Casa sulla spiaggia per tutte le stagioni costruita nel 1990 per famiglia allargata con 4 camere da letto e una camera futon, 2 bagni e una doccia esterna. Soggiorno interno in legno a doppia altezza pieno di luce aperto sulla sala da pranzo e cucina. Una cucina ben attrezzata con 2 forni e lavastoviglie con ampio spazio di lavoro per ospitare più cuochi. Ampio portico su 3 lati che cattura la brezza estiva, vista sulla baia di Buzzards e tramonti spettacolari. Lavatrice e asciugatrice al piano principale. Spiaggia dell'associazione di fronte alla casa disponibile per il nuoto e la nautica, si consigliano scarpe d'acqua. Sono disponibili biciclette, kayak, tavolo da ping pong in garage, set da croquet per il cortile e giochi da spiaggia.

The house was overall very nice. The location and amenities can't be beat. Would definitely stay again.

Home was warm and welcoming, plenty of open space for family gathering and also little get aways for time alone all with an ocean view. Joyful time spent here, and we would love to return.

The layout of the house was great! It is 100 steps to the beach. The landlord was easy to work with and responsive.

We had a great time. The best thing about the property was that it was unlike most rentals because everything worked as described. I don't think even one item was a disappointment. It had good dishes, working utilities, good furniture, enough bathrooms, it was well-supplied with everything. We left some stuff behind to accomodate for stuff we used. the pictures were good and not deceptive. It could use AC, but being on the beach the need is less than elsewhere. Our hosts were nice and did not bother us, it was a very pleasant place to stay for a week and relax with the family. The beach is actually 100 feet away, but there were not other properties between the beach and the house and the place was very private.

The location was very convenient to everything! The views are incomparable!! Panoramic views of the bay; just gorgeous. The only downfall was that the cleaning was lacking. Cobwebs everywhere; left over soap bars and containers in the showers as well as mold on the shower curtain. Woken up by the smoke alarm going off at 5 am found a spider inside that caused alarm to go off. Had two more instances of spiders one in my bed at 5:30 am and another dropping from the ceiling on me in the kitchen. Just think the cleaning crew needs a pep talk to get the place ready better. Towels were old and very worn. Also found the request to wash and dry linens and towels before the 10am checkout to be unrealistic.

It's a beautiful house, well-equipped, in a great area. Perfect for an extended-family gathering. Owner is easy to deal with. We would surely rent the house again

Loved the quaintness of the space! The views were breathtaking and the location was perfect. My fishing buddies all agree that this home is worth a revisit. Even the cloudy days were beautiful! The host John was truly appreciated.

Wonderful beach house
Home is well stocked with everything one could want. Beds are good, ocean view is great, neighborhood is quiet, kayaks and bicycles, ping pong and games aplenty. We had a lovely time, and recommend this property highly

Awesome property and location!
My siblings and I wanted a long fall weekend with my mom in New England. This was the perfect place for us! The house was wonderful - had everything we needed. Plenty of space and you couldn't beat the location! Not only is it on the water, with amazing views and sunsets, but we were centrally located for all the places we wanted to visit. There were only 4 of us this time, but we already started talking about booking another trip here and bringing the kids.
The owner was also very responsive and included a lot of good information in the welcome letter.
I would highly recommend this rental!

With all of the running back and forth for all of the wedding events and family/friends coming and going, having this beautiful, spacious, light filled home, right on the water, to come home to rest and recoup was an absolute blessing! We will definitely stay here again!!

With all of the running back and forth for all of the wedding events and family/friends coming and going, having this beautiful, spacious, light filled home, right on the water, to come home to rest and recoup was an absolute blessing! We will definitely stay here again!!

The house and lawn were great. Plenty of room for my family of 6 adults and 6 children. We were able to find some sandy places in the water at low tide, but overall, not great for smaller children. The only thing I wish we had known was the need to wash, dry and fold the sheets before we left on Saturday morning before 10AM. It was very difficult to accomplish this for 7 beds. If we had known this, I would have probably brought my own so the packing and cleaning process could have been a little less stressful. Overall a great house and great location.

The large table fit everyone for meals and we put outside tables together to eat on the deck for great sunset views. Not a great beach but could walk over a bit to the left for sandy spot and then walk the sandbar back. Lots of shells, crabs and fish to see. A birders paradise everywhere you look including the osprey nest nextdoor with a baby. Bunnies everywhere too. Not too far from shops and other beaches. The outdoor shower was especially nice. Would love to stay again.

Family sharing our love of the ocean
The privacy and safety of the neighborhood, size of the yard , house and deck with locked gates is totally relaxing and accommodating. Neighbors are friendly. The beach and location couldn’t be better. The harbor and boat traffic are entertaining throughout the day. The sunsets are always perfect!!! We love Fairhaven!
