Excellent location for a quiet, quick beach trip. Great location for beach access. Plenty of space to relax in home. Comfortable accommodations! Highly recommend. We will book again. Danny was very helpful with suggestions for places to eat and sightsee.

We stayed for three nights. We loved the location near the beach and the easy walk or bike ride to restaurants, pickleball, and the bike trail. 20-25 minute drive to downtown Savannah. Great layout with 4 queen/full beds and 3 full bathrooms, parking, and a friendly, local, and accommodating host! Dan is the best.

We loved our stay. We rented from Dan back in May and loves it them too. He was always quick to respond. Made sure to communicate any issues or problems. He came by to check on our stay. Would rent from him again.

This was our third year staying at one of Dan’s townhouses on Gulick street, and we’ve loved every time. The kids (and adults) enjoy the quick walk to the beach, park and the Marine Science Center. Dan’s the most accommodating host and will go out of his way to assist you with any questions or needs throughout your stay.

This was the third time we have stayed in this town house. It has become an annual event to meet up with friends. We all absolutely love the cleanliness, the location, and easy access to the beach. Love the updates to the porch and handrailing. It looked really good. Until next year Tybee <3

Dan & Jill's Tybee Island townhouse was perfect for our whirlwind Memorial Day weekend trip! You could not ask for a more perfect location or a more perfect townhouse! We traveled with the same dear friends we travel with every Memorial Day weekend. The townhome was centrally located within one block of North Shore Beach, Fort Screven, & Tybee's beautiful lighthouse. From the moment you opened the door to the townhouse you knew you were definitely at the beach! It was beautifully decorated in a beach theme. We loved the decorator. And, marveled at the sight of various pictures & pieces of artwork daily. There was so much to see! We all enjoyed our privacy with the three bedroom, 3 bathroom style. And, looked forward to gathering in the very comfortable & cozy living room every morning & every evening. This was where we were able to gather for breakfast to discuss the days' plans, then relax & unwind in the evening to catch up with each other, watch the National Geographic movie about the Mighty Eighth Airforce stationed on Tybee in preparation for seeing The Mighty Eighth Airforce's museum on our way home, just outside of Savannah. We were pleasantly surprised to find out Dan is a WWII buff just like all of us! Dan had a wealth of knowledge of that period on Tybee. Gracious hosts with all the Southern charm you would expect & more while visiting down south. Their customer care was stellar. Anything we had an issue with was handled immediately. We hope to stay there again!

Location!: Super close to the beach and a couple of restaurants.
Host: Danny was really friendly and a great host. Communication was quick and easy.

Plumbing: The house's plumbing is very old as stated on notes in the house. Even while being very careful about flushing too much TP, we managed to clog the toilets 3-4 times during our 3 night stay. Luckily, owner keeps a plunger on-site and we don't mind fixing it.
Mattress: At least one of the mattresses seemed to be an old spring mattress and was super uncomfortable.
Furniture: Some furniture was broken/worn and resulted in me falling out of it when I didn't realize a chair was not connected to its base.
Towels: Towels smelled odd, not too big a deal because we primarily used our own.

The listing was very accurate. We really liked the location - an easy walk to restaurants and other sights. The unit was clean and worked well for three couples. The owner was charming - very personable and helpful with recommendations and local history.

The beauty of this place is it's location. Walking distance to the beach/ocean, and Fort Screven, lighthouse, N Beach bar, and more. Beautiful sunrises at 7:25 (not too early). Food at N Beach bar is excellent! Host Dan was very nice and took care of a plugged toilet in upstairs bedroom. Very comfortable for 3 couples.
The condo is older. O/S iron stair railing is rusting away, some plaster peeling off walls, Squeaky dipping floor in upstairs master. Upstairs balcony floor little soft on one side. Misc. cosmetic issues. (Dan is planning on making updates).
Overall, the condo is in a great location and is very enjoyable.

We had 4 wonderful days by the ocean and that was a great peaceful time just away from the hustle and bustle of our life’s we have had some very low days this year and needed to get away and regroup our family .

Great location . All essentials provided. Plenty of towels, hand soap, dish detergent, clothes detergent, trash bags etc. The beach wagon and chairs were handy. The best bedding ever at a rental! Very , Very clean! Would definitely stay again.

The property was very clean and well equipped. Dan was very kind as was the lady cleaning the unit (unfortunately I don't recall her name). Dan was also very quick to get back to me with any questions I had.

This is the second year our family has stayed in one of Dan’s townhouses, and we enjoyed our stay in each (pink townhouse and this unit). The townhouse is right at the Gulick beach access right across from the lighthouse, the Salty Pelican Bar & Grill, North Beach Bar & Grill, and the Tybee Island Marine Science Center. We have young kids and love that it’s also just a short walk to Jaycee Park. The townhouse comfortably fit 4 adults and 4 young kids. This unit is our new go-to for our annual Tybee trip. Thanks for everything, Dan!

Great location--easy walk to beach, the lighthouse, a bar and grill, a park, and the Monday farmer's market. Seeing the lighthouse from the front deck was lovely. While the place could probably use a few updates, there is plenty of space and a casual, comfortable vibe. Dan is so friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and ready.

Older, 1980s townhome. Great outdoor decks! Lots of beach chairs, wagon, etc - unexpected perk.
Bedrooms are spacious. Mattresses need replacing in some rooms - owner is aware and is working on it,

Very satisfied with rental. Had a cozy home feeling. Property was stocked with all the essentials for the kitchen, laundry, beach, and bathrooms. Property owner Dan very fast on communication and went above and beyond to help me out with a issue we had that was not about the rental. Highly recommend staying here, stone throw from beach with stunning balcony views. Lots to do within walking distance. Hope to stay here again in near future.

The property is an older townhouse but was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The host was very responsive, the location was wonderful-only steps from the beach, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, beds were okay. It was great for the 4 of us with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Would stay here again if we return to Tybee.

This was a nice place to stay on Tybee. Within walking distance to beach and lighthouse. Space could use some updating and more kitchen utensils (e.g., measuring cup and tea kettle) but overall a very good experience.

House is very close to the beach. Overall, ok place to stay. Older unit with sloping floors , so Very creaky floors, not a lot of light in upstairs bathrooms, could use some updating. When we first arrived, house was pungent with air freshener, so had to leave windows open to air out a bit. Needed more kitchen trash bags and batteries for remotes, host was quick to bring them over.

Property is located a very short walk to the public beach and lighthouse, with a bar and walk-up burger bar (closes at 8pm, so late noise is not an issue).
While the property is showing its age, it was still cozy, with large bedrooms, and comfortable beds.
For those with EVs, a charge station is directly across the street.
Owner was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He met us at the property with lots of information.
