Had a great time with my family. We usually stay around this area every summer when we go to San Diego on our yearly trip it is family friendly, and the bay is literally five minutes walking which makes it convenient. If you have a little kids, the property manager Jonathan was, excellent any questions I had he responded quickly and also if you guys like to fish great fishing location off the jetti caught a good amount of fish also has a washer and dryer that work pretty good only downfall is that they need to replace those barbecue grills outside or have somebody clean them they have been there for years every time you start the grill up you get a lot of smoke which goes into your neighbors windows. If they have the windows open try to clean it the best I could, but there's just so much on the bottom cannot get it all . Besides, that will definitely be staying again next summer

Me and my friends enjoyed this property because of how safe we felt. The locked gate to even get close to the locked door of our condo door made us feel secure. We enjoyed how the owners had a user manual about the place, every question we could have had was in it.

The location was amazing. 3 minute walk to the beach by the bay. 5 minute walk to the beach on the ocean. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Also highly recommend Sarah’s Taco - 1/2 a mile from the unit. I highly recommend staying at this place. Only thing you should be aware of is it’s in the flight path for San Diego airport. But honestly, after a while you don’t even pay attention to them. Also wanted to point out we did not rent a car. There’s a lot to do within walking distance or a short Uber/Lyft ride.

We had an amazing stay. The property is in an amazing location with easy access to the bayside where my younger kids could play in the water without any worries and access to the oceanside were we had a great time taking a walk along the beach.
The condo is very clean and the hosts did a great job communicating with us the entire time. Thank you so much!!

Long weekend with my husband. Perfect size for the two of us and great location. We strolled down the beach and walked to a new favorite coffee shop every morning. Great communication with owner. Place was spotless.

Everything was amazing at this location. Having cookware, seasonings, and coffee was a huge plus for me. The location was amazing - I loved being able to watch seals and dolphins swim by while sitting by the window! There was one hiccup when we first arrived, but he was responsive and helpful. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Property was exactly as advertised! Everything we needed was in the apartment, right right down to the shampoo! Clean, updated and nicely decorated. Amazing views, beautiful beaches and well maintained sidewalk trails to the downtown area! Thanks for a great place to stay!

Great little condo with views to the jetty. It has all the conveniences, and we were able to bike the boardwalk every day. Very clean and accommodating.

The property was nice and was in a great location that was very convenient location with quick access to both Mission Beach and Mission Bay. We appreciated the access to beach chairs and an umbrella.
While the property was marked as non-smoking, the next door neighbor frequently smoked pot so whenever we returned the place smell like weed. Also, there was music played until nearly midnight one night (despite quiet hours of 10 p.m.), and we could hear the upstairs neighbors walking and talking late at night (around 1 a.m.).

The property was as advertised and meet our expectations. We have plenty of room for the 2 of us and the kitchen was large enough to cook a small meal. Great view of the jetty, dog beach & Pacific Ocean. Short walk to view sunset and Mission Bay.
Having parking associated with the property was of high value in a neighborhood with lots of on street parking. As mentioned in the property description the parking spaces are small. We had a rental Toyota Camry and it was a tight squeeze to park. Not that we considered this a negative but something to be aware of if you have a larger vehicle. Would stay here again.

This is our fourth and longest stay at this property. It can never be long enough….the views are hypnotizing with crashing waves, small boats, kayakers and even the occasional porpoise entertaining you right outside your picture window….The only constraint which the owner clearly warns you about is the parking. There is a designated spot…for a small car….just know that the people on both sides of you may ignore the request meaning your spot is virtually unusable….street parking is available however when that occurs…..and it will….This is a quiet spot away from the hassle but just close enough…..loved it!

This was the perfect place to stay for our small family of 3 (1 yr old). Jonathan was able to arrange for early check-in which was a huge plus. Our daughter is young so to be able to settle her in and get her comfortable soon after our flight was wonderful.
Jonathan was an excellent host, everything from start to finish was 10/10, correspondence, attentiveness, instructions, the coffee keurig machine, the water pressure for the shower, the cobble stone tiles in the bathroom, the nautical theme, the view of the canal from the living room, the large wall mirrors that our daughter had a lot of fun playing with. She could see the 3 TVs from where she was looking.
We loved the location and our very own parking.
We were close to the zoo and SeaWorld. The binder has useful information for guests and you can tell a lot of thought to was put into it. Tells you recommended places to eat and grocery shop, even includes membership cards to Ralph’s/vons so if you aren’t from the area you can still have the discounts.
We are on a quiet corner so away from hustle and bustle. Planes did fly overhead every now and then but didn’t bother us or our baby. The baby slept well!
We didn’t hesitate to call or message Jonathan and he was always there to help. He will go above and beyond to make you feel at home.

The best place to stay in Southern San Diego.
The condo was perfect for two people, the location was amazing with incredible views. We also had a chance to use the bikes several times. Lots of great places to ride lots of great places to eat.

This was the perfect beach house. Very well stalked and very clean. Hosts are very responsive to every question and do everything to make sure we had the perfect vacation. We have never stayed in a beach home as well decorated with a beach theme as this place. The hot tub was very clean and always hot. The view was amazing. We will be back.

There is noise
The property and location were both exceptional.
The listing shows a table outside the front door that was not there, and we had hoped to use.
The Roku system did not offer local or national news like CNN. These were not deal breakers.
The noise from the upstairs neighbor made relaxation difficult. I understand that one cannot dictate what others do, but construction starting at 7 am and continuing until 10 pm was unsettling.
Although the co struction may be temporary, it happened during our stay, and impacted our experience.

Lovely ocean view
This property is in the perfect location to enjoy Mission Beach and Mission Bay. The condo was very clean and felt very nice. Our 3 year old and 1 year old felt completely comfortable here. They loved waking up in the morning to a sunset and watching boats go by. Our pac n play portable crib fit right beside the bed and the couch in the front room opened up to a good sized bed that was actually very comfy. The parking space was tight but our Chevy equinox fit there fine. It was so nice to have an assigned parking space out front. Especially with loading two kids with a stroller and such.
Everything was very well-explained so we didn't need to contact the owner the entire trip. This vacation was truly one we'll always remember and finding this fantastic VRBO was a big part of that. Highly recommend!
