Questa casa con tre camere da letto e due bagni è situata nel centro di Newport. La proprietà si trova a pochi passi da Thames St. nella fiorente area del centro / lungomare dove è fiancheggiata da ogni lato con innumerevoli bar, ristoranti, negozi e case storiche.

Al piano inferiore ha più posti a sedere per intrattenere o rilassarsi, ha anche un bagno completo e lavanderia / fango. Al piano superiore ha un bagno completo e tre camere da letto ciascuna con armadi di buone dimensioni e TV a schermo piatto in ogni camera. This is a perfect location for Newport, walkable to everything and a short drive or bike ride to the beach. I do wish there was outdoor furniture to enjoy the salty air.

Very nice place to stay for a Newport weekend. John was very responsive and helpful. My only reason for 4 stars on "Accuracy of listing" is that it says the place has a Spa. It does not. I did confirm this before arrival but the listing needs to be edited to have that removed.

The location of this home cannot be more perfect. If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, newly renovated home to stay in for a few days in Newport, this is the perfect one. John, the host, was great with communication from booking all the way through to check-in. The house is on a small, quiet block at the south end off Thames St so it’s not as busy as it would be more towards America’s Cup Ave. It is perfect walking distance to anywhere in town, including Bellevue Ave where Elms and the other mansions are. We’re from a big city area so I overestimated the size of all the blocks. O’Briens Pub is a great place to eat and is less than one minute walk from the front door. I thought it was probably 2-3 minutes in looking at a map. There are so many great places to eat and visit in just a 10 minute walk. In the other direction down Thames you can easily get to the Park which has a playground for little ones and a nice walkway along the water to see the marina and harbor. Cannot recommend this house enough!

This property was as advertised. Location is great with many things within walking distance and also very close to the waterfront.
Very clean with three bedrooms and nicely decorated. Had a fun field vacation in Newport with a homebase that was comfortable on a quiet side street.
Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend this home. Furnishings were coastal and cute. Plenty of space to rest and relax after a long day of exploring. Absolutely great location to everything! Private parking spaces are invaluable. Clean and inviting.

Lovely accommodations. Comfortable beds, quality linens, host provided everything needed for home away from home. Clean and comfortable, parking in a driveway was very helpful because on street parking in the town is tight. Would definitely schedule another visit!!

Four older women had a great time staying here. The home was very clean and nicely updated. Nice restaurants within easy walking distance. As others have mentioned, the bathrooms/ shower stalls are small but very functional, the bathrooms could use some storage for travel toiletry kit. The bedrooms also lacked dressers/space for clothes/stuff. These few things are really nothing when you consider the great location and cleanliness. Contact person responded to emails immediately and that was greatly appreciated. Thanks for a great week, would stay again in a heartbeat!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this lovely renovated property. We could walk everywhere but it was also very easy to take the car out since the property includes parking. It was a nice touch to have linens & towels provided and there were even travel-sized amenities in the bathrooms. We experienced an unfortunate snafu at check-in but the owner & property manager were both responsive and got it resolved as quickly as they could. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

A much needed recharge after my daughter's wedding at the Ocean Cliff. Exactly as advertised. Recently renovated/clean with simple updates. 1st floor has kitchen and family room with full bath. The second floor has 3 beds with full bath. Awesome location with ample off-road parking!! Within walking distance to everything. Small negatives: Both bathrooms a little small but manageable. Bedrooms have no bureaus to unpack.

The house was in a perfect location to walk and bike anywhere in Newport. Right in the heart of town, near great restaurants and shops and the harbor, just off Thames on a quiet side street. The space was beautiful and super clean with nice beach decor and plenty of room for our family of 4 to stay in our own space and visit the rest of our family close by. Beds were comfortable and well laid out. Kitchen was well equipped for making meals and bringing in takeout for a quiet time. The owner was responsive and answered our questions ahead of arrival. Check in was super easy. Parking area was spacious and we had room to store 3 bikes. We hope to stay here again when we are in the area. Thank you for the wonderful home away from home!

This was the perfect location and plenty of room. The house seemed to be renovated recently and the space was perfect. 3 good size bedrooms and 2 full baths. We were very comfortable here and loved being right off Thames.

This property was perfect for our two families to enjoy time together and to explore beautiful Newport. Everything was within walking distance and we loved seeing Newport lit up at night. We had everything we needed in the house, comfy beds and space to just hang out and laugh. We will definitely be back. Bonus points for off-street parking, with a huge driveway, which is a big deal in Newport.

We are a group of 6 high school friends from the 60's and have been traveling yearly for the past 5-6 years, except during covid. This location is great we could walk to everything and the house was immaculate, beds were pretty comfy too and off street parking. Would definitely stay here again.

This property has been recently renovated and is in a perfect location for your Newport vacation. It is on a quiet street just off of the main strip (Thames). There are literally restaurants and shops just 1/2 block from this house. And it has central air conditioning which is rare in Newport. Very comfortable. We will be back!
