We were so excited to book a condo so close to the base of Winter Park. According to the listing the condo was a "13 minute walk to the gondola" and appeared to be about 1000 meters East of the Amtrak station. When I received the actual address it was for a condo 4 miles West of the resort. NOT walkable at all.I contacted VRBO and they said the address matched their listing so they didn't care. The actual condo was great but I thought I could walk to the resort and absolutely could not. They should change the listing.

The complex is nice and the pool center was good. The unit seems to have been used heavily. One of the lounge chairs was bottomed out and couldn't be used. The futon mattress was stained and not comfortable. Cleanliness was okay, could have been better. Wouldn't stay in this unit again, but it was just okay.

Condo was fine... beds were fine, pool facilities were great. But this particular unit did not have a working oven or a functional dishwasher. They put a countertop toaster oven next to the sink as a substitute, but none of the pans/cookware actually fit into this device. Short story, if you want to cook your own meals, do not rent this condo. We were forced to eat out / order in food every night of our stay. Was told I was going to get a refund within 30 days. I’m still waiting for it to hit my acccount.

The pros of this lodge was it was very affordable. It also had plenty of space for the 4 of us that stayed there. And it was close to the resort and offered a shuttle. I also really liked how easy you can pick up the keys for the lodge.The cons of this place was 1. The dish washed was out of order which I understand they may have been waiting on a part for it which could explain the delay. 2. There were only 3 bowls provided for food. 3. The most irritating part was how they only provide just enough towels for each guest. Only 1 towel per guest. We wanted one more for the hot tub. We called the number provided on the fridge to reach management and when the person on the other end answered, they told us they don’t service our lodge. So we had no idea who to contact for more towels. Not sure why there was a number on the fridge for housekeeping that wasn’t for the lodge we were staying at.Overall, not a bad lodge especially for the price.

We procrastinated our trip planning for our annual ski trip to Keystone and Breck resulting in limited options that were in our price point. Luckily, we found this condo available with enough beds to meet our needs. The kitchen is small, the furniture dated, and only community laundry...but that didn't affect our overall stay as this place was perfect for our needs.

This documents housekeeping and maintenance issues encountered at The Pines #2059 during a recent stay.Housekeeping:Coffee and end tables in the main room were unclean with food, dirt and greasy handprint stains.Master bathroom shower curtain and shampoo bottles were visibly dirty.Pizza rack in the kitchen contained old food residue.Master bedroom: dried fluids on night standMaintenance:Living room armchair was worn and uncomfortable, sinking to the floor.Loveseat cushions were worn and the frame was exposed, making it unusable.Dishwasher tray lacked three wheels, posing a breakage risk.Toaster malfunctioned with sparking, rendering it unusable.Fireplace door was broken and wouldn't close properly.Master bedroom door had a large hole and was difficult to open due to carpet.Master bedroom toilet was not properly secured to the floor.Downstairs bathroom toilet had flushing issues.Sunroom window handle was broken and sharp.These issues significantly impacted the comfort and enjoyment of the stay. After a 7 hour drive, we did not expect to start by cleaning our unit and putting paper towels on the most disgusting areas.

We recently conducted a 4 day leadership retreat at the Pines in Keystone and had a great experience. We had previously stayed with a different company and were severely disappointed in their inability to provide the contracted services. This experience was much better. From check-in, to following up with questions we had, to having a great facility, it was a great retreat and we had a good experience. We will definitely plan to stay there again.

Although short, the visit was good. The main purpose of the stay was for altitude acclimation and this place was perfect. The unit was surprisingly big with fantastic vaulted ceilings. The view was beautiful. The pool was enjoyed by the teems. Getting into Breckenridge was easy as well and there were more amenities / stores that expected. I would definitely visit again any season during the year.My only complaints: 1. The unit was hard to find. We ended up walking in a big circle which ended up being good for us to understand the property. 2. There were not enough towels. The unit said it can house 8 but there were only enough towels for half that.

The Condo was even bigger and nicer in person. Very accommodating and comfortable. I believe it could even hold more people than what we had. We had 7 people. We loved the pool area with the hot tub and sauna room! We also enjoyed going to a local bar/restaurant. We also did some hiking along the river. Beautiful views and great walking paths. We also used the kitchen to cook, and everything that we needed was available.

One night stay (430p to check out 10a), Clean and close to the Ski resort. Large enough to fit 7 of us comfortably with all kitchen supplies we needed- overall enjoyed the stay. Nice detailed online handbook- In the handout it states they supply firewood. However they did not supply equipment to start a fire, and you have to order firewood by 2P day of (we did not check in until 430p). We did not have enough time to check out the hot tub or other amenities- So I cannot comment on that. Only other wish was to allow earlier check in without such a large cost.

Great location for our hike. The management company was incredibly friendly and helpful. Lots of space and beautiful surroundings. Coffee maker didn't work because it is missing a part (big mess). Instructions to dispose of garbage were not helpful in finding the dumpsters.

Plenty of plates glasses pans. Made a few full meals. A lot of reviews said it was dated I did not see this it might’ve been not shiny and new but it was comfortable clean affordable and we had no complaints.
