E 'TUTTA QUESTIONE i punti di vista .... e la posizione .... e comfort !! Si tratta di un condominio con una sensazione di casa e l'arredamento che cattura la spiaggia. Abbiamo tutto! Venite a rilassarvi con un meritata vacanza sulla spiaggia! Arroccato al terzo piano, il condominio ha la perfetta vista panoramica dal molo a molo. E 'abbastanza vicino a tutta l'azione eccitante al lungomare, ma abbastanza lontano dalle folle di fornire pace e tranquillità.

Highly recommend this beautiful beach front condo! Amazing beach views!Beautiful cheery decor. Condo was fully stocked with so many little extras! Unfortunately, we had a rainy week but the condo was cozy and had plenty movies, books and games. Plenty of beach gear for when we were able to get to the beach. We had a great vacation despite the rainy weather. The owners are so wonderful and checked in with us to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. We would love to return to this fantastic home! Thank you Darlene and Jerry for sharing your lovely home!

We enjoyed our week-long stay at this property! The oceanfront views truly are breathtaking.
The condo is well maintained, cozy, and accommodating.
A few things to note:
(1) this is on the 3rd floor and there are a lot of steps, with no elevator…so groceries, heavy luggage, beach equipment can be a challenge
(2) the loft is an amazing space, but extremely hot, even with the fans and window unit. It’s manageable though and not that bad, once you get use to it
(3) there is a lot of decor which makes the condo very cozy and it’s obvious this is the owner’s home-away-from home and well taken care of, but it leaves very limited space for the guest’s items while staying there. Also have to be mindful of breakable wall decor with children, particularly in bathroom
The turtle room is adorable and my daughter had a blast staying in that room for the week. She also got a kick out of having her very own tv in the room! We were able to watch the Thursday night fireworks from the balcony with no problem at all - perfect view! The condo is in a great location with a ton of walkability to restaurants, shops, ice cream, etc.
The owners are super sweet and stay in touch throughout the stay to make sure everything is going well and to see if there is anything they can assist you with. It is very obvious that they care about not only their personal condo, but about the guests who stay there, which was very reassuring!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Everything was perfect again. The view is amazing. Darlene communicated very well and you can tell she truly cares about our family! The kitchen and baths were stocked very well which made the stay a lot easier. The property is well maintained and clean. This is truly our home away from home! Thank you for another amazing week!

This condo is exactly as advertised. It was very clean, everything was well-maintained, and it had everything we needed (and more!). We really appreciated all of the information available on everything from local birds and stars to restaurants. There was plenty of space for our family of adults and teenagers. We loved the cheerful decor and the ocean views from every window (especially the window seat in the loft!). Everything went very smoothly and Darlene answered the few questions I had quickly. We were sorry to leave, and hope we can stay again sometime!

We fell in love with the place as soon as we opened the door. The property was clean and quiet. The condo was so bright and inviting. All happy colors and so cozy. Very well maintained. It was the perfect spot for rest and relaxation! I hope we can visit again!!

We felt at home as soon as we got unpacked. The owners couldn't have been better with communication and the condo was spotless when we arrived. They provide some items in case you forget anything along with beach towels and chairs. The kitchen had everything you would need. We loved the colors and decorations, and it was obvious they take great care of everything. We slept in the upstairs loft king bed which was comfortable and had a great view of the ocean when you wake up. The view from the living room is unbelievable with big windows and sliding doors that allow you to see all the way down the beach. The deck was very nice and had the same amazing view with good furniture. We ate every breakfast there and sat at night and listened to the waves. We chose the condo because of the pictures and how unique it was, and our expectations were exceeded. Absolutely loved staying here and would stay again if going to Carolina Beach. It was sad to leave after the week was over.

Communication with property owners was excellent prior to trip and during! Condo was clean. Fabulous oceanfront views from deck, dining area and loft bedroom. Towels, sheets and beach towels were included in price and of good quality. Parking directly under condo, beach access and pool access very close. Kitchen supplies and appliances well stocked. Beachy cottage decor. Darlene and Jerry included so many thoughtful extras ie: toiletries that you sometimes forget, games, paper products. This was our 1st VRBO and our 1st time to Carolina Beach. We had a great week!

My wife and I killed A TOTAL OF 7 COCKROACHES!!! They were in the bed and totally disgusting. There was a huge chores list that was to be completed by checkout at 9:30am and the host texted to scold me for not wiping down counters. My baby contracted pink eye so we had to go straight to the pediatrician from our trip and I’m writing this from the line at the pharmacy while I wait to get his meds. To top it off the Wi-Fi was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Recommend staying at any other hotel in the area

This was a beautiful corner condo home with a wrap around deck. Views of the ocean were lovely and the side view of the pool allowed me to watch my family as they played. Darlene was a wonderful hostess who was concerned with our comfort. I am glad we stayed there.

We enjoyed our time staying here. The condo was perfect for our family and the view was amazing. We have three kids and going to beach was so easy (well easy as it can be with kids). We had a wonderful stay at Darlene and Jerry's condo! The ocean view is amazing, beach is clean and quiet. Kids loved hunting for shark teeth along the shore. Lots to do within walking distance of condo. Owners' attention to detail is second to none-- they have thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable and have the best possible vacation. My family and I were in CB for my oldest daughter’s wedding. Darlene and Jerry’s little slice of heaven on the coast is perfection. Cozy, comfortable and has the most amazing panoramic views. Darlene was always a text away too! 10/10 stars.

This condo is simply amazing. I’ve stayed in beach properties yearly for around 20 years and I’ve never been in one that didn’t have sand in it until now. When I say it’s immaculate- I mean IMMACULATE. In addition, EVERYTHING is provided. Spices, ziploc bags, aluminum foil, toilet paper, tissues, body wash and even a cute bucket of items to help out if you forget! Ladies - she even supplies female items in both bathrooms. I’ve never EVER been in any rental that provided so much, anywhere. You also have beach towels and access to the storage closet - which is full of high quality items! Not cheap knock off stuff - but name brand chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, life jackets, even a fishing pole! As a parent - you know how hauling all the gear up 3 flights of steps is - but here you don’t have to! The window seat is my dream come true too, and the location is perfection. You can be on the beach in 4 minutes, pool in 2, great restaurants literally right across the street and the boardwalk is maybe a 10-15 min walk. This was our first visit here but it won’t be the last!

Fantastic place!
We have stayed in MANY rentals and this is definitely one of the best. They have thought of everything and provide many of the things other places ask you to bring. The beds were comfortable, and the owners take very good care of the place. The deck furniture provided us with a comfortable spot to eat, play games, and take in the spectacular views. You can even see the Thursday night fireworks. And I caught more than one member of our family sitting in the window seat looking out at the ocean. We had a great time and hope to return!

My sisters and I loved this condo! It's decorated in a beachy theme and the colors are so "happy"! There is an oceanfront view that's full sun but also a covered area with a table and stools that are perfect for outside dining. Bedding was very comfortable with nice quality linens. The owners have also provided many amenities including beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella and too many more to mention! The pool is right outside the condo. We had a wonderful week in C-27! The only warning I will state is, this is a top-level condo with many steps to climb as there is no elevator. We were aware of this, so we just told ourselves we were getting extra exercise!! Would enjoy staying there again.

Cozy Condo With Beautiful Beach Views!
We had a great week at this sunny condo, perched in the corner on the top floor of this four story building. Plenty to do and see for all ages, reasonably priced, lovely furnishings, and plenty of extras (beach towels, beach chairs, etc.). Our family would recommend this property for sure, it’s a lovely spot!
