Very spaceous apartment, a few minute walk to the metro, nice view from the balcony, air conditioner, all appliances work, plenty of bathroom and bedroom linen

Having more power plugs would be nice but I guess it's the specifics of the building construction. The problem is easily solved with a cable extension. Some of the lights did not work but again can be easily fixed with new light bulbs.

Excellent cozy apartment in a new building with all facilities. Subway in 5 min walk. Large balcony with great city view. Amazing host who is always in touch and ready to help in any situation! :) My wife and I were absolutely delighted and would recommend this for everyone.

we did not encounter any serious problems. It is far from the city center, but the subway is 5 min away, so it's easy to get there.

The apartment is very beautiful, clean, and its location is convenient. All services are available near it, as well as the owner of the apartment is very understanding and all the facilities are excellent. I rate it 10/10

There is nothing bad in the apartment

Landlord was very supportive, responsive and kind, providing excellent service during our stay in Georgia . I really liked the location , modern building , comfortable kids playground , 24/7 supermarket and shops near by. everything was as it was shown in the pictures .

All things are good, the photos are matching the actual, there is one supermarket on entrance of the compound and is open 24 hrs . There is garden on same compound for kids playing

No service room and you have to clean your appartment with yourself otherwise, you pay extra amount for service cleaning, even the garbage bags you have to take it down with yourself

Amazing location, amazing host and best value for money.

The location was great for me as I had a friend who lived nearby, Although even without that it was perfect. At least 4 different shops less than 5mins away, Clinic for PCR testing 7min walk away called NeoLab Medical Clinic. Quiet at night, great little park next to building to sit and read or play some sport if so desired. Apartment was very clean, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen and utensils. Apartment I stayed in only had 1 AC but it’s a very powerful one so it’s more than sufficient even for the middle of summer. Plus the balcony view was fantastic and made for great holiday photos. I travelled alone but the apartment could comfortably sleep 2 people or a couple. Getting into the building was easy and the owner gave me all the information required plus was very helpful when I had any questions. Thank you once again for the lovely hospitality, I’ll be back again for sure.

Nothing I didn’t like about the apartment just some advice for anyone choosing this location; 1. Building is called Green Budapest so you can just say this to taxi driver and they will take you to the right entrance. Using just the address you might get dropped off round the corner of the building and if you have a lot of luggage can be annoying to carry everything to the actual entrance. 2. Take some travel plugs with you for electronics. 3. The lift is comically slow 😂 so don’t stress, you’re on vacation. Note to reader: I read so many reviews about places before selecting my location and it helped so much. So I decided to do a very detailed one for the next person. 😊

Super friendly host, fast communication and always ready to assist. Property is very central and has onsite parking. Enjoyed the stay, and will certainly book again.

Everything was fine except I'd recommend more time is spent on cleaning between bookings. Wasn't too much of an issue to be honest, so not really a concern for those looking to book.
