The house is very well stocked - we cooked in for multiple nights and found everything we needed. The bedrooms are good size and the whole house is clean and well maintained. the lanai and pool are super fun and the outdoor shower is a great plus. 5 Stars all around.

House is perfect, everything needed for a beach House is available. Clean and covenient, couldn’t be better. Owner made our stay confortable and was available for any questions. We had a problem with the dryer, within a day the appliance guy came to fix it. Decor is vry nice.

We could not have asked for a better place place to stay the last two weeks as we visited Marco Island for our annual winter vacation. We honestly felt like we were in our own house except in a much better location especially in January. All the amenities, great location and clean as a whistle. Host is super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. It will be hard not to want to stay here exclusively moving forward. Thank you Kathy.

This property has everything you want in a house! The location is could not be better - 5 minute walk to the beach and the JW. Our favorite spot in the house was the AMAZING outdoor space. The pool had the option to put a child fence around it which minimized stress levels of having an 18 month old around. Kathy went the extra mile with everything from the way it was perfectly decorated, to all the kitchen supplies to the outdoor items including beach chairs, bikes, even tennis rackets and toys!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Kathy!!

This house is the perfect vacation home a f is just as its pictured! It had everything you need for the beach and the pool or just to hang out with the family.
From the pool, playing games to riding bikes..we did it all. It was literally 5 mins to the beach and the house had all you needed and more! The best beach experience! Very laid back area and the neighbors were friendly. We would definitely come back.

Very clean, modern house close to the beach!
We stayed for a week in May with our two kids under the age of 5. The location is amazing! Short 5 minute walk to beach access. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops. Beautiful house with all needed supplies. The safety fence around the pool gave us peace of mind. Great beach supplies! We will be returning again!

If you are looking for a "Five Star Location" this is the place! The home is immaculate. Everything you can think of is there. It is a perfect location to the beach, restaurants, shopping or just going out for a bike ride or walk! We have vacationed here several times, and it never gets old. Wonderful home!
We cannot give higher praises for this lovely home and accommodations! The space is inviting and beautifully decorated.
The pool fence was such a blessing and gave me a piece of mind while we were all enjoying the outdoors. Though we didn’t cook too much I really appreciated the quality kitchen ware. The home offers bountiful towels, sand toys and beach necessities, even bikes. Certainly location, location, location!!
Working with Kathy was so easy. Thank you for everything and opening your home to us so we could enjoy a week in paradise!

Great location easy access to beach and ocean 5 stars
Kathy and Charlie took a used home, gutted it and turned it into a 5-star rental. Nothing was forgotten, you have everything available to you that you have in your own home. Nothing was forgotten. There was not one thing missing that you would need..... Throw in the bicycles and all equipment needed to visit the beach for a great visit.. Plus even though while were renting Kathy and family were battling two feet of snow in the Boston area, but still had time to check on us regularly to see if we needed any thing.

We love everything about this property. This stay was probably our fourth time at this property, at least. The home never lets us down. We’re wrapping up our winter trip down at Tigertail in the Seaview condos. Even being on the beach at our current location, the walk from Kathy’s home on Flamingo is an easier walk than the seemingly endless trek to the water from Tigertail. And you have the JW nearby for cocktails for the adults and the arcade for the kids. Thanks again for another great experience and for the memories made with the family.

Favorite vacation spot on Marco
We absolutely love this property, and the owners are great to work with. The home is beautiful, very well appointed, and in a central location for Marco. This was at least our third stay here, and we plan to return in the fourth quarter if the year in a few months. Very few rental properties provide the amenities this home does. Thank you, Kathy!

Great house near beach
This is a great house and great location. We have stayed at houses with similar layouts that for some reason had extremely slippery flooring and decking. Not here. Our kids romped in the pool all day without wiping out. Kitchen is great, too, and beds were very cozy. I hope we will be back.

We had an amazing stay! Everything we needed was in the house…kitchen stuff, beach stuff and pool fun! It was beautifully decorated and super comfortable! We all loved it!
This was the first time we did not need a vacation from our vacation! This property was impeccably maintained and extremely comfortable. The owners provided exceptional tips for restaurants and activities. Had a great experience at every one. Anything else we could have needed at this house was either already thought of or super easy to obtain. Owners did an outstanding job of making their property a place my family wanted to be after a great day on the Island. Memories that we will always cherish.

Another great stay!
This is our second time renting this property and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. We love being able to walk to the beach for sunsets and JW Marriott for dinners. The owner is a pleasure to work with and is quick to respond to any questions. We didn’t have any issues with the home at all. The house itself was very clean and comfortable and the pool is always pristine. It’s a great lplace to take a break from our hectic schedules. We hope to be back next year.

Amazing house in a great location!
This home is so beautifully maintained and had everything we needed! We flew in for our vacation so didn't bring much other than clothes. We had our two teenagers who each brought a friend and the location was perfect for them to be able to walk to and from the beach whenever they wanted. There are so many beach supplies - chairs, umbrella, cart, beach games, beach towels; so appreciative! There are also 6 bikes provided so you can explore the island. We ate most of our breakfasts and lunches at the house and the kitchen is stocked with all the odds and ends we needed. Thank you for such a relaxing and enjoyable week!!

Perfect Vacation!
This is our 2nd time renting this house for a family vacation on Marco Island and it won’t be the last! The house is amazing and the location is perfect. The house is clean, comfortable, updated, and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to relax both inside and outside near the pool. The house has every amenity to make your stay comfortable. They even have beach chairs, carts, coolers, beach games, etc to use to bring back and forth to the beach. We especially enjoyed using the pool after a hot day on the beach. The owners were very responsive during our trip and helped us with whatever we needed. We had a memorable trip and can’t wait to return again.

The Perfect Getaway
Let me start by saying the property was amazing. Beautiful home, every part of the property well maintained, updated, clean, and everything you will ever need for a great beach vacation. The owner has thought of everything and made the whole process painless, even down to a how to guide for you to follow while you are there. We enjoyed the house so much that toward the end we didnt want to leave. The weather didn't cooperate the week that we were there but we still found plenty to do and the amazing home made it that much better.

Great Pool and Location
We loved the location of this house. Five minutes to a beautiful uncrowded beach. The house is fully stocked with beach items such as umbrellas, coolers, chairs etc. The pool is great as it is much bigger than the standard residential pools. You can adjust the water temp for a very small fee. The kitchen had everything you need. And Kathy was great to have as an owner. She was very attentive and genial. Thank you Kathy.

Beautiful Place
This is our second time renting Resurgo and I am sure not our last! Kathy is very easy to work with and it is a lovely home! Walk to beach is ten minutes. Loved having the beach carts to carry chairs and other beach items. Pool is so nice to come back to after a hot day at beach or shopping!
