Salisbury Serenity si trova sul lato della montagna a Kings Beach con vista sul lago in una zona tranquilla; il luogo perfetto per le famiglie per godersi insieme Tahoe. L'accesso a uno dei ponti è appena fuori dalla zona giorno attraverso le porte a vetri dove troverete una sbirciatina vista sul lago; un ottimo posto per cenare e prendere il sole. Ci sono due ponti: uno davanti alla casa e uno sul retro. Ogni ponte ha un tavolo da pranzo, quattro sedie e un ombrellone. Il ponte anteriore ha due chaise longue con un tavolino per i salotti. Il ponte posteriore ha un barbecue a gas Weber due sedie aggiuntive e un tavolino.
La cucina è completata da piani in granito liscio ed elettrodomestici aggiornati. Inoltre un piano cottura a gas, doppio forno, isola extra-large con bancone e la bellissima sala da pranzo con 10 posti a sedere. La cucina delizierà gli chef e gli intrattenitori del tuo gruppo ed è completamente attrezzata con microonde, doppio forno, piano cottura a gas a 5 fuochi, frullatore, Cuisinart, tostapane, caffettiera, teiera, miscelatori manuali, frullatore a immersione, tutti i tipi di cottura e teglie e padelle e alcune deliziose ciotole e cestini da portata. La grande isola cucina è il luogo perfetto per ulteriore spazio di preparazione con un lavandino separato con disposizione e per servire una festa!
Al piano superiore si trova la master suite, dotata di un letto king size con bagno privato completo e vasca idromassaggio. Ci sono altre tre camere da letto al piano di sotto per offrire molte sistemazioni per dormire. Le tre camere da letto restanti offrono rispettivamente un letto king size, una regina e due letti a castello singoli. Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV via cavo e la connessione WiFi è disponibile in tutta la casa. In questa struttura sono disponibili anche due box auto con apriporta. La camera a castello al piano di sotto ha appena aggiunto un nuovo tavolo da biliardino.

Very nice home with all the amenities. Fortunately, the driveway did not freeze over since it is very steep. We enjoyed the location and everything was convenient.

This was a wonderful house for our family with a kitchen well stocked with cooking items to cook all our meals. House was clean and well stocked with towels and beach supplies. Very close to Kings Beach for our day trips t the beach and yet quiet enough to enjoy the wilderness. We would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and spacious home, only a short drive to King's Beach. Well-stocked and plenty of room. We also appreciated the beach chairs, towels, & toys! My only word of caution is how early the sun rises. The shades in the bedrooms definitely let light in, so when the sun is up at 6am, you - & your children - will also be up at 6am. I'd love to see some blackout curtains. Otherwise, very nice house that I would recommend!

July10-14,2023 - This is a beautiful well stocked home. We had seven adults and two children and had more than enough room to spread out. It’s the most comfortable vacation home I’ve rented. The beach is less than 10 minutes away as is the grocery store. Drove 15 minutes to Truckee for dinner. I would definitely stay here again. FYI- If you are looking to stay in the winter just know that the drive way is very steep. We could only fit one large SUV in the garage and only two other cars fit in the drive way.

Kings Beach is a wonderful location to Northstar and grocery stores... This home was really quite nice. Everything you want or need for the kitchen is provided. We are now raising a 3rd generation of Kings Beach visitors and Northstar skiers. We definitely would rent again. The only recommendation I have is to put a key lock box on the porch for your guest to have easy access. After a 9 hour drive, the last thing we want to do is drive to Tahoe City for the key. And leaving at 5:00am we want to get on the highway and not drive the key back to town. Very inconvenient.

The owner wrongfully blamed us for damage that we pre-existing to our stay. We are a young family with toddlers and were told that our pets did extensive damage to the property. We don't even have any pets!!!

We rented this place to spend quality time with our children and grand children. This place absolutely fill the bill. Very clean, very well equipped. Just like a private vacation home that is not to be rented out. We would come back here and recommend it to others.

It is a lovely 4-bedroom 2-and-a-half (not three) bath house in a beautiful neighborhood of Kings Beach off of Highway 267. However, making folks drive out of their way to pick-up and drop off keys in Tahoe City is not acceptable. Had there been a lock-box it would’ve easily shaved off a half-hour from the drive. 10 AM checkout is TOO early as well. Adults in bunk bedroom can’t sit up fully w/o bumping their heads because of the chain supports. Well-equipped house though…

Overall a nice place to stay. Very clean. The sliding screen doors were bent and hard to operate and the refrigerator door trim fell off. Nothing serious. Checking in was more difficult than it needed to be. Had to travel to the realtors office which was several miles away. Overall we enjoyed the property.

Excellent property
This was the perfect house for our two families to stay in. The kids loved the bunk room and all the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect for us to get to the ski resorts. We went into the town a few times for dinner and it was great. The house had everything we needed.
The only thing was the dishwasher seemed to not be working properly, otherwise everything was great. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for families
We were delighted to stay at this property for our extended family vacation. It has great accessibility to Kings Beach. The living area is very large and great for gathering. The kitchen is also very nice and well equipped. I didn't realize there was no AC so it was a bit warm on some of the hotter days but it cooled off quickly in the evenings. Would highly recommend this gem!

We had a great time.. using up the living room that was open to the kitchen and dining. We also loved having the fireplace on and had a nice view off the balcony.

It was such a beautiful home. There was all the needed kitchen appliances needed to cook. There’s a small place to sled at down the street as well. Super close to Safeway and Incline Village.
