Il tuo gruppo amerà avere un grande pasto attorno al tavolo da pranzo personalizzato. C'è una schermata nel terrazzo proprio fuori dalla zona pranzo / cucina (uno dei miei posti preferiti per il caffè del mattino o ascoltare la pioggia nelle notti estive fresche). Splendida vista di boschi con insenatura e sentiero naturalistico da schermati in coperta.
Il lodge offre un tavolo da biliardo e TV a grande schermo con PS4. C'è un patio situato al di fuori del seminterrato nel ponte dove troverai una griglia di propano e un facile accesso al sentiero naturale. Il livello principale del soggiorno è dotato di camino a tutta altezza e TV a grande schermo sopra il camino.
Naturalmente forniamo pack n play, seggiolone, cancelletti, caffè per caffettiera tradizionale (abbiamo anche la caffettiera Keurig), prodotti essenziali per il bagno e prodotti di carta. Tutto ciò che serve è un breve tragitto in auto per fare la spesa in una grande cucina.

The neighborhood is quiet and clean and conveniently located near Branson and Table Rock lake. The house is just as described and comfortable. Our family of 10 were able to spread out and enjoy both the location and home. A big thank you to the property manager for her quick response when we had a question. We loved this place! The beds were comfortable! House stayed cool in the heat of the summer! The resort style pool was a hit! A nice and quiet neighborhood! Not too far from Branson and a very short distance to the lake! We loved the accessible kitchen, the spacious game room, and the hot tub!! 10/10 recommend

Our family was very happy we found this beautiful home for our week together in Branson. It was only 10-15 minutes from the Branson Convention Center, where my daughter was attending an event with her dance studio. Close to Silver Dollar City, Titanic Museum and most attractions. Our daughter also went to Escape Code escape room with some friends and they loved it. We ran out of time to go in, but there was also a cute Car Museum in downtown that looked like fun. Florentina’s Italian restaurant was also a great find and recommend if you’re looking for a good sit down family place for lunch or dinner (ask for Curry as your server- he was wonderful).
This home had plenty of space for my husband and me, our three children and their two friends traveling with us. The kids loved the two bunkbed rooms downstairs, and our son enjoyed one of the quiet rooms upstairs. It was nice for my hubby and me having our bedroom on the main floor off the kitchen to get breakfast started and have coffee on the peaceful back porch without waking the kids up when they wanted to sleep in longer. We had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. We all loved the screened in hot tub at the house and also the community pools. There was a nice surprise for the kids when an ice cream truck drove through the neighborhood one night. Also, loved getting to see the lightning bugs in the back by the creek at dusk each night!

My husband, myself and our 12 children ages 3-18 stayed for a week and loved every second. The home is large, has comfy beds, has plenty of kitchen items, trash bags, soaps and the list goes on. The hot tub was perfect and the pool table got a lot of playtime. Plenty of games for the kiddos and even a PlayStation. The home is perfectly located and we spent a lot of time at table rock fishing as it’s so close. We give this home a 10/10 and highly reccomend.

Very nice house. We take a family trip every year. We take my 92-year-old grandmother with us, so there are 5 generations of us in the same house. Plenty of room for everyone. A couple of small issues but were handled very quickly.

We had my grandma, mom & dad, sisters family with her 2 year old and my family with our 19 month old on this trip. The check in and check out process was super easy. Even when I didn't check my email until trying to enter the house.. the property manager got back with me unexpectedly quick with all needed instructions! The house is exactly as posted, huge with awesome bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, furniture, kitchen, etc. Everything you need to spread out or get close. We did utilize the baby gates due to all the stairs but.. when you need something that big, understandable. My mom (a clean freak) even commented on the cleanliness. We visited Silver Dollar City and the drive was not a problem, avoiding a lot of the Branson traffic. Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Burl Lodge. There were 14 of us and it was very comfortable for that many (teenagers and adults). Plenty of space, perfect number of bedrooms/bathrooms, comfy beds, kitchen had everything we needed and it was close to the lake. The washer and dryer came in very handy as well! Great place to stay!

Beautiful home. Lots of room to spend time with family. Cindy was a great host who was reachable and willing to help out the best she could. A wonderful experience overall. The only reason why didn’t get all 5 stars is a few minor things: should have enough coffee cups and glasses for the amount of people the house would hold; Only had 1 dish rag and 2 dish towels in the kitchen for the whole stay, and the fact that we had to drag the trash to dumpsters that were 5 blocks away. Other than that the stay was great.

We had 4 adults and six kids ranging from 2 to 16. We had plenty of room to spread out. The beds and pillows were very comfortable (a must for me!). We were appreciative of dishes/cookware and didn't want for anything. Plenty of beach and bath towels (although a little small and thin, but we brought our own anyway bc we were burnt by a different VRBO so it wasn't a big deal!). The "neighborhood " was new, clean, and quiet. Close to State Park Marina. Only thing we would change would have been the rainy weather so we could have used the pool for longer haha but the kids enjoyed the slide and splash pad.

Great Weekend in a Lovely Home
The house was everything we could ask for and more, beautiful, large, a great location. The host was very pleasant, helpful, and easy to reach. The code did not work when we arrived, we called and she easily took care of that. We had one other issue, the grill was not working and she took care of that by purchasing a new one for us so we could grill on our second night's stay. All rooms had smart TV's; we could not get the cable to work but maybe that was just something we were not doing correctly. It was a very nice home to stay in and in accommodated our large group quite nicely. The hot tub was wonderful, very relaxing especially after a full day out on the water. If you needed a place to stay in the Branson area, I would definitely recommend this home, and host.

We booked this large home so all the family could be together for my mom's 85th birthday, this home was all that it was described and we all had plenty of space to be together and all enjoyed their own bedrooms. Was there for a bachelorette weekend for my daughter & friends & sisters couldn’t of asked for a better set up. Fireplace hot tub & plenty of room for all. 8 fit comfortably.

Had a wonderful stay. House was fully stocked and beds were comfortable. Owner was very accommodating and hot tub was a real plus before golf. All three couples had a great stay. We would certainly recommend this rental.

Great Family Vacation Home
The property was exactly as the listing. The house was very clean. The location is a perfect distance to all the attractions, yet private enough for relaxation. The house is spacious enough for all ages to enjoy their time. The house has everything you need from a crockpot to coffee. The owner was quick to reply and great to work with. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Branson.

Amazing house!!!
My family absolutely loved staying here for our relaxing vacation! The kitchen is fully stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and big, TVs in every room, and you can’t beat the game room!!! My boys lived downstairs playing the PS4 and playing pool. Everything was clean and felt very cozy. Nice neighborhood and the view out the back windows on the main floor is just beautiful. Oh, and the hot tub was awesome! I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed staying here!

Great house for a group
We had 5 adults in 4 bedrooms and it worked out great with everyone having their own bathroom as well. The house is beautiful and the kitchen has everything you need. Only a couple of the bedrooms have dressers which was a downside for a 2 week stay, but all do have closets so it wouldn’t be a problem for a weekend stay.

Beautiful home in great location!
I booked this house for my family and my sister’s family. There were 14 of us total and the house accommodated us so well. We had toddlers, kids and teens and there was something for all of them. The teens loved the pool table and swimming pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub.
1. The floor plan handles a big group fantastically.
2. Cindy has stocked the house with necessities as well as extras even down to normal laundry soap and laundry soap for those with sensitive skin.
3. Cindy is great to work with and is great at communication.
4. The location of the house is very good- close to the lake and also close to town.
5. The house is very new and very clean.
We loved our trip! I can’t think of one complaint. :)

Worked nice for busy holiday. Community pool umbrellas broken and unusable for shade. Property manager provided a portable covered area for us to take to pool, which came in handy. Would do again, maybe next year?

Beautiful Property and Location
Burl Lodge was amazing! Furniture and beds was super comfortable. Loved the bunk beds and all bedrooms had king beds which is a must for our group. No-one had to share a bath and the home was stocked head to toe with everything and more. Hot tub was awesome! Cindy was wonderful to work with and answered texts and emails immediately. We highly recommend this home and will stay again!!

Fantastic place to stay!
There wasn’t anything this owner forgot. The house exceed our expectations! It was clean, well organized and thought out. It had helpful things in the house like labels on the light switches, plates and cups that are for adults and plenty of non breakable kids plates and cups. The rooms had plenty of blankets and towels and small conveniences like soap, shampoo and detergent. This saved us time going to and from the store for supplies. It to made our stay easy and comfortable. The owner was great about communicating with us when we had questions and was easy to work with. I highly recommend this house!
