The vibe was nice, it's nicely made with an amazing view for balcony rooms. Big spacious suite. Very comfortable, clean rooms and bathrooms!

The food wasn't up to the mark although there was no shortage of variety. The juice was bland. Tea and coffee were also not the greatest as compared to hilly standards. The room service was really slow for basic amenities, had to wait around 40-60 mins to get basic tea and coffee. Feels like it takes forever for service to come, 4 star prices should have 4 star services.

In Room Dining facility was poor , not value for money , they charged even before i reach there thay charged me days before i arrive , Food was pathetic , drinks and shakes and chef was also poor.

Not very much at all. The stay remained a disappointment froms tart to finish.

The lack of the extra bed we had requested on our arrival. Staff did arrange this after we raised the issue but the provision was uncomfortable and the room was not maintained. We had 1 towel provided for the 5 of us. There were inadequate toilet rolls and bathroom toiletries. The key card to the room constantly did not work and we ended up waiting a while for staff to come to let us in our own room. The telephone in the room did not work. The wifi was poor. The pool was tiny and not kept clean. The provision of games were the best part, although the table tennis and football tables were old, the table tennis balls faulty and the football table missed a scoring device. A real shame given this hotel has the potential to be so much better. The breakfast was chaos. Staff shouting at one another and food all over the floor without staff cleaning tables etc. It was a busy weekend but we felt very stifled. Staff were overall friendly but this hotel was not located in Nainital and as such I would prefer to choose a hotel in Nainital itself and save on the travelling. I do not feel this hotel was worth the money and overall our stay was very disapppointing.

1) the staff was not courteous at all and very rude. They were very unresponsive, uninterested and slow. 2) even though they claim it’s all day dining but they only serve snacks for most of the day. 3) The restaurant is not very clean could be better. 4) The amenities are really good but they’re not very well maintained. 5) they are definitely short-staffed. 6) The room is good but the washroom is really small that’s the reason they haven’t put up any photos of it.
