11 acre mid-century estate, newly renovated, seasonally available pool.
Raro 11 ettari di tenuta privata vicino al centro della città. Progettato dal famoso architetto newyorkese David Todd alla fine degli anni '60, questa casa di fine '800 ospita comodamente due famiglie in due suite separate con ampio spazio comune e cucina. La casa è stata recentemente sottoposta a vasti lavori di ristrutturazione e presenta nuovi pavimenti in legno, nuova pittura, nuova illuminazione e 3 bagni rinnovati di budello (Spring '19).
La casa dispone di due suite separate, ognuna con un bagno completo, ideale per due coppie o due famiglie. La grande cucina si affaccia sulla vista ampia sulle montagne su 11 acri di campi privati e foreste. La spaziosa sala da pranzo e i salotti presentano alti soffitti a volta, finestre a lucernario e camino in granito e camino con focolare in granito da 2 tonnellate. L'accogliente tana presenta anche una mensola in granito e un camino, perfetta per riscaldarsi dopo una giornata sulle piste.
La casa dispone di due suite separate, ognuna con un bagno completo, ideale per due coppie o due famiglie. Had a great weekend away with my mother, husband, and daughter who is 11 months old. Aaron was amazingly responsive to any and all questions we had. Property was lovely, clearly loved and well maintained. Was a wonderful place to get away and relax but was also VERY close to williamstown and north adams for restaurants and activities. Was very baby and grandparent friendly!

We had an excellent stay at this midcentury house on a lovely property . The living room is beautifully designed and the master bedroom is particularly large and comfortable . The pool is delightful!

The house was built for a college dean. The house definitely has a minimalist mid-century vibe and decor. But the bathrooms and bedrooms are full updated. There are spectacular views of Pine Cobble and the whole house is light and airy. It really is just 5 minutes from campus.
It was an optimal base for graduation weekend and allowed some of our party to stay around the house while others were on campus. The only challenge was a lack of black-out shades in the smaller bedrooms.
The host provided lots of information and made himself available for questions. As we were only in town for a few days, it was all pretty straightforward.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The grounds are beautiful, private, and scenic, yet only a 3-minute drive to town. The house is laid out to work well for a family group. It was well stocked, and everything worked. The owner's detailed instructions were quite appreciated. It might seem expensive, but well worth it. We hope to return next year.

Great mid-century home in fabulous location just outside of Williamstown. Beautiful gardens and acreage surrounding the home with a sparkling pool. Pool was great on the one very hot day that we were there and then enjoyed the fireplace when things cooled off for the rest of our stay. Home shows some signs of aging but overall, still a 5 star rating.

This house was perfect for our family --ease of access to many cultural activities in the area while providing a peaceful sense of being away from it all. Trips to the Clark and Mass MOCA were so easy, while it was a joy to walk down Spring Street to eat at the local pub and enjoy great ice cream. food shopping is a breeze with the Wild Oats Cooperative market and Stop and Shop supermarket less than 10 minutes away. The lovely (and very clean) pool provided a welcome relaxing interlude from hiking and touring the area. The house itself is situated on a hill, with fantastic views. The two wings of the house provided an element of privacy for our son's family and ourselves. Finally, Aaron is a great host, very responsive to all of our requests.

A lovely, interesting, well equipped, centrally located to Berkshire attractions place to stay. The owners were wonderfully communicative - beautiful pool an added plus. Lots of fun nature surrounding you as well.

Great combo of serene & beautiful setting with easy access to Williams
It worked perfectly for our stay centered around activities at Williams. Easy drive for anything in town, and magical when we were just sitting enjoying the views, pool -- and wildlife (including bears, deer, and rabbits while we were there!). Great space for spreading out eg for remote work.

Wonderful weekend in Williamstown
The family and I really enjoyed our escape to the Berkshire’s. Listing details were accurate. Property had views painters dream of. Pool was great activity for kids plus surrounding area had lots of thing to explore. Host was easy to communicate with and helpful prior and during the trip. We look forward to coming back.

Remote escape
The property and the house were fantastic. Beautiful fall colors surrounded the front meadow and made for stunning views from the Living Room and Kitchen. We saw so many varieties of birds, a flock of turkeys, a small group of deer, snails, toads and even a curious skunk peeked in the window the first night!
The separate suites on either side of the house were so comfortable for our two families and gave the kids a lot of space indoors to comfortably spread out. The Kitchen was very nice and well-stocked with the necessary tools to prepare all meals.
Gorgeous property, was a perfect escape for the long weekend!

Wonderful Girls Getaway Week
My friends and I were lucky enough to enjoy a beautiful September week at this lovely property. The setting is so peaceful and the house is perfect for small or large groups. Very close to Williamstown center and some awesome hikes. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to getaway!

We rented this beautiful property for four weeks. We are a family of 4 and had close family and friends join on the weekends. The layout of the house is perfect for two families. The views are stunning. Complete privacy. Aaron was very responsive. We loved everything about our stay and hope to return!

A beautiful and peaceful home. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, hiking the property and relaxing in the house while taking in the expansive mountain views. Great location and Aaron was a perfect host.

Beautiful & spacious Home provided a perfect weekend stay for our group of 7 adults attending a wedding in Williamstown. Owner was attentive and responded immediately. Close to everything, but very private setting with beautiful views of the Berkshires!
