This property is a gem, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Short drive or walk to the beach , restaurant, shopping. Our trip was centered around Washington Nationals Spring Training games and the location was idle for the short drive to the complex. Tim and Linda are excellent host, the house had everything needed for our stay and they were quick to help if we needed anything. Can't recommend this property enough, we will be back next year .

Adorable beach cottage! Old world charm and modern amenities. Spotless, well appointed home with your own private pool! In the middle of everything! Plenty of outside space for dining and relaxing! Truly a gem! Let’s not forget the amazing guest cottage with its own private bathroom! Great for a husband, who snores or for afternoon napping! 😊😊❤️❤️❤️

This property is clean, comfortable and the backyard pool area is a peaceful oasis in West Palm Beach. There are very good restaurants within walking distance and the public beaches are a short drive/Uber away. Great walks/runs on the intercoastal waterway are only 5 min away. We were here with our adult children for 2 weeks and it was a fantastic home away from home.

We were pleased with the accommodations. There was plenty of room and the facilities had all we needed. The host answered all my questions and was available if needed.
The location was most convenient to restaurants, attractions and nearby grocery stores.
I would stay here again.

This home was very clean and offered a very private, quiet, and well-landscaped hideaway while still being within easy distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Being just a mile from I-95 makes it easy to get going for longer outings. The house has all the basics for cooking, and is a comfortable place to relax.

Great property for trip. Property was perfect for us with three great bedrooms (one in private bungalow in back), great pool area to relax in the afternoon/evening and nice deck area for dining. Clean with all the amenities needed to make our stay easy. About 25 - 30 minutes to Jupiter for Spring Training. I was concerned about proximity to the airport (very close) and there are planes flying over periodically, but you don't notice them. Great property.

There is nothing more I could ask of this property. It is a lovely oasis just off the Southern Bridge in WPB. The back garden and pool area are a wonderful respite and the house and guest house in back garden are perfectly equipped. Tim and Linda live next door and give complete privacy to the renter while being there and available for questions or help. Highly recommend.

Weekend getaway
Great location, very clean and easily accessible from interstate. Owner is nearby if anything is needed but we needed nothing. Grocery nearby and restaurants are within walking distance. Will definitely return.

Wonderful week!
We had a wonderful time in the home! My retirement buddies and I had a great week touring West Palm. The place was great- everything advertised- and Tim, the owner, is a great guy. He helped us and was very fun to talk with, but wasn’t overbearing. The place was clean and comfortable for the three of us to stay. The pool is lovely and fun to hang around. It was a bit cool to start with, but Tim came and adjusted the temperature. We even went on a terrific sail charter on the Latitude 41 catamaran- there is a lot to do in the area! Thanks, Tim!

Perfect little oasis
Tim and Linda are perfect hosts. The property is perfectly situated, everything you could want in the area only 15-30 minutes away. The home is quaint, comfortable and well maintained. It feels like a home, not a rental property. The pool area is awesome, lights up at night and the water is perfect. Highly recommended!

Southside --- beautiful !!
We loved our stay at Tim's home in West Palm. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The yard was the icing on the cake. Beautifully maintained pool and property, sitting areas, BBQ, the works. Tim, the owner, could not have been more cordial. Gave us all sorts of suggestions for restaurants, beaches, etc. House is close to beaches, bars, restaurants and downtown W. Palm. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Spring Training Home
We just returned from a long weekend in West Palm Beach to see the Nationals' Spring Training. There were 4 of us and the home worked well for us. The best part is the backyard -- it's like a little oasis, private and your own pool. It's an older house, but has modern appliances and everything you'll need. The one improvement we think should be made is to buy a new mattress and pillows for the main bedroom. If you like a very soft mattress, you'll be happy. However, if you have any type of back issue, or are over 50, you will most likely wake up sore in the morning. Otherwise, I would recommend this home and the owners are very nice and accommodating.

Great family vacation
We loved our stay. The house and cottage were both very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The highlight was the heated pool, and charming outdoor area. Also a very convenient location...close to beaches, restaurants, airport, and shopping. Tim was a great host, and we will be back!

As advertised
This house is vintage and clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Tim welcomed the first arrival in our party. The pool side bedroom is tight if you plan a lot of luggage or two people. The washer and dryer worked well and are in an out building behind the house. The main living space was very comfortable for the four adults in our party.

Paradise
This is what I think of as a true Florida bungalow. We had three of us staying here and had plenty of room. The set up of the house is so unique with doors all around to access the tropical oasis in the backyard with the perfect pool and lush greenery. The kitchen was well stocked with enough plates and silverware for an impromptu dinner gathering for 8. Tim and Linda are fabulous hosts who are in the house right next door. They are lovely people and readily available to help if needed. We can’t wait to come back to West Palm so we can stay here again!

House Is Just As Pictured
Three of us stayed at Southside while in town for work and a few days of vacation. The house is a good value when you take into consideration other homes I have rented in Palm Beach over the years. It is well-equipped, very clean given the age of the home, comfortable, and the owners (who live right next door) are very accommodating. The bed and bath linens are nice, although new pillows would be welcomed. Great neighborhood and close to everything we needed. The pool area was perfect for relaxing after work – I’d stay here again.

A wonderful retreat
Four of us stayed for a week in this home for a family reunion. I can't say enough about how nice it was. The home, with a lovely sun room, living room and dining room was charming. The backyard garden and pool made the setting really wonderful. I've stayed in many vacation rentals and never have I had the kind of luxury towels that were provided. This kind of attention to detail makes the experience all the more special. Thank you, Tim and Linda!

Spring Training Vacay
Group of 6 guys came down for spring training. Very clean, comfortable beds, semi-private. The owner lives next door and stays to himself. 15 minutes to Roger Dean Stadium. Less than 2 miles from the beach.

Convenient and relaxing.
Second year in a row for us staying during baseball tourney. Can't beat the pool and laundry and not having to share. Tim as always was a super host!

Amazing
This is the first time I have rented a house instead of staying at a hotel - this exceeded my expectations. The pictures show you exactly what to expect; everything was clean and the owners Tim and Linda are so sweet! (If we had a question on where to find something or needed a suggestion for dinner, etc - they were more than helpful!) The accommodations were wonderful and you are close to everything! I traveled with my 17 month old son, husband, my mother and mother in law - plenty of space! Highly recommend.

Ideal place for chilling out and catching up.
The property had tons of character and the pool area was ideal after long hot days on the ballfield. We had everything we needed and totally enjoyed our stay.

A Holiday 'Home' bringing Fun and Laughter
Loved the 'granny flat'. The sound system is perfect for outdoors and indoors. Same with the lighting, really nice ambience when the gardens are lit. Beautiful gardens. Clean, well laid out, everything you need is there. Wonderful hosts.
