The home comes as advertised. Great location, clean, quiet, and fully stocked with essentials. Hosts were accommodating on many different levels. The home’s 6 year old fridge stopped working. This was unexpected and no fault of the owners. A new fridge arrived a few days later. The owner graciously offered a partial refund for the inconvenience and food lost. Very kind gesture. Our group of 8 would return to this home again. The back yard/ pool area is fantastic. We spent many hours in the pool/ hot tub. Great place!

Eight of us stayed at this property. It was perfect in every way. It had everything we needed, spacious, and clean.
The check-in process was easy. Instructions and expectations were clear and realistic. The location was perfect (close to stuff, yet far away from the busy downtown area). The pool area was fabulous!
Would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone visiting Palm Springs. Will definitely book this space again in the future.

This was a birthday week stay and the property was amazing! It was so large and spacious, the kitchen was well appointed and made cooking a breeze, the pool was a welcome relief from the heat, the hot tub melted away the stresses and the backyard covered patio was perfect for gathering and enjoying meals with the view of the mountains as the backdrop.

We were in Palm Springs for a family wedding and couldn't have picked a better home for our stay. The layout of the house is perfect, the kitchen is well-supplied and easy to use with both a sit-up counter and eat-in kitchen table. There is also a large dining room table for larger family meals. Bedrooms are more than adequate size with lots of closet space. But the beauty of the home is the backyard and pool. There is so much space as well as an outdoor kitchen area with sink, refrigerator and grill. We spent most of our time here! Views of the mountains are breathtaking! I worked with hosts Kevin and Doug and they were fabulous and so welcoming! You can tell that they both take pride in their home and want visitors to feel comfortable. We hope to be able to visit this gorgeous home for a future vacation!

We were in Palm Springs for a wedding weekend. The house was large so we were able to spread out and relax. It’s a beautiful place with everything needed and we enjoyed our time tremendously.

Everyone was incredibly responsive when we had questions/concerns about the property! The house was beautiful, clean, and private. It was the perfect weekend away with friends. All the amenities were wonderful and the backyard was a perfect hang out spot! Would definitely book again for a weekend out in the desert!

The property was everything we had hoped for. The space was perfect to spread out and the bedrooms were all very comfortable. The neighbourhood is so beautiful and quiet and the pool and hot tub was great to have even though the weather was on the cooler side.
Doug and Kevin were so easy to communicate with and we hope to come back again soon.
I highly recommend this beautiful property.

We were nine people across three generations and the house was well equipped to accommodate all of us. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub.
We had a wonderful hike in Joshua Tree National Park.

Our family was in Palm Dprings for a wedding. We all stayed together in this lovely, comfortable home that had everything that we needed….Backyard and Pool area was fantastic and beautiful…..all bedrooms and baths were comfortable and living space and kitchen was ample…. highly recommend this property!!!

8 of us stayed comfortably in the house. A/C works great, the backyard is the perfect hangout spot, and the pool table downstairs is a great supplement. Would definitely recommend this house to a large group looking for a house to chill out for a few days.

We spent a week in this oasis with multiple families and it was perfect! We spent most of the day enjoying the beautiful outdoor space and pool but there was ample room inside for all of us to enjoy time together. Kevin and Doug were quick to respond to questions and the check in process was efficient and helpful.

We just enjoyed an amazing stay of 4 nights and 5 days at this Deepwell Estates home. The hosts were all very communicative during the booking and check-in process, pleasant, and courteous. The host that checked us in was so pleasant and flexible, as we were later than expected, but welcomed us with great energy and a lovely house tour. The home itself was beautiful, spacious, and clean. It was well set-up with the essentials, and we easily found our way around the kitchen for all our cooking needs.
The comfort, size of the rooms, and size of the beds is some of the best we’ve come across on VRBO. It fit our large family very well with plenty of space and comfort. The features of the home, including pool, jacuzzi, high speed internet, and smart TVs made for an enjoyable and seamless getaway for those of us enjoying the staycation and those of us that needed to do a little work from home. The art work and decorative details of the home are also quite enjoyable. Each room has interest select pieces that add to the character of the home and that vacation vibe. The finished basement was impressive as it is rare to find in California. There was a gym room on one end and on the other an entertainment space complete with a pool table. The home offered enjoyable space and entertainment for everyone in our group ages 1.5 years to 70 years and everything in between. We are grateful to our delightful hosts.

The layout of this house is perfect for a large group with two wings of bedrooms with baths. The outdoors and pool is fabulous…the best of all our years in Palm Springs and the location in Deepwell is ideal.

Group of family and friends stayed in house for 4 weeks. Second stay at this property, and no complaints. Pool, spa, and grill - what’s not to like! Douglas was super helpful and responsive to queries. Easy walk to Koffi and to Elmer’s.

We had such a great time in Palm Springs and this house was a big part of it. Perfect quiet neighborhood, and the house itself is set up for everyone to sit back relax and enjoy…. Enjoy the view or the mountains, the kids enjoying the pool, the grown ups enjoying adult beverages responsibly in the jacuzzi. Highly recommend this house!

The house was well-appointed with lots of great amenities. Some of the beds were a little hard and sound carries a little too well through the house. There were plenty of dishes and it was nice that the staples were in the cupboard and we didn’t have to buy them. The backyard is super private with lots of sitting area and the grill worked really well. It was nice to have all the Roku channels available on the tv. We found the game/puzzle closet a little late in our stay, but I can see how that would be fun for families. The furniture is super-comfy. Don’t forget to check out the basement (like we did) for the home gym and pool table!

We came down for 6 days over Christmas with our 4 young adult kids. The property was perfect for us with plenty of room to spread out and everyone having their own space. The pool and hot tub got a lot of use as did the basement workout room and pool table (I don't think the pool table is pictured, but it's in the basement!). The location can't be beat - great neighborhood to walk in, 10 minutes from downtown, great hiking trails, lots of good restaurants nearby. Too cold for us to use the outdoor kitchen, but if you are there in warmer weather it would be great. We will definitely come back.

I rented this house for my 40th birthday. My husband and I stayed for a few days, and had our friends join us for the remainder of the week. Location is ideal! Easy walk to downtown, hiking or grocery, etc. Also very close to the airport but in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The property is exactly as described, larger than expected and provided extra amenities such as a workout room, pool table, games. Sauna, laundry and so much more. We spent a ton of time in the gorgeous backyard going from pool to hot tub to fire pit or just relaxing in the many available seating options. It was a great week! I would absolutely return to this property! Thank you Kevin and Doug for the amazing hospitality!

I'm still in awe. This place was amazing! Everything from the owner to the property. It was in a great location, the house was stunning! It had all the amenities you need. The backyard was a dream. We will definitely be coming back. Until next time, thanks for making our vacation so special.

The property was first rate. The appliances and laundry facilities were great. I've been coming to the desert since the 80's. It's been awhile since I came to Palm Springs though. The Pandemic has put a wrench in our plans for close to two years. Before that we were in La Quinta. The 5 bedroom home is inviting, but potential clients for the property and for Palm Springs as a whole should read and understand the recent changes that could be detrimental if you ignore them. Palm Springs has enacted rather draconian measures where if there is significant noise afer 10 PM which bother the neighbors the renters can be fined up to $500 and possible eviction. I understand that some renters may be very unruly and it's for the protection of the neighborhood, so these recent ordinances (2017-18) should be made clear before people rent. Fortunately, we did not have an issue, but it was only because two guests did not come otherwise we would have been in violation of having more than four guests at the home; read the renter's rule for Palm Springs. I hope they ease up on the rules at some point. The home truely is quitenice and we enjoyed the home immensely.

We spent my wife’s 50th Birthday weekend at this property. The home was so spacious! The description and photo’s provided don’t do this property justice and was a great surprise! It has an extra bathroom not mentioned or seen in the photo’s. The backyard/pool/patio/bbq and so much more to this rental were exactly what we were hoping for. This place definitely exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend this property if you have a larger group. The host was super attentive to our requests and not than accommodating. You won’t be disappointed with this rental!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palm Tree house! The location is perfect, close to downtown. We had twelve family members and the sleeping arrangements were exactly what we needed. The house is absolutely lovely and the outdoor area and pool are so beautiful. We made a request for more towels and Doug was very responsive! Check in was quick and easy! Even though it was 118 degrees, the AC worked great! We will be back!

This home was perfect for a large Family get away. Check in was not thorough… Several amenities were listed online that could not be explained at check in or via phone I e. pet Accessories, how to operate/control the pool temperature spa lights did not work. Some parts of the Was not clean… I had a conversation with Kevin he was very understanding about the oven it was filthy had not been touched for a long time.For my family if we would of had access to controlling the temperature of the pool and spa and that the spa lights were working ... it would of made the stay much better Thanking you !!!!

Ten of us (6 adults 4 kids) stayed here for a few days. The pool area and the mountain views were WOW! Spent a ton of time out there. The kitchen was well appointed with large pots, spices, etc which was great since we cooked dinner 3 of the 4 nights we were there. It’s also a short drive to downtown PS and about 1 hour to the Joshua Tree Visitor Center. We were a little concerned about the strict noise ordinance in the area (kids can get noisy), but there weren’t any issues that we were made aware of in that regard. Only issue was that we paid for the pool to be heated but it was off on our arrival and it took 2 days for it get up to temperature. They were responsive to address the issue and did offer to heat the hot tub for free, however it was a little toasty outside for hot tubbin. Great time for our group overall.
