The staff were amazing and very accommodating when we decided to add an extra night on to our stay. The location was perfect, as it was surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants and the room was great as we didn't hear any street noise throughout the night. Breakfast was included and it was very good as well.

The reception staff had to sit in extreme heat while checking in the guests. This is the only thing that couldv'e been better for me.

Very helpful and friendly staff at the reception. I visited Shkodra during the heat wave Kerberos in July 2023, so a good air conditioner in the room was pivotal. And the one in my room, a Double room deluxe on the first floor, was the best one during my whole 2 weeks stay in Albania!

The location was excellent, the main lively old-town street was situated right around the corner. We liked the soundproof windows, as the music outside continued to late evening.

Parking for the hotel was paid and not conveniently accessible - you must walk around the block, which is unpleasant when you have plenty of luggage. Additionally, the hotel didn't provide many options for breakfast, I expected a little more variety. Lastly, the sloping ceiling above bed added some discomfort, too.

Our rooms on the top floor had sloping ceilings, so you had to remember to watch your head :-)

Perfect location. Right off the promenade. By many restaurants. Quiet and clean. Air conditioning was very appreciated as it was 34 degrees Celsius when we were there. Staff (Ivi) was very helpful and friendly. He helped us book our trip to Komani Lake, and gave recommendations for restaurants/ice cream. The hotel allowed us to store some luggage (for free) while we hiked in Valbone and Theth.

The hotel is in a great location on the promenade. It's easily accessible and there is a parking lot at 1 min walk. The room was quite big and had a nice 'old style' feeling. Even though the room windows were facing the promenade, it was super quiet inside. The staff was very nice and helpful and always at disposal.

We stayed in the Deluxe Double room, but except for the price, I didn't find it deluxe at all. There was dust in the room (on the nightstands) and the bathroom did not look clean. The condition of the bathroom was not good, it clearly needs renovation. The breakfast menu was limited. Please advertise the bathroom in the Deluxe Double room photos, and price it appropriately.

Reception was very helpful and helped us to find all of the places we needed. You can also reserve the bus to Theth from here if needed. Location is very good as the shopping street with bars and cafes is just around the corner.

Could be a bit warmer in the room, but overall it was good.

The reception staff were extremely polite and helpful, they sorted out an issue with my tour to Koman and Valbona, and were very kind. The location was excellent very close to the old town

The location was perfect.

It looked nothing like the pictures. There were 3 random exposed pipes coming out of the walls. The bathroom was dirty and had hair in the tub. The bed was uncomfortable. Also when we asked for help booking transportation to Theth we were told there wasn't any and we could only go by renting a private car and driving ourselves. Within 20 minutes, we found and were able to book a minibus with a company on the same street for the transfer to Theth.

Even though in booking it is stated that there is private parking, there is no parking. The breakfast is served in a balcony area, which was really cold.

I really like the location and the room. Also staffs are really good. I enjoy with the breakfast.

Unfortunately the room was too cold when we arrived. The air conditioner cannot be enough. Also in the middle of the shower, hot water just gone.
