Property is as listed. Close to beach, we rented bikes but not needed. Can walk and property has beach wagon and cart as well as coolers. The pool is generously heated which was welcome as we had a few cool days. House is well stocked, clean and up to date. Would rent again. Property owner is great with communication. Marco Island is now my favorite spot in SW Florida.

The house is exactly as described and has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. The pool is fantastic, well maintained and clean. The covered patio is great for a break from the sun. It’s a quick walk to the beach, and they have everything you need for a fun day at the beach. It is a quick walk or drive to everything you need on the Island. Joesph was a great host, called to make sure everything was ok with the house and was very flexible. It made for a perfect family vacation!

This is a great place! Well maintained with a beautiful pool. The raised roof effect is amazing albeit a bit bright in the morning. Kitchen is awesome with all the tools for successful on site cooking. Wrap around porch is fabulous and the back deck is built for family time. Walk to the beach is a manageable 5-10 minutes and the chairs and umbrellas live up to advertising. Great communication with the rental contact!!! Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Great Stay
We spent 6 days at the end of June. We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and is in a nice neighborhood in a good location near several restaurants. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. We rented bikes, which we rode to the beach, about a 3 minute bike ride away. The pool and rafts were great. We enjoyed grilling on the deck. A house is being constructed two lots over, and on a couple days it was loud as they were driving the pilings into the ground, but all was quiet after they finished that part of the job. Communication with Joseph was great. Definitely recommend.

Must stay!!!
This is a must stay in Marco Island. Close to everything! Owners are very attentive in their communication and in having everything you need for your stay. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrella. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking in the house. Highly recommend!

Marco Island vacation with adult children
Perfect place in a perfect location! The beach was an easy walk and loved that there was a beach wagon with chairs, towels, and sunscreen available. The pool was great to relax around when we just wanted to hang out at our home away from home. Found some great restaurants based on recommendations from the owners and really enjoyed our mini excursions including Captain Ron's jet ski everglade tour, renting kayaks through Rising Tides Explorers and on the only cooler day took a hike in Collier State Park.
We highly recommend this home for families of 5 - 6 people - it was a perfect size for us with everything we needed. Thank you!

Great Stay
Great house that's close to beach and has its own pool. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a cart were all available for use. Three bedrooms were all spacious and great for our family. Joe was great to work with and provided valuable tips on local restaurants and attractions. He even checked in to make sure all was going well. I highly recommend this property if considering a stay in Marco Island.

Great house
Wonderful house allowing you to totally enjoy island life. Only a 9 min walk to the beach but chairs, carts, toys, etc are all there to make it easy to have a fun beach experience. My kids LOVED the pool and lived in it the entire week. Kitchen was well stocked so we could make lots of meals at home and eat out on the deck (so the kids could stay in their swimsuits!). Great communication from owner and we had zero problems during our stay. We can’t wait to come back for another island living vacation.

Clean, beautiful, comfortable house. Pool was awesome, it was warm, clean and the screened in area was great. Distance to the beach a short walk, perfect.
Joseph was very easy to get in contact with and made sure that everything went well upon our arrival. 5 stars all the way.

This house was awesome. location great 5 minute walk to beach. We have stayed at a lot of rental house and this is the most well equipped and stocked house we have ever stayed at. Our family had a blast and would highly recommend this property. Also the owner is incredibly accessible and responsive. Had a great vacation and thank you for allowing us to use your property.

Sister Get Away
My Sister and I stayed a long weekend at this home on Marco Island. It was a wonderful trip and this home was everything it promised! It is beautifully maintained, clean and comfortable. A short walk to the beach, close to everything Marco Island has to offer. Pool was wonderful! Working with the home owner was great! So helpful and made it feel like home! Thanks!

Pool after beach days was great. House extremely clean, had all amenities, just needed to shop for food if planning to cook in. Beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon to get to the beach were awesome!

Marco Island Marvelous
This Key West style house is a vacation paradise. The pool is amazing and private. Close to beach and restaurants. Pictures don’t do it justice. Beautifully decorated, full of thoughtful and useful touches like the beach wagon and bikes. Host Joseph is a pleasure to deal with and extremely welcoming. We can’t wait to return to Marco Island and stay again

Quaint beach get away
This house was the perfect place for a family beach vacation. Clean, comfortable 3 bedroom home just couple blocks from the public beach. Heated pool with all the comforts of home. Joe was great to communicate with and he made us feel welcome the entire stay. Well worth the price.

Relaxing thanksgiving
Great stay, great communication. Everything was as described. It was an easy walk to the beach and the pool was fantastic. Only complaint, if you can call it that, is that It was bare minimum on toilet paper, paper towel and detergent, but I guess that can be expected with Covid shortages in local grocery stores. Will look at staying here when we return to Marco Island. Thanks

Nice property
The house is comfortable and pleasantly decorated.
I cannot give it 5 stars in cleanliness because the silverware, pots and pans were dirty. I am sure this was the previous renters fault but none the less bothersome. My husband and I stayed for a week and did not do much do to Covid 19 but if we could have had our grandchildren with us, I am sure they would have enjoyed the space, the pool and the beach.

Best Ever!!!!
Due to the covid-19 this year we decided to rent a house with a private pool in order to minimize exposure and I can tell you we hit a home run when we chose this property.....the owner is as nice as they come and answered any questions we had before coming in....the house was super clean,the pool was spotless , fast internet, new AC, new washer and dryer and we had plenty of beach chairs in the garage...even though the house is really close to the beach(7 min walk) we ended out going to tiger beach which is 5 min away driving but it was empty...overall I can’t recommend this property enough

Great Property and Location
Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed, including chairs and umbrellas for the beach (and a handy wagon!). The pool is nice and we spent a lot of time on the back patio, eating out there most nights. The location is convenient to everything you need, but still in a quiet neighborhood which we found very nice. Access to the beach is an easy 10-minute walk and much less with the bikes provided. Joe was very responsive with communication and helpful both before and during our stay, available with plenty of background information about the house and the local area. We would stay here again and recommend this property to anyone looking for a great family vacation rental.

Marco Island retreat
Our family had a great time in Marco Island. This property was a great home base to explore the island. Our kids loved the pool, and the porch was a great place to enjoy evening meals. The bikes came in handy for the short 5 minute ride to the beach. Joe was great. He communicated with us every step of the way ensuring our stay was stress free. Our getaway to Marco Island was incredible. The home was better than advertised and the pool was too much fun. The property owner, Joseph, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions. Marco Island is beautiful and fun. We spent time at the ocean, rented a boat, and took several day trips. We highly recommend this property and Marco Island for your next vacation.

A Gem
The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, in walking distance of the beach and local restaurants. The property manger was extremely hospitable, quick responses to questions, and thorough in providing everything we needed to make our stay outstanding! Our kids are already asking to go back!
