We absolutely loved the unit- well located, facing the mountains, sleeping 5 (we have 2 18+ children). Kitchen has anything you need, very cozy. The sunset on the balcony was hard to describe! Great applause to the owners.
The management company is less than 1 star- the unit was not cleaned well, there was dust and debris on the floor. We asked to clean- no response, we asked for the vacuum cleaner- no response, and eventually, just running into the cleaning crew in the hallway we got one.
The bathroom sink was clogged, and required almost full day to fix and 2 technicians, the issue was 2 floors below. The smell was horrible. This is not the owners issue, this is the management company issue.

We stayed here for a week of skiing. The unit had a spacious feel, even though it was a one bedroom due to the high ceilings. The windows overlook Keystone, Keystone Mountain, and we could see people on the ski trails. The walk to the gondola, took about 5 to 10 minutes. The finishes in the condo are all updated. The kitchen and bath were really nice. A favorite was the convenient outdoor hot tub and lots of other people were enjoying the warm pool. We have stayed at various. Riverrun condos over the last several years, and this was the best hot tub by far .

While it is not exactly a cabin in the woods, once you enter this space, that's exactly how I felt. It was comfortable and just enough space for my husband and I. We really liked the access to the lockers, and the steam room was amazing. We also really appreciated having cable, as we could unwind after a day in the mountains without having to figure out login codes for Netflix or anything. The kitchen had everything we needed with the exception of having coffee for two days or creamer. We had a two-day stay with only one pack of coffee, there was also no little creamers (or powdered creamer) for the coffee. Not being black coffee drinkers this was quite the bummer. Other than that minor thing, this was perfect. We enjoyed the location and the access to the garage was great.

We have stayed in this unit numerous times. We contacted Summit County Mountain Retreats about maintenance issues and were advised that someone would be out. I was advised they didn’t have an ETA. No one ever showed up the entire time we were there to address the issues. When I contacted again via text I got no response to my text. This wasted nearly an entire day waiting for them to arrive. I am just disappointed in the company since my husband and I are very loyal customers now for years.

We have been coming to this condo for 2 years now in the summer and we always have enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and the condo is very spacious. The only suggestions we had is the balcony which is not protected and when it rains the water stays there for a while as it is not sloped for the water to drain. Also I think the dishwasher needs to be replaced as it was leaving dishes dirty.

We really enjoyed this condo. It has nice views and everything my husband and I needed. Check in was easy but we wish we could have checked in before 4:30. The only complaint, especially since check out is by 10 am.

Loved this rental. 2nd time in Keystone. Love the apartment, it's at the end of a hall and quiet. The corner view is great. Had all the amenities and a huge DVD selection to enjoy. The kitchen was stocked with all things you could possibly need. The bed was comfortable and it was a cozy place to call home for a few days.

The condo was amazing, updated, clean, quiet, great views of the mountains, an easy walk to shops and the gondola, nice pool, and ability to park in the underground garage which is awesome to keep your vehicle warm and clean during the snow season. Our family took a boarding trip and choose this condo to stay in and we couldn’t have been more happy with our choice. It’s close location to the gondola made getting the kids on the mountain so easy and convenient. The underground parking was awesome to keep the car clean and warm also. The property was clean and quiet and the condo unit was clean and well maintained with some nice upgrades too. Had a tiny issue with something in the room and the property management company got maintenance out right away and got it taken care of. Would definitely stay again sometime.

Awesome unit with great location. Very comfortable and clear communication. Towel policy was a bit stingy at 1 towel per person for pool and bathroom. Hot tub was always full, but guests were friendly. Clean facility. Would book again!

Walking in we were overwhelmed by the cozy yet spacious living space with decorative mountain influenced accents. The ambiance of the room greatly contributed to the joy of our trip and was a relaxing reprieve from the excitement of the mountain. The available amenities (hot tub, steam room, gym, pool table, heated pool, proximity to restaurants) were well utilized and offered plenty of opportunity for recreation in our down time. We hope to stay here again when we return next year.

Great upgrades to kitchen and bathroom, well decorated & beautiful views from porch. The bedroom has a side skylight but window does not open. It was slightly stuffy even with windows open in living room. Besides that, all was well worth the stay. This was the perfect size condo for a couple getaway, but would work for a family or close friends. The Netflix option was a bonus!

My son and I went on a little weekend getaway and our stay was perfect. The condo was just what we needed, clean, welcoming with nice amenities and the pool and hot tub on site were awesome. Would highly recommend and would love to visit again.

This property/condo was well stocked and well decorated. I was impressed that there was everything that we needed including luggage carts. (If you plan on cooking, bring your own seasonings)
The room was a good walk from the elevator but not a big deal.
We didn’t bring our toddler with us however now seeing how the town is very kid friendly we may bring him next time! We traveled for Labor Day weekend, there was a good amount of tourists but not overwhelming. It was still quiet and beautiful town.
There was a good amount of trails, paved and not, which was a nice mix.
Definitely coming back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short 2 day stay in this unit except for the bed. Unfortunately, the comments about it being too soft from others was very accurate. For anyone with back issues, it is difficult to manage with this soft of a mattress. Other than that, we highly recommend this unit.Totally unrelated to the unit owner, the HOA decided to paint the outside of the unit during this incredibly busy time with the Bluegrass Festival taking place. Whatever happened to annual maintenance taking place during the shoulder seasons???

This is a comfortable, quiet, nicely updated, well equipped condo. It was immaculately clean, as always. We always enjoy the Nonnavita bar soaps they provide. Appreciated the underground parking and gym. The location is terrific for starting trail runs and any type of bike ride from the door. We enjoyed walking to Inxpot for coffee. The condo met all of our needs/wants perfectly. We have rented quite a few units through SC Mountain Retreats, over the years, and have found their team to always be helpful and professional. Every unit we have stayed in has been great. We find ourselves measuring other property management companies/units, we've stayed in outside of Summit County, to SC Mtn Retreats. Most don't measure up to the all around great standard set by SC. Thank you!

The unit itself was very clean and comfortable for a couple or small family. Can't beat the view and location at the base of Keystone. Short walk to the gondola and Summit Express lift for spring skiing. Would be a great place to stay in the summer also.
